Note to the locals, the ambiance has greatly improved from the years past... it's a total vibe now. It's more quiet, lighting is soft & inviting, relaxing, great music, with a cozy upscale feel. The Bradley, would be great for a brunch date or for a group of friends to sit & chill with appetizers & cocktails and then transfer over to dine. Our server was the lovely, hospitable & professional Courtney. She presented well and was attentive to our needs. The presentation of food at The Bradley did not disappoint!!! We purposfully ordered something different to sample the other's plate. We started off with a brunch-like appetizer, a waffle with fresh berries and fresh whipped cream... Well that was absolutely to die for! Attention Locals of Tri-Cities: please show support for a fine dining experience. This place may become a staple for us. And maybe you too? Take Care, Diane C.

We were not greeted upon entering and had to wait a few moments. Once seated we waited awkwardly, drinks were served about 10 minutes after ordered. The temperature of the room was extremely cold. We really hoped the food would be exceptional but sadly it was a let down. The Papparedelle Arrabbiata was over salted and served on the colder side. Pork was also over salted. The appetizers were nice though. Would have returned for appetizers & drinks until we had to box up our own left overs. Service definitely needs to be over hauled. We paid almost $200 and for this price better service and food is to be expected.

The squash with it is fresh! I loved the creamy texture of the risotto. I haven't had halibut in many years! I loved the 3 dips with the house-made potato crisps. My favorite dip was the smoked steelhead. The crisps are very crunchy! Baked Feta Cheese w/ Honey Drizzle: The scone like pastries are really good! Super fluffy texture. Add the feta on top then an olive on the cheese, and take a bite! The warm pastry with the creamy sweet honey feta cheese and savory olive blends so well together. It's an amazing sharable appetizer and I highly recommend it. Apple Pie with Vanilla Ice Cream: The rich flavors of the pie are delicious! The apples are cooked perfectly and not too crunchy or mushy. The cinnamon isn't over powering the whole pie, but enough to know that it's there. My friend loves apple pie and rated it a 10 out of 10! The vanilla ice cream tasted good, but if you have ice cream outside on the patio be sure to eat it before it melts. It was 98 degrees. The hostess at the front when I walked in is so welcoming! The food was served at a good pace. Definitely a place worth visiting.

Ever judged a book by its cover? Or better yet, a restaurant by its interior design? Yeah... don't…read moredo that. Because sometimes the best dining experiences come from the places you least expect. We stopped into Endive Eatery on a Sunday around 7 PM for our first visit. From the outside, the place has this hidden-gem appeal. On the inside? Let's just say they clearly invested more in the kitchen than the decorating budget. But here's where the story gets good... We walked in and were immediately greeted by a guy named Orion, who, as it turns out, was basically the entire restaurant that evening. Server? Yep. Bartender? Absolutely. Cook? You bet. Cashier? Why not? At this point, I was surprised he wasn't also outside directing traffic. Apparently, it had been a slow evening, and although they were scheduled to stay open until 9, Orion was considering closing early. But the moment we walked in, you'd never have known it. He enthusiastically welcomed us, got us seated, and had drinks coming our way in no time. When it came time to order, Orion did something I always appreciate: he actually recommended food he was excited about. We landed on the Calamari and a Miso-Honey Chicken Sandwich. And then came the question that changed everything. "You guys like a little heat?" Sir, you have my attention. Of course I said yes. And out came our food with a little side of something Orion called NUCLEAR HOT HONEY. Excuse me... WHAT? Apparently, this culinary mad scientist had mixed ghost pepper into hot honey, creating a dangerously delicious combination of sweet and spicy. Just the right amount of heat, incredible flavor, and absolutely PERFECT with that chicken sandwich. Hands down, one of the best decisions I've made all week. That sandwich was BOMB. We enjoyed some IPA and wine, had a fantastic meal, and left genuinely excited to tell other people about this place. But here's what really stood out: Orion could've treated us like two customers who showed up at the end of a slow night. Instead, he treated us like we were the reason he opened the doors that day. That's hospitality. And that's what turns a first-time customer into someone who can't wait to come back. Great food. Outstanding service. Unexpectedly memorable experience. Endive Eatery, you've earned yourself a couple of fans. And Orion, keep doing what you're doing. You're making this place something special. Highly recommend giving this hidden gem a shot. And if Orion asks whether you like a little heat... The answer is YES.
