And while the sign inside the store indicates it's closing tomorrow, they'll be nothing left here in a few hours or minutes at most.This place was a virtual Ghost town, with the exception of literally one aisle. I'm not making this up. And neither could you! For whatever reason, the marketing was subpar on this particular location, and it got virtually drowned out by nearby business. The sheer lineup of cars from nearby Chick-fil-a, Kfc, Burger king, etc etc etc, would make even coming here a reasonable nightmare as you navigate past the numerous lines akin to Disneyland. For what it's worth, my last appearance ever here was a great greeting by a rather conservative and mild mannered CSA or customer service All Star who opted to remain as close to Low key as possible. I stopped by Amazon Fresh on a rainy day just to return some items and grab a few things, and it turned out to be a really good experience. I walked in out of the rain and the place was clean, bright, and felt welcoming. There were kids there having fun, families shopping, and the overall atmosphere was positive. Everybody I interacted with was friendly. From the moment I walked in it was, "Hey, how can I help you." When I went up to the line, the service was on point and people were moving with a sense of purpose, even with the bad weather outside. I just want to reconfirm my five stars for this location. I live in Los Angeles and when you order groceries OR products from Amazon.com to be delivered to your door - GOOD LUCK if the driver has ANY issues delivering your order. You will NEVER be able to contact the driver. If the driver sends you a link through a text message, you will have to stop what you are doing and go through ALL of the login steps to get into your Amazon account to read the message and if you do that or are already into your Amazon account online with your computer and you click ANYTHING connected with your order YOU WILL NOT SEE ANY COMMUNICATION FROM THE DRIVER. Additionally, if you call customer support, they will tell you that THEY cannot get in touch with the driver to see what the issue is. You have NO recourse to resolve your issue AT ALL. It will happen again and again with other orders going forward because you cannot identify what the problem is and neither can Amazon's customer service employees. Amazon's system for communication with driver's is SERIOUSLY flawed. Buyers beware! You are better off ordering from Target. Oh, and good luck writing your review on Google. They have good prices for a grocery store. They definitely could have a better vegan selection and sales, but they have good stuff. Pretty average I'd say but they win on price by a little bit, not by a lot. I barely ever have to interact with the staff, and it is kind of spare and boring inside. But it's fine. read more

In general, I think the prices at this Amazon Fresh store are on par with other grocery prices, although they have cheaper items if those are on sale. The store is relatively spacious and not super packed inside, you can choose check out by the dash cart during shopping, self-checkout or with cashier in the end. I want to start by saying the employees here are amazing! Every time I come in, Veronica, Sam, and Jonathan greet me with so much joy and always make me feel welcome. They truly go above and beyond. The issue isn't with the staff, it's with corporate. This location isn't stocked the way it should be, which keeps it from running at its full potential. About 7-8 months ago, corporate removed the oven that was used to make molletes, and it's still not "fixed." On top of that, they're often missing basic things like napkins or milk. It's frustrating because the team here does such a great job, but corporate doesn't seem to give them the support they need. I feel I have to warn other elderly individuals against trusting this , They might kill you? I'm 76 and been a cancer patient for seven years. It would be nice to be able to have good Food delivered to your door. Unfortunately, this " Fresh " store is not one I can trust. I ordered seven frozen dinners. Delivery gets expensive. They were advertised as Fresh, but what was delivered was anything but. All seven were expiring in three days with a note that said " do not use"! Obviously, he had to either look for the oldest ones in the pile, or it's store policy to pile them up for delivery. No one's eating for dinners in three days. It took three people before I finally got a refund, but they still kept the tax and the delivery fee. There was no offer to have them replaced and delivered. They told me I would have to order it myself and pay the tax again and a delivery fee again. I feel it is my obligation to warn other elderly people that this is the store that will take advantage of you with no real remorse! The people who I was talking to to get the refund, did not seem surprised at the situation! If you're looking for good food, this is not the place ! read more

