A couple we tried just didn't pass the smell test! JTM came in, got right to work, cleaned the ceiling fans, put our clean dishes away, loaded the ones in the sink. All without even being asked to do so. Rates are very reasonable, highly recommended if you need a one time cleaning or an ongoing service like us. Good cleaning service is hard to find!

They used corner protectors to shield our paint and drywall corners (Nice touch). Max did a great job explaining process of cleaning, matching grout color and sealing and Anthony (his color expert) did a great job as well. Our whole house only took a few hours (including walk-in shower). Max was very personable and made me feel like family or friend. When available he included my wife in conversation and decision making. That is one of my pet peeves when someone excludes my wife and ignores her. Which seems kind of funny because why would you immediately believe that I was an ex employee rather than a previous customer. Seems rather silly when they knowingly hired sub-par subcontractors. I'm providing my response below: I trust the owner will be able to identify who I am since they've needed to return on more than one occasion for warranty work. The owner's assumption that this is a fake review is inaccurate. They are well aware of our project since we have had numerous warranty issues that they've had to come and fix. I was told my review was read and acknowledged. I was told the former project manager was a "dirtbag" and a "car salesman". I'm not sure why the owner is acting as though this review is inaccurate. I was also told that the subcontractors that were assigned to us are no longer with ACR. I find it kind of disappointing that the owner chose to discredit this review rather than just take accountability, especially being dismissive about the paint brush comment. Nothing in this review was rude or subjective; all based on facts -- most of which his employees have shared with me. Nevertheless, I fully expect the owner to go on the defensive to my edit as he has on all the other reviews. He is well aware of our project, the firing of our PM, the subcontractors that were assigned to my project, and the sub-par work done in my home -- which the person who completed our walk through commented on.

The entire job took 4 days (big, 3500 ft2 house plus privacy wall), which included pressure washing, wood prep, minor stucco/crack repair, porch ceiling re-tape and plaster/repair, ground perimeter rock removal, taping and masking of windows/doors, two coats of paint, and site cleanup. I also had them paint the privacy wall as well. The team was very professional, thorough, took their time (a good thing, IMO), and paid attention to detail and quality. Robert listened to my requests (after site walk-down) and had the team touch up a few, minor things. To this day, the house and wall still look great, and I am glad I went with a more expensive paint (SW Duration). The paint goes on thick, coats extremely well, and it should provide many years of protection and color-fastness. Overall, one of the most admired aspects of Desert Royal's work is the taping and masking. Prep is key when it comes to professional painting, and this is where they shined. Edge and color lines were crisp, straight, and even on every window, door, and trim piece.

At 2:45 I text the first number which texted me, again apparently the owners personal mobile and tell them I can't wait any longer.I still haven't heard from them.
