They were incredibly helpful and nice when helping me pick what drink I wanted, as someone who's is very picky and indecisive with their drinks they got it down to perfection! i ordered a strawberry marg and oh my gosh it was so delicious she said it was their favorite drink so i trusted her and they definitely did not disappoint!!! The line for concessions was well managed, though long. Theater was relatively clean and seats were comfortable. Restrooms were easily accessible and theater locations were easy to locate. One employee told us a movie would have 30 minute previews, but upon arriving 20 minutes after the preview start time, the movie had already started. read more

I used to live right across the street, so weekends were always spent catching a movie here, so I recently decided to come back and catch a film. They've made some nice updates recently--a cute little bar and a bigger concession stand with more snack options, including different types of popcorn. But the highlight for me? Their vegan chicken nuggets. Absolutely to die for! That said, I don't come here as often anymore since I moved--and honestly, the ticket prices are a big reason why. $20 for a standard seat (that doesn't even recline) feels steep, especially when the actual screening rooms haven't been updated. I only came this time because my usual spot (Cinemark) wasn't showing the movie. At Cinemark, tickets are $12 and all the seats recline. For $20, AMC should at least offer a more comfortable experience--especially for a 3-hour movie. read more

One of the most important things about any place you go is customer service and today we found the best of the best and her name is Hannah. She was assisting the A List side on concessions and literally went above and beyond. I will continue to support this business for realizing that having someone who cares about a customers experience when coming here to wind down and enjoy movies means something. This review is strictly for AMC food options. Beware of the "combo" deals. They're not really combos. It's just each item with their individual prices added up together so you aren't saving on ANYTHING. An example of this would be the flatbread pizza for $18. Do not buy this. First, the pizza is something you could buy from the frozen section of the grocery store and heated up yourself. Mine came out a little too over baked, so even the cheese portion was hard. It was $10 for the pizza and $8 for the large drink (which is how much it costs on its own/separately). You could definitely get the most out of the drinks here as you can refill them as much as you'd like, but the food.... Eat before you come. The giant pretzel is really yummy on the other hand. Is it worth $24? I'm not sure. It is outrageous in size. $24 could easily buy you a nice Italian pasta dinner at a restaurant or a hefty plate of barbecue with sides anywhere else. The quality and consistency with the popcorn has gone downhill. Somehow my local Cinemark in my boring little city of Palmdale has better popcorn. AMC has hard popcorn with not so great taste and sometimes it comes out too salty. Other than that...as an A-list member I love the movies and love AMC. Also please bring back Tapatío hot sauce or introduce Cholula. But first please fix your popcorn. read more

Not the best, but also not the worst. The place was pretty clean, but it definitely could use a facelift. I was surprised to see that the seats weren't leather reclining ones because I feel like almost all theaters have them by now. Also, the theater rooms don't list the movie title before you go in. This made it difficult for us to find our movie room and we almost went into the wrong movie. One of the only good things about this place is that it's located in The Block outlet so it's convenient. I am an AMC stubs member. I've been going to this particular cinema as long as I've been living in Orange County. I do like that there's a Buffalo Wild Wings close by. The parking situation can be remedied by parking on the Saks 5th Avenue Side - especially for movies that WILL sell out fast (as we've learned during opening night of The Force Awakens). It's your standard AMC. This will play a lot of event movies that might not get a lot of wide release. I've seen Ghost's "Rite Here Rite Now" and "Flow" here. For the record, I live in Irvine, and I prefer going to an AMC because of my membership benefits. The theaters are okay, but the customer service is pretty good. Overall, it's a standard movie theatre and a decent venue if there are movies that have a limited screening release. read more

