I haven't been to this theatre in years. Only a free movie pass could bring me out but something changed. Did they change the decor?? Vibe??? It was clean. Staff were friendly. Seats were comfortable. I didn't have any thing from the concession stand. The pizza smelled good. Maybe I will give this one another try. Only thing that bothered me which has nothing to do with the Theater is all the broken car window glass in the parking lot. Hmmmm...

Visited this location yesterday evening to watch a movie and had good experience. The seats seemed to be updated. Very comfortable velvet seats, clean, and great customer service. Right after movie, workers began cleaning theatre. Only complaint I have is slushee taste and no refill policy. The slushee seemed to be lacking some flavor compared to other slushees I have tried at other AMC locations. Additionally, I am usually able to get refills, but the rule has changed. Overall great experience.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Before you enter, there is a ton of garbage outside and in the foyer. Both self serve kiosks are out of order. Only 1 out of the 3 soda machines work. It seems that nobody is capable of picking up a broom or wiping down the counters. I'm not sure how this place passes health department standards. Only good thing was that we were the only ones in our movie. Guess everyone else got scared off too... You're better off going to a different location.

What my chicken and waffles looks like during a movie. Kind if hard to eat.

I honestly don't have a long review of this place. It's my main theater to go to since it has free parking, with plenty of food options nearby. It shows movies, has standard overpriced food and drinks, never really is dirty, and get the jobs done. Only noticeably complaint I have is 3/4 automatic hand dryers in the men's room don't work, and you have to press a lever, so you feel like a fool for a minute trying to get a towel. In the end, they have a lot of screens, a decent rewards program, and free parking, so I'll keep coming here.

It was a Mom & Daughter Sunday Funday. Our first stop was to see a movie. The first show time is always at 11:30 AM. The first show is discounted for $5.00 after that the price goes up. Depending on what movie comes out this location gets pretty busy. But, today was a quiet day not that many people were waiting in line for movie tickets. Thet even have a nice food station were you can purchase fries, pizza, hotdogs, nacho etc. The washrooms are always kept up nice and clean. The staff crew are always smiling and friendly.

Since I work at this theater my opinion about it will be a little be different than others. I've only been here for about a month and a half and there is so much that I can tell you. Box Office: there's a big thing with selling "Stubs Cards" right now and we can talk your ears off with the perks that come with it, and I do think that it is a good deal for the price, but that's only if you visit AMC theaters often. Concession: Food is really expensive for what you're getting but people still buy it. There are combos and promotions that they have going on but you're better off eating before you get here because when you leave you'll probably have spent $50 on concession items alone Bathrooms: long and behold this is where we get the most complaints from guests but it is them who causes the bathroom to be disgusting. We try our best to continuously clean the restroom, I myself have had to clean it numerous times. There could be anything from diapers in the toilets, tissue all over the floor, to food and drinks, in the bathroom. And as you can see these are all problems that the guests cause. If they just clean up after themselves it wouldn't be a problem. But they fail to see their own faults. Theaters: yet again anther problem caused by the guests. After every show we go and clean the theaters and there has been very few instances where the guests threw their trash Away. Maybe they think that the employees are their maids and it's an obligation that we clean up after them but it's not. They need to be more considerate of our job and clean up after themselves. Most of the people are adults btw. That's all I have for now. If I have comments or reviews on anything else ill be back to let you all know

Very dirty seems like it needs a thorough cleaning. There was popcorn on the floor, underneath the seats, and between the seats.

In a time where going out literally anywhere feels like a luxury buy, this place makes every penny worth it. The sound quality is great, the reclining seats that heat and cool are perfect, the concessions being affordable instead of a million dollars, this theater has single handedly made me a Classic Cinemas loyalist. I never used to go to the theaters before because the prices had just gotten so out of hand and the service usually sucked but this place has me coming back almost every week. I also LOVE that they do throwback movies & early releases of movies as well. This place is very nostalgic and makes it well worth it to get back in the movie theaters.

