When I said that I too did not have a water source (as im living in an apartment at the moment and the only review was about) and respectfully declined.. the OWNER immediately started lashing out. EXTREMELY unprofessional. If you're looking for quality work and professionalism, look elsewhere. My house was just not super clean. Embarrassing. Like not piles of garbage or anything but dusty and grimy. Cat hair. Lived in. I had the floors cleaned on the second to the last day so that part wasn't so bad. I looked on yelp for move out cleaners and got several quotes and this wasn't the very lowest quote ( honestly going with the lowest never works out) but it was reasonable and they were immediately responsive and we made arrangements for the last day in the house at 9am. They showed up promptly, two cleaners and their kiddo and they got to work. Adela texted me in the middle that the house was dirty (yup) and the bathtub in the primary wasn't draining ( I'd never used it not even once but Elliott the furry beast liked to sit in it uh oh). Four hours and $450 plus tip later the house was sparkly clean. I mean SPARKLY. No idea if I will get any deposit back but the house looked good! Thanks so much!