The seats are uncomfortable. Old style, no recliners in our theater (with Laser! ) No recycle bins, just everything in trash. This is the only AMC I've been to where you can't get refills on the Icee product. The machine is behind the counter, SMH. Believe it or not I've never been to this movie theater and I only live 10 miles away. Approximately. Anyway, went there today and I was pleasantly surprised with how sweet, cheerful, ready to work staff this theater has, starting with the greeter, Wanda. She was so bubbly and warm welcoming. I didn't catch his name at the concessions, but convinced me to get on the AMC rewards, and did everything for me right then in there. Was not rushed in anyway, even told me what my free refills would be and that I could actually honor them right then and there. That never happens. The theatres and restrooms are clean. And I don't think I've ever reviewed a movie theater, but this had to be done, because it was just a great experience overall. read more

This theater was chaotic. They weren't fully staffed for the amount of people they had on a Sunday evening. Lines were LONG, out the door long. The bar had a one drink at a time per person policy; ridiculous. I was standing in line at the bar, and my friend was standing in line at the concession stand.. so I went to get my drink and hers.. the bar tender was like you can only get one drink this transaction. So I got out of line & got back in line to get the second drink for her then he said YOU CAN ONLY GET ONE DRINK, PER PERSON, PER TRANSACTION AT A TIME sooo I have to go take her place in the other line while she went back in waited in that line. Our movie started at 7:45. We arrived @ 6:50.. we didn't get into the theater until 8:15 because we were in the lines THAT LONG. Movies theater itself was huge. Im updating my review its been awhile since the last one. To start nothing has changed my biggest issue with this amc is the management is very poor managing skills specially the manager working today Saturday night October 10th he knows who he is he said he was gonna read it after he made an insult joke about yelp but after I brought it to his attention that on my last post of the handicap being disgusting excessive pee on the rim and floor if like baggy sweatpants with the bottom boot cut which means wide around the shoe one time I got pee all over them because of the floor not being clean. Months later the situation has not changed one bit about a week ago I had that discussion with the regular night security with white hair and whatever manager working that night I brought to their attention that I need to use the restroom because of my health condition I have a disability and using the disability stall is a must that night I had to physically clean it myself. Its not right its a health hazard, unsanitized with bodily fluids and feces floating on the toilet the customers shouldn't be risking their health and the possibility of getting hepatitisC ,staph infection or other infection that are active outside the body for hours or days. I had made an important suggestion to one of the managers that it might be a good idea to post memos in all the restrooms saying not to use the toilet stalls as pissers that's why theirs pissers to pee he had a good chuckle and said good idea well that conversation didn't go far. I have many complaints but tonight I wanted to make it specifically over the pissers and over the manager working tonight he has very poor hygiene skills to be a manager representing a well known establishment tells u alot about how he manage this place hes always sweaty he doesn't comb his hair he's bald with curly hair around it like the way the clowns have their hair but this should atleast make an effort his shirt untucked and oily possibly from eating popcorn with lots a butter that's probably why hes over weight the reason I point that out is because his poor hygiene reflects his poor managing skills tomorrow im contacting management to address this issue. Im a long time investor and a long time A-lister a regular customer i have a disability they should be making my experience of movie magic a good experience is shouldn't have to come here to clean toilets some people are sensitive to the popcorn makes wanna use the restroom. This is the biggest theater in all of OC with 30 screens. I think it's actually the theater with the most screens in the world, it just doesn't seat as many as the labeled giant theaters do. It's still the biggest that everyone I have brought here have ever seen. I still remember when it first opened back in 1998. It's in the middle of a large outdoor mall, and there's lots of parking all around. It does get pretty full on the weekend nights, so you might have to walk a bit from where you park. With it having so many screens, this theater shows every movie out there, even the low budget unknown films. They may only play it for a couple of weeks, but they will play it. You will always have a large selection of movies to watch here, no matter what your taste is. And that's what I love about this AMC. read more

