I live in Kahalu'u and subject to rain delays. I had roughly 5,600 sq ft of asphalt overlay to be applied to a 31 year old asphalt residential driveway plus at least 6 car unrestricted parking area. So it took 2 days (1st day preping and 2nd day final preping and then laying down 72 tons of hot asphalt a minimum 2 inches compacted thick. Some other companies only offer 1.5 inches compacted asphalt overlay. Finally, the employees were very courteous and polite. They did a very thorough cleanup including a portion of our neighborhood road that had a lot of traffic during this job. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome!

This summer some spots are coming up on the driveway and I contacted the Seal Pros team about repairing those spots since we are still within the one year warranty. They were more than willing to send a team out to repair the spots--and did a great job at it. Scheduling is always difficult because these jobs are weather dependent and it rains often in Wahiawa. I was grateful they continued to work with us to get the job done! Will definitely use Seal Pros again for our driveway servicing!

Had to complain to the front office before the field representative would return my calls. Seems he was always on vacation. Servpro failed to give estimates before starting the remediation job. The field representative kept saying the front office will be sending me an estimate to do the remediation work. After the remediation was completed, I finally received a $5,000+ bill. I never received an estimate. Servpro also sent inaccurate billing to me and the insurance company. After I settled with the insurance company, Servpro sent me a higher estimate for repairs. Because of Servpro's mistake, I received a few thousand less from the insurance company. Buyer beware of Servpro. The only good thing is Servpro agreed to delay payment because my bank put a hold on the insurance company's check for 8 business days. Getting paid was Servpro's only strong point.

The area next to the steps and along the front of the house needed a retaining wall to hold the soil and clean up the slope. Their crew came out, walked the space with me, and explained how they would build the wall and shape the curve so it would look natural with the yard and the house. They also talked about the base and drainage so it would hold up long-term. The work itself was done efficiently and the crew was easy to work with. They prepped the base, set the blocks carefully, and made sure the curve of the wall flowed nicely along the front of the yard instead of just building a straight line. They kept the job site pretty clean and checked in along the way to make sure everything looked right. The finished wall looks great and really improves the front of the house. It's solid, level, and the curve gives the landscaping a much cleaner look than what was there before. Overall, a very positive experience. If you need retaining wall or landscaping work done, Blessed Construction LLC is definitely worth considering.

Blessed Construction was one of several additional companies that Yelp sent my request to & they are also guaranteed by Yelp. I didn't hear back from some & others ghosted me. Of the few companies that I did get a quote from, Blessed Construction was able to do all the work. When stubborn tree roots got in the way of my vision, Efoti came up with an alternative. Needless to say, his plan was pretty epic & I can't be happier!! He kept me updated every step of the way. Efoti & his crew were professional & respectful and were very careful to keep things clean and organized. They deserve 10 stars and I highly recommend this company for creating a beautiful space in your yard.

We (Management) are not too familiar with the process in regards to remediation, insurance claims and timelines so their guidance has been extremely helpful and reassuring. Ohana has been great with communicating what needs to be done and where we are in terms of who handles what. They even attended a meeting in which they addressed various concerns from management to unit owners. My take prior to dealing with Ohana was that all of these companies all very similar other than who has a GC license and who doesn't but I've been sadly mistaken. Speed, timing, responsibility and reliability is everything and makes the world of difference when it comes to not only operations but for the affected Units. For this I am extremely appreciative to Ohana Construction.

So I guess whatever warranty and claims they put on the contract is worthless based off if my experience. So disappointing because they started off great. I was going to refer them to my friends and family but not any more..

He reassured us that we were going to be taken care of and really took the time to explain to us what was going on, along with what the process would look like. We purchased a house and inherited an unfulfilled contract between ourselves and Kapili. There has been very little communication from them about when they are actually going to show up. They have been "rescheduling" and giving us the run for over a month now. We try to call and get answers and they either do not respond or are very delayed in their responses.

It was completed in about 3 days, though there was follow up inspection and a correction of some work done, so it took about a week. They cleaned up every day when they were done. The initial inspection was complimentary, and they took drone footage at that time as well as footage at each step of the way. It was interesting to see my house from above! I think maybe my only disappointment was that initially, I had opted to get the highest grade shingle but resorted to the medium grade. The initial inspection was done in March and the job took place in August, so I would have thought that 5 months was enough time to order the materials and get it shipped, but was instead told it would take until the end of September to come in, so I just went with the medium grade. I would highly recommend Kapili to anyone who needs a new roof!

We received the invoice through email and I paid by sending in a check to avoid the credit card fee to the credit card company. It would've been a $22 fee. It might not sound like a lot, but I avoid unnecessary fees if I can. We came back to our yard smelling like we were covering up a bloody massacre. The smell of bleach was everywhere. It wasn't the fact that bleach was used on the roof that bothered me but the concentration. I use 10% bleach everyday at work so I know what it smells like. This smelled like at least 30%. It was so strong it left bleach marks on the concrete. In fact my mom put a wet towel on one of our walls and it ended up with bleach stains. The workers didn't cover anything so my dad's t-shirt that was in a bucket in the sink outside was ruined as was my mom's washing machine cover. I shutter to think how the runoff that went into the storm drain will affect the bay. Envirowash sounds like an environmentally friendly company but I wonder if it is as the smell of bleach is sickening. Will never use them again!