Every single time I come here to do Amazon returns I'm met with a huge SIGH and attitude. It's extremely uncomfortable for me as a customer and off putting. This is not an isolated event. This is literally EVERY time, no matter who is at the counter. This was today, Thursday June 12th at 7:35pm. He rolled his eyes and sighed, scanned a few packages and then said they weren't scanning. I thought about offering to pull up my phone and have him scan that but I was extremely off out by the whole situation. I had planned to do grocery shopping after my return but my experience was terrible and I would NOT recommend anyone shop here, at least not this location. Amazon Fresh is my go-to grocery store. I love the convenience of the self-checkout carts and the great deals available for Prime members. I shop here twice a week, and overall, the experience is very positive. That said, there are a couple of downsides. Sometimes the store gets crowded with staff restocking or packing orders for delivery or pickup--they can block the aisles and aren't always quick to move. This time I had to wait almost 2 hours for a rotisserie chicken that I spoke with 4 employees about and each time I was given a different ready time . 2 of the 4 employees were managers and the 1st manager told me 20 minutes wait time after I sat in the store for 30 minutes already. 15 minutes after that I asked the employee how much longer and I was told that, at that moment, the chickens were just being put in the oven so I've been sitting in the store for an hour before they were even put in the oven & now have to wait an additional 45 minutes. The manager Cary was the one who noticed me sitting there for as long as I was and offered to rectify the confusion created by the 1st manager & 1st employee I spoke with. He was the only one who had a name badge on. I am disabled & was sitting in the store provided mobility scooter the whole time. Amazon Fresh's grocery store! Not my first time here but it's my latest and I thought I'd review it. This place is clean and convenient! It has a nice big parking lot that's well kept with designated spots for EVs, handicapped cars and curbside pickups! I haven't done the curbside yet but it sounds like a good idea! When you first walk inside store there's an Alexa kiosk which can help you find whatever you're looking for throughout the store (another feature I want to try one day) as well as a large, fully stocked produce section! The word CLEAN keeps coming to mind and this store is definitely that! Next up was the meat and seafood section as well as a giant diary refrigerator wall! There's plenty of room to move around and I had no problem finding anything! Certain items are offered for 10% OFF for Amazon Prime members (like me) and there were specials emailed to me, along with a receipt for my purchase after I left the store. I don't think there are too many Amazon Fresh stores in SoCal, I only know of three, but it seems like a very cool, well maintained and easy place to shop for groceries! read more

They are making it harder for customers to return items but they do not understand they LOSE THEIR BEST customers after 40 yrs. This location is a hit and miss. I don't have the employee's name, but she's got a real attitude and she doesn't hide it either. The place is super clean and they keep everything well stocked. I like that they have hot and cold lunches. They also have a lot of pre-made meals. The meats and seafood are good quality. Most of the employees are really helpful and they make sure you find what you're looking for. Some of them go the extra mile to look for the item online or which store would have it. Now, the returns. I feel like I'm being judged for everything I'm returning whenever I come in. Some of them asks each other if such an item could even be returned. Ok I hate that I had to give 1 star but hear me out. On any other day my experience is around a 3-4 stars. The employees/associates are always in the way but I usually maneuver around them and go about my day. However today made me realize how important it is to use your own bags. I have tons in my truck but I always forget to grab them before heading in. Now I will never forget. I went in and bought a few things and used their brown bags. I didn't self check out because I wanted to use some of my cash. Thankfully I went to grab food to go and headed home. I've dropped into the Amazon Fresh in Fullertonm CA - across from Costco. Nice big store. Great selection of salad dressings - and, I especially liked the MANY pre-made frostings for Christmas baking!! (Can't find such an array in other stores :)) I did once have trouble with a big green Romaine lettuce that turned out to be VERY bitter. I returned it; they refunded. Feels like a neighborhood market because it's never crowded and never has long lines when I've been. The prices are fairly reasonable and the produce always looks good. This time I also bought food from their hot food, soup and salad bar and was pleasantly surprised. I tried the Italian Wedding Soup ($3.99) and expected it to be salty, it was not!In fact it was so delicious and packed with meatballs, veggies, and pasta. It truly was a marriage of flavors and comforting. To be sure, I went back a few days later to try it again and YES to the soup, not the dress lol. I also tried their Arancini di Riso which was not bad, but they used a melty stretchy cheese inside like mozzarella so they are more simply fried cheese balls . The way I've had them at other places is usually a softer mild cheese, sausage, and risotto mixture inside. I also had the salad bar which was great, they have all the options I typically enjoy and everything was fresh. I love Amazon Fresh and would totally be okay with them converting Whole Foods into more of these futuristic grocery stores. The parking was easy to find. When you enter, you can already tell it gives off a very strong Whole Foods vibe! The Amazon carts are really convenient, and I would like to see other grocery stores adopt this method, it renders self-checkout obsolete ! What I found great: - The contactless checkout carts are awesome! - The meat is fresh. - Items are reasonably priced. - The selection is great. - I appreciate how they would display the ratings of these items on Amazon.com - They have P.F. Chang's frozen meals. - The staff in this store are really friendly and professional. - The store is well lit and clean. - Navigating around the store is easy and item placements are really organized. I am a user for delivery for several years now. My deliveries used to come from the store out in Comerce but now come from here. While the hr delivery and closer location are nice I have noticed that this store often experiences out of stock issues on items that are available when I order and may still be available after they say out of stock. It's really frustrating, esp when meal planning, etc. It was much rarer an issue at the other store so not sure why a new store would be having these issues. Seems common place for Amazon fresh in general per online reviews but they need to get it together. Esp for those of us who pay to be able to order in smaller qty, etc. Seriously - stop gauging us, similar to paying for a pillow on an airline, and give us the service we pay for! read more