My husband and I just wanted to give a shout out to Tyler at concessions. We attended the Stranger Things finale on New Years Eve. The place was absolute chaos. Concessions was slammed. It was absolutely packed. People were being impatient. It was late at night. And Tyler was an absolute ray of light. Despite how crazy the environment was Tyler was totally present with us, cheerful, really took the time to engage with us personally, but also was speedy and efficient. We even asked if there were any dip n dots and he pointed us to the freezer on our side of the counter. When we opened it and there weren't any left he didn't even hesitate to say "I can go check in the back!" And came back with one! We just wanted to take the time to acknowledge his great service and attitude. AMC Orange is lucky to have him and we wish him the best of luck in his future career! read more

This AMC is unfortunately one of the most outdated theaters I've been to, and it falls well below the standard you would normally expect from an AMC location. The seating is the biggest issue -- most of the auditoriums still have the old, stiff, non-reclining chairs that feel like they haven't been updated in decades. I booked my movie assuming it would have the newer reclining seats that AMC is known for, and I was very disappointed to find out after paying that the seats were uncomfortable, worn out, and offered no way to recline or stretch out. For a theater of this size and in such a busy area, it's surprising that AMC hasn't invested in upgrades. The outdated seating really takes away from the overall movie-going experience, and honestly makes me think twice about coming back here. It feels like a step back compared to other AMC locations that have embraced luxury seating and a more modern experience. If you value comfort and expect the typical AMC recliner experience, be very careful when booking here. Most of the auditoriums do not have reclining seats, and you might end up regretting the choice if you're expecting the usual AMC quality. read more

I preordered tickets for a limited / short run movie here using a giftcard / AMC black ticket voucher and the movie was canceled. I didn't cancel, the theater literally said " Due to a scheduling error, the movie at AMC Orange 30 has been cancelled" With no way to get a refund on the tickets via that e-mail. I've called the theater multiple (7) times, never an answer. So you try calling cooperate! Surprise they don't have a phone number either! You can wait for an e-mail! Or wait for a dm reply on twitter or Facebook. Weather it's indicative of a larger problem or not you decide. I'd love to actually rate the inside of the theater and experience, I don't see that happening in the near future. read more

I had a deeply humiliating experience at AMC Orange 30 on July 19 around 6:40 PM. I was in a serious emergency needing to use the restroom. The staff member at the entrance, Via, coldly refused to let me go in, even after I explained I was about to lose control and offered to leave my belongings behind to show good faith. She showed no empathy, no flexibility, and didn't even tell me where else I could go. Her tone and attitude made me feel judged, unwanted, and treated as suspicious -- just because I needed help. AMC is supposed to be a public-friendly space. That moment made me question why basic human dignity can be denied so easily. Very disappointed. read more

I had a positive movie watching experience at AMC Orange 30. This movie theater is located in the Outlets at Orange, so parking is plentiful. Some of the theaters don't have reclining seats, but the seats were kept clean on the day that I watched my movie. Just keep in mind that the outlet closes early, so if you're watching a movie at night, all the other stores may be closed or closing soon. read more

If you're an AMC Premiere member, I would not recommend standing in the yellow concession line designated for that status during times of long lines (usually before a movie). The workers there don't care to give that line priority and it seems like they service more customers from the regular line. I recommend going in the regular line instead and you'll go by much faster. I was waiting in the Premiere concession line and there was only one employee servicing it while there were three employees servicing the regular concession line. Eventually, the guy servicing the Premiere line stopped and was passing out orders to those waiting for order pickups so the Premiere line was left unserviced for awhile. We bought tickets to 65 Friday night 3/10/23 9:15pm showing and I give one star because the girl selling tickets in the booth outside was nice. I really think this movie theater needs to train the young adults working the concessions. The girl grabbed our icee cups with her fingers in our cups, fine I didn't say anything BUT when the icee over flowed she took a rag off the counter and wiped the top off the icee lid, Uhhh no thanks!! I had to tell her I didn't want it because she wiped my icee with her cleaning rag so she apologized and made another one. The pick up area was congested of people waiting for their orders, it was a mess! Once we get into the theater, it's a mess, ours seats a mess like the workers did a half a$$ clean up smh.