Cinemas Entertainment 10 is never too crowded nor too expensive compared to other cinemas that I have visited in the past. In fact, if you visit before the evening hours its a lot cheaper compared to visiting in the evening. Take note of that because depending on your age group it's a one to three dollar difference if you choose to watch your movie before the evening. As I share this review, I have only been to Cinemas Entertainment 10 only two times, which was to see movies 'Black Panther' and 'Avengers: Infinity War' on separate occasions. I have to say that my only complaints are the advertisements of movies that are currently out, which it's best to 'Google' Cinemas Entertainment 10 versus relying on their social media sites Facebook & Twitter because both are not up kept. I will let that one slide, and hope that a young social media savvy adult takes that position to keep us movie enthusiasts up-to-date. However, if you are interested on deals and what Cinemas Entertainment 10 has to offer visit their website. In closing I say that I'm still new to 'Cinemas Entertainment 10', and as the time goes on I will share more pictures and insight on things that I encounter, and I hope this review helps. Thomas G

It defines what an aesthetic banquet should be - from the lavish interior to the beautiful lighting to the stunning decor on the tables and props across the banquet. It left my family and I in awe by how BEAUTIFUL the place was! When it comes to service, be ready for some of the most eloquent and friendly staff you've encountered. Each staff member carried a huge smile that brightened my day and made the experience even better. From the coat service promptly and carefully taking care of your belongings to the food staff who were more than happy to tend to our needs - it felt great not having to run around for help and receiving genuine service. They are the epitome of friendliness! Now you can't have an exhilarating experience without talking about the food! The variety of foods was phenomenal and oh so delicious. At other places, I find myself finding it a hit or miss on all the foods, but here, the food was constantly coming out fresh and warm - and I kid you not when I say I tried nearly every dish. What put the icing on the cake (early pun intended) was their selection for desserts because my goodness was it to DIE for. I bought tickets online so I simply had them scanned upon arrival. Having to wait in line for a kiosk to open up would be incredibly annoying. I saw Scream 7 opening day, so the theater was packed. I walked right to the concession stand only to find a long line at the only available kiosk. Rather than wait in line, we ordered via the AMC app. I'm not sure if doing that was much faster, but we were at least able to skip the line. The bathrooms could definitely use a refresh. It smelled, and the toilet paper was running low. Some of the soap dispensers were also empty. I went to an IMAX showing and found the seats really uncomfortable. They've been updated, but they're definitely not as comfortable as the old Icon red recliners. They also don't recline as much, which sucked. The popcorn was fresh and hot, though, which is a big plus. The AMC theater in the burbs that I usually visit dumps popcorn from bags into the counter storage area. I also just saw the Michael Jackson movie there too and had a similar experience. I rarely go to the movies in the city, but if I do, I might have to go to AMC on Columbus or Block 37. I'm not sure if I can keep this location on the list.

Judging by the reviews, I'm not alone here…read more I've been a longtime fan of the ICON Theater at 1011 S. Delano Ct E, so I was excited (and a bit cautious) when AMC took over. Unfortunately, the rebrand hasn't been a great experience so far. The biggest change is the shift to touchscreen kiosks for both tickets and concessions. While convenient in theory, it removes a lot of flexibility and human interaction. Once you order, you're funneled through the system with little room to make adjustments or ask questions without jumping through hoops. For example, I ordered Impossible nuggets and selected one sauce. When I tried to ask for a different sauce at the counter, I was told I had to go back to the kiosk and place a new order. I ended up speaking to three different people, including a manager, just to swap or add a $1 sauce. That level of rigidity is frustrating and unnecessary, and it actually made me late for my movie. Another issue is the bar and grill. I arrived early hoping to sit at the bar while waiting for a friend, but I was told I couldn't enter unless I had already purchased a movie ticket. Since we planned to buy tickets together, I couldn't go in. Even security didn't understand the policy. It feels shortsighted, why have a bar if people can't access it freely? It limits both customer experience and potential business. On the positive side, the theater itself is still great. The seating remains comfortable, and the movie experience hasn't changed much from the ICON days. Overall, though, AMC has made the experience more complicated and less customer-friendly. The over-reliance on kiosks and strict policies takes away from what used to be an easy, enjoyable outing. I'm glad the space still exists, but I hope improvements are made, especially when it comes to customer service and accessibility. 2 out of 5 stars.
