We went to a special AARP screening here tonight of the movie Good House. Haven't been to this theatre for a real long time. Reclining seats were nice but when everyone reclined there is no room to get thru. Other theatre's rows give enough space for people to walk by. The movie was a bit heavy but good. Thanks AARP for the evening.

We came to an early matinee viewing and found the movie theatre clean and well staffed. Had to have a giant blue Icee-which did fit into the drink holders at our seats.

If you've been to AMC's Inver Grove Heights location on the other end of the metro, you'll notice that this theater is identical. And it went through the same upgrades as that theater, which means it has the same reclining seats with footrests, the same bar addition to the lobby, and the same pricey-but-enticing new food options at the concession stand. Also, like in the other location, if you sit in the back row and recline all the way, your view will be interrupted with a glass pane. If you're in this part of town and are wondering if there's a decent place to see a movie, you will probably be glad you have this theater with its comfy seats and plentiful options.

Feeling pampered in a sardine can of a room with a bunch of randos munching sloppily on snacks is a very hard thing to achieve. Thank you, AMC, for making a valiant effort towards accomplishing this. For each showtime, it is suggested you purchase tickets ahead of time, so you can choose and secure your assigned seats. It's a nice efficient way to bypass ticketing lines too. The concession counter is large and has a lot of variety in addition to the classics - from personal pizzas to hummus cups. My boyfriend is in his absolute prime when he is reclined in watching a movie in his sweatpants with a three-meat pizza in his lap. So onto the seats... I need to own them. They are super comfortable leather seats that recline. They are large enough that even if you stretch out, you won't bump the Sour Patch Kids out of the hands of the dope next to you. And I have restless legs, but I am always able to comfortable readjust and squirm in my own space. The recliner kind of makes a squeaky fart-y noise, but I like it.

Entrance - you can purchase or pick up prepurchased tickets using automated kiosks.

This is the only theater I will consider going to anymore. Nowhere else measures up, and I'm incredibly sad about my upcoming move out of state because AMC is only planning on remodeling a portion of their theaters in the next couple years. This place is always clean and the concessions stands have some great snacks, albeit at a ridiculous markup, as per the movie theater business model. The few things that set apart this particular theater are the ticket buying process and the seating. I always purchase my tickets online, and when you do you can pick your seats ahead of time. This was you can ensure your party is together and you know exactly where you will be sitting. Every single theater offers about 40 comfy, leather reclining seats that come in groups of two so you can lift the armrest and create a "loveseat" with the person you're sitting next to. The seats recline to just about 180 degrees with the touch of a button so you can be laying pretty well flat as you watch your movie, or you can adjust the angle of recline to whatever is comfiest for you. Honestly, this is like watching at home but about 10 times better. The only thing missing is a comfy fleece throw to snuggle up in - and I've brought my own from home on more than one occasion. No shame.

If you are looking for a place that has that "small town bar feel" but is located in the suburbs,…read morethis is your place! This is right off the highway and does have a smaller parking lot to the side and overflow in the back. (All free) When I walked in I was not greeted. I stood awkwardly for about 5 minutes in the doorway until the bartender made eye contact with me. I did a to-go order and it would be nice if there was a sign directing you where to go! This definitely seems like a place locals go and if you are in with the crowd, AWESOME! And if not... well it's just not that welcoming. If you decide to go for a sit down experience, there are tables indoors and a patio for summer months. This is not an overly large establishment. It has your typical bar vibes with pull tabs and spot where you can play music. The bartender was nice and pointed me to the other side of the bar. A younger man grabbed me food and was very pleasant! The food: My boyfriend got the "Drive inn smash" burger with added bacon and fries. He said the burger was "solid." We shared and order of the pot roast poutine! Highly recommend! I didn't get a picture of it because it's not much to see drowning in brown gravy, but it was DELICIOUS! I got the pico shrimp fettuccine. It states the shrimp is "blackened" but it was not. The sauce was also a bit gritty. Not smooth. It still tasted good but not exactly what I was expecting. The portions for everything were very generous! Overall, this place was ok. I would like to try out their patio in the summer. I would also like to try other food options. My personal recommendation would be to get the food as a to go order.

