You have to dispense your popcorn butter out of a scuzzy squeeze bottle, the lobby doesn't look like it's been cleaned all day, and the theater wasn't even lightly cleaned between showings. Unsure why local Montgomery theaters don't seem to care about the customer experience... maybe the Prattville theater is better?

Food takes as long as if you were at a restaurant. The staff has no clue what they are doing which creates unnecessarily long wait times and they all will tell you something different when asked the same question. It's usually dead in here but it still takes forever for them to do anything. And make sure to check your receipt as well!

We have the AMC app, which allows us to purchase tickets online, so I can't comment on the ticket office. I will say that getting our tickets scanned, ordering refreshments, and finding our theater and seats were easy and straightforward. The restrooms were clean and well-stocked with soap and paper towels. The movie theater is definitely showing its age; I believe it used to be called Rave Motion Pictures before it was bought by AMC. We saw a couple Montgomery police officers providing security in the theater, and we never once felt unsafe. Old theater, but clean establishment with quick and friendly service! No reclining seats at this AMC. I think all things considered, I give this place 5 stars. I don't need the newest theater with all the latest bells and whistles, nor do I need a dining experience while watching a movie. This place does the basics really well and I appreciate it.

So we go into our theatre to watch dogs and it's 10:15 and the projector wasn't on. We asked 2 times and they got it on. Went to the bathroom before the movie, the women's bathroom was an experience. Some stalls don't have doors, the under part of the sink was on the floor, and one of the sinks seem to have like throw up in it. Get back to the movie and everything is fine, no problems. When the movie is over, there was no staff there. So we left the theatre area and the mall doors were locked on the inside. There was no security and we couldn't go back in the theatre area. We got locked inside the mall, but luckily a guy with keys circled around and let us out. Staff was nice though, so I give it two stars cause I've been in worse situations.

I'm just one person I don't need that much food I felt super high-pressure into buying this package and I know the theater makes a lot of their money off concessions so that's the first thing. Secondly, the theater number seven was a pig sky. The seats are super old theater has not been upgraded in a really long time. I asked why they were pushing the special at the concession stand and that I had no desire to have a large popcorn. I only wanted a small popcorn and they continued to throw it in my face, so I just hate the extra few dollars and walked into the theater I don't recommend this location. It's nasty. The employees are rude and I hope AMC takes the time to train their employees better because when you ask for something you should get what you asked for and not what they want to Selya. I didn't know going to an AMC. It was like going to a car dealership. No wonder people don't want to go to movie theaters anymore $28 approximately for a large popcorn, a large Diet Coke and milk duds that I threw away !! Get it together AMC !! He's usually heavily intoxicated and sits near the end of the bar. he is always there so you can spot him easily. Just don't let him ruin your good time. I usually just ignore him when he makes his grumpy utterances. He's never done it to me but I've seen him drink too much and do it to people. Just be aware of it.
