You also get to pick your seats before you arrive which is so nice! I'm also a sucker for their popcorn always fresh! We even had one of my kiddo's birthday celebrations here and it was fantastic. I love party planning and they let me do it up in their spacious party room. Including letting me bring all table linens, feather vase centerpieces, a cake, table decor, a welcome sign for outside, two paparazzi cardboard cutouts I made that had flashing camera bulbs, a full red carpet (inside the room) and two 10ft Oscar balloon statues that I made. The only downside was that the movie she chose (The Goonies) wasn't available due to licensing but we had a backup and she had a wonderful time watching one of her favorite movies in an entire theater with all of her friends! They even offer snack packages that include drink popcorn and small candy which was great! It was a great Hollywood style affair and we had an absolute blast!! The theater planner and staff we worked with was great very friendly and helpful. Would 100% plan a party here again or rent out one of their comfy and extremely clean theaters. We recently saw The Sheep Detectives there so have to include that as well such a cute and funny film! If you haven't seen a movie here you're missing out go treat yourself!!

The seats were uncomfortable through and they have stadium style seating. I was hoping for some reclining seating. You can buy the movie tickets online for a $1 more surcharge for each ticket so really became $2 each for both of us. The snacks and drinks were pretty expensive. I haven't been to the movies in a while so it was a surprise for me. $10 for small popcorn and $8 or $9 for slurpee. But my son did love the slurpee so I'm glad that it was worth it. The popcorn was not as fresh. The bathrooms were very clean at 10 am movie time. They have plenty of parking and good option to take kids for the movies. Would I go again, yes, good option to go with family.

10/10 -- I'll definitely be back!…read more I'll start by saying I'm a bit of a movie theater snob, so I don't give this kind of praise lightly! NCG Snellville's renovation is REMARKABLE. The entire theater has a fresh, modern feel, and I was genuinely impressed from the moment we walked in. Everything was clean and well maintained, the drink stations were spotless and fully stocked, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. There's even a bar now! But the SEATS! Easily some of the most comfortable theater seats I've experienced. The recliners almost feel like zero-gravity chairs, and they made watching the movie incredibly comfortable. My mom and I had such a great experience. The improvements they've made have completely elevated this theater. Clean, comfortable, modern, great service, and an all-around enjoyable atmosphere. I highly recommend NCG Snellville, and I will absolutely be returning!

Thank you for taking the time to read this. I will try to keep this brief…read more I attended a screening of Obsession at 6:45 PM in Auditorium 7 at AMC Colonial 18, located at 825 Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road, Lawrenceville, GA 30043 on 6/20/26. Shortly after the film began, a guest seated in Row A was repeatedly using her phone at full brightness to text, browse social media, and scroll through various apps. The light was distracting to both myself and other moviegoers. I went to Guest Services and politely asked if an employee could speak with the guest about phone usage during the film. I returned to my seat, and approximately 40 minutes later the guest was still using her phone. While the brightness had been lowered, the phone remained visible and distracting. I left the auditorium a second time and encountered the manager on duty, a shorter man with curly hair whose name I unfortunately do not recall. I am sure his identity can be verified through the schedule for that evening. I asked whether he had spoken with the guest. He informed me that he had not and stated that people should be expected to use their phones during a movie. He also said that he had only seen the guest check her phone twice and therefore did not consider it a significant issue. I explained that the phone use had been ongoing and asked if he would please address it. During our conversation, he repeatedly refused to take any action and told me to return to my seat. At one point, he stated that he would need to "catch them in the act" before speaking to them, which contradicted his earlier statement that he had observed the guest using her phone. I then asked whether he intended to do anything about the situation. When he said no, I explained that while I could speak to the guest myself, I would prefer that an employee handle the matter. He responded by accusing me of escalating the situation, even though I was simply requesting that the theater's policies be enforced. The most concerning part of the interaction occurred when he stated that he could tell I had been drinking and that I wanted to escalate the situation. This accusation was completely unfounded. I had consumed a single mixed drink purchased at the theater's bar nearly an hour earlier and was not intoxicated. I found the comment inappropriate, unprofessional, and unnecessary. At that point, I ended the conversation and walked away specifically to avoid further conflict. I waited in the lobby and later spoke with the manager again. During that conversation, I asked about AMC's policy regarding phone usage in auditoriums. He told me that phones were allowed, which appears to contradict AMC's long-standing efforts to provide distraction-free movie experiences. As a result of these interactions, I missed a significant portion of the film. While the original issue was a guest using a phone during the movie, my primary concern is the manager's handling of the situation. Rather than addressing a reasonable complaint, he dismissed the concern, refused to take action, contradicted himself during our conversation, and made inappropriate assumptions about me personally. I have attended many screenings at this location over the years and have generally had positive experiences. For that reason, this interaction stood out as particularly disappointing. I hope AMC will review this incident and provide additional training or coaching regarding guest relations and conflict resolution. I had to cut down the original video or Yelp, but please let me know if you'd like the full thing. Thank you for your time.