We were helped immediately upon coming in, we were seated where we needed (bc of a baby in a car…read moreseat), and our order taken within a minute or two. We ordered the lettuce wraps, Korean street noodles, a mocktail, and a non Corona. (They're down with the nons, which is a GREAT addition to any menu. Owner, thank you for that, I desperately needed to trick my brain into thinking I was drinking a real beer tonight.) The menu is diverse, they have simple known dishes, and different styles of dishes you haven't tried before to mix it up a little. Give the hare a try? Absolute yes. The ambiance is calm, music at a decent volume, and lights are low, and the food and drinks are plentiful. This is an easy first date spot, late night food spot, or chill evening to gather with friends! The staff was helpful, warm, and super prompt. Will be back, great vibe!

I am a recently diagnosed celiac. I very much wanted to like this place because the amount of…read moreGF/gluten-friendly restaurants in this area are slim. The two positives: 1) Our waitress. For the life of me I cannot remember her name, but she was delightful. Blonde with an easy smile, super attentive to our table, even when we were disappointed. 2) Patio seating. It was nice to have the option to choose sitting inside or outside during the summer months. The patio looked clean and well-maintained. Now...the critiques. 1) The lack of menu modifications. This is a big one for me. To me, this is a sign of a very insecure and lazy chef. The only way I can figure justifying no customer menu modifications is if you were eating somewhere with a Michelin star. This place does not (and food criticism to follow below). What frustrated me is that -- as someone with anxiety -- I checked the menu online. The fine print at the bottom of their physical menu did not make it onto their website at all. I checked again after leaving and still did not see any disclaimer upon further review. I think that's really telling about how unpopular this particular kitchen policy would be if it was made more public. It should not be one chef's option to decide what the appropriate "flavor profile" for a dish is if customers can see aspects from other dishes that they would enhance their experience with a meal. Having a variety rich menu should allow for wonderful offerings from other dishes to brought in for customer-specific tastes. Swapping out different kinds of aioli was one feature that my father mentioned that would not be permitted by this chef's ego trip. 2) The Cheese curds were greasy. And yes, fried food naturally has some grease. Unfortunately the cloth napkins are not a conducive way to remove excess grease. Further, these cheese curds were greasier than other comparable restaurants in the area. It was so bad I had some very fun intestinal distress after leaving the restaurant. So. The first thing I put in my mouth from this restaurant left me feeling ill. Overall, this experience and this menu knowledge was an incredibly unsatisfying endeavor. I cannot, however, bring myself to give one star though, no matter how upset bad food makes me. The service was honestly good and the facilities were nice. The mission of this restaurant -- to serve gluten-free/vegetarian meals in a location that doesn't have a whole lot of other options -- is admirable. I, however, will not be choosing to return.

Didnt realize it was happy hour for wings though, or else I would have got more. It did take a bit for the food to come out but it was hot, fresh and cooked to perfection when it did. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Only issue was I didnt understand the tab at first. In a digital world where we dont get to see the actual tab, I had to ask why it was the price it was. She told me tax, but when I got the actual receipt, it was actually because they added gratuity. I just think being transparent about that goes a long way, and I actually tipped 7% on top of the %15 already on there. Other than that, a really good experience and I would definitely go back for more food.

The restaurant was understaffed - the bartender was not only running the bar but also serving the entire dining area. We sat at the bar and waited about 10 minutes before being greeted. We also overheard a nearby table voice frustration about the slow service. We're pretty patient, so it wasn't the end of the world, but it was noticeably slow. That said, once we were helped, our server was friendly and attentive. I ordered a Spicy Margarita and my husband went with an Old Fashioned. My margarita was on the weaker side; not bad, just forgettable. My husband enjoyed his Old Fashioned. For food, we tried the Bang Bang Shrimp, Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps, and the Crab-Stuffed Portabella. The standout was definitely the Bang Bang Shrimp; we both really liked it. The lettuce wraps and stuffed mushroom were fine, just not dishes we'd return specifically for. The overall vibe was calm and low-key, and the staff was kind despite being stretched thin. I'm glad we gave it a try, but it's probably not a place we'll be rushing back to.