This grocery store has some of the friendliest, helpful employees ever even more than Trader Joes. Very good deals if youre an Amazon prime member and they have weekly promos on top of that. Certain items like fresh herbs, eggs, milk, ice cream are cheaper here than your other grocers. They also have a ready to eat food bar. Food looked pretty average but good option to have. There are lots of employees working hard making Prime orders and others available to assist you. I would give -1 star for lack of brand options but its probably because they get discount on the brands they do carry to provide such discounts. I needed antibacterial hand soap but they didnt have that or at least any in stock when I came in. Prime sale just happened today and it was pretty busy. They were already out of stock for certain foods and toilet papers. They had a lot of good BOGO deals for salmon and $1 strawberries. Overall, I only shop for myself and still go to Costco and TJs but when I need my basics I come here. read more

Not a big fan of Amazon anything in general but since this is a new store it deserves some attention. First of all, it is nothing like a Whole Foods if anyone was wondering. The selection is strictly middle of the road. You won't find any gourmet items here. The quality of the produce seems to be in line with other major super market chains. Same for the prices. This was a little bit of a surprise until it hit me that the true concept of Amazon Fresh is delivery. That is why you will notice all these Amazon employees with their carts shopping for people who have ordered online. To me it's a little annoying. They are not very courteous. They don't get out of your way. It ruins the experience of going grocery shopping in person. I assume they don't care. I have also found that their pricing is a little deceptive. Shortly after they opened I happened to notice that they had Philly Cream Cheese for $1.15 or so. There was no "Special Price" or "Sale" tag so I thought: "Hmmm... maybe they are going to have some nice low regular prices on fast moving items". I was wrong, now it's $1.96. The other day I did notice that they have "Sale" price tags on the shelves for some items. But I would still recommend checking the prices before putting it in your basket. Frankly I don't find it very enjoyable to have to read a market's sale ad that comes in the mail to see if it's going to be worthwhile going this week but what can you do. The one thing I have found to be of benefit is that certain categories are extremely well represented. In fact much more so than Von's, Ralph's or Pavilions. One good example is sugar-free powdered drink mixes. Even if you need sodium-free (I do) you will find several varieties to choose from. It also seems like they get new products faster than other stores. I found "Hint of Salt" Ritz crackers the other day. I hadn't seen them anywhere else. So, in closing be sure to keep your eyes open when shopping at Amazon Fresh. I believe you will find hidden gems. But keep your eyes out for the not so great prices too. read more

I tried to respond to the survey regarding this experience. However, the survey did not allow me to select the correct store. Therefore, I'm writing a Yelp review instead. 2/2/25 The associate at the counter for picking up packages was very inattentive. This was my second experience with the associate with this type of behavior. After scanning my code, instead of retrieving my items, she began a conversation with another associate regarding a different experience. After waiting a few minutes for the conversation to end, I interrupted the conversation with an 'Excuse me. MAY I please have my items." The associate responded 'Oh. I'm sorry.'... and something like 'I can do that. I didn't realize waiting was a problem for you'. Why was that necessary? On a different occasion, the same associate, asked me 3x if I was returning or picking up. I answered each time as she was clicking buttons on the scanner. Mind you I have boxes in my hands. I answered each time " I'm doing both." Then she, with an attitude, said 'Well, which one do you want to do first?" Return I say. After I returned the items, she then said "Anything else?" I thought to myself, are you kidding me? I repeated, I'm picking up. She scanned my code and proceeded to get my items and returned with a snarky ' Have a NICE day Ma'am." I was able to check out this new market today. The parking lot is big and the store is very nice and clean since it's so new. The store has an industrial/warehouse feel to it. They have various one way signs on the floor to help with traffic although when I went, it wasn't crowded. The prices seem generally good. I had a $5 off of a $15 or more purchase so I was happy. Because it was early, I didn't see much prepared food in the deli area. Next time I'll try using the fancy hi-tech shopping carts when I have more time and plan to peruse each aisle longer. It is great and convenient to have a place to be able to take Amazon items that need to be returned instead of having to mail them back. I will still also shop at Ralphs and Pavilions, but I'm glad this store is here as an alternative. read more
