Jeff was extremely professional and did a wonderful job mounting my 65" Samsung on the wall. Communication (texting) was very prompt and he did a great job explaining what we would need for the whole process. Jeff came at the exact time he said he would and quickly went to work. We decided to have the wires hidden behind the wall when he arrived. Just in case that was not possible, he had extra wire covers ready (we have a lot of wires connected to the TV from the two video game consoles, Sonos, etc). He hooked everything up pretty quickly and I noticed he was very particular about getting everything right, measuring stuff and making sure everything was well balanced. I like that attention to detail. The outcome was great. Everything looks beautiful. I'm very grateful and would definitely recommend him and his company again! read more

So I reached out to a few "handyman" on yelp and found the prices relatively the same for the same amount of work. Then I came across JA Assembly. He answered immediately with a very competitive rate and by text we agreed on the next day at 2pm. And as simple as that. He actually arrived ON TIME. If you have ever done work in your home you know they give you a window and then show up 30 minutes after that window of 9am to 5pm.... Jeff arrived and was clean, neat, focused, used ingenuity and even got my method of hanging immediately. I'm very impressed with how well he works and respectful he is. A very dedicated and obviously successful young business man and one I hope won't become so popular that I can't get an appt with him! Highly recommend for delicate items, valuables, and white glove treatment. A true profesional unlike many who I have had the experience of working for me as gallery owner and home owner. He also hung my curtains and knew all about what specs to go by. Totally recommend Jeff, and so helpful he even replaced a bulb for me . read more

Jeff is highly professional and precise. He's proud of the work he does and treats your home as if it were his. For example - for my job - be put on booties as to not dirty my floor, he brought a portable vacuum to clean up the dust, and while cleaning atop my media console, he voiced his concern about not wanting to scratch the wood. I doubt many service people would have cared. I highly recommend Jeff @ JA Assembly. read more

Amazing Spaces by Jeff - Korg says "Nice Job!" - Home Theatre Installation Near Me

Jeffrey is a meticulous craftsman and an outstanding professional. I contacted many handymen but Jeffrey was the only one that asked whether I had suspension rails for the job. He also asked the right questions to make sure that everything was at the home for assembly and install. Jeffrey identified problems with my pieces quickly and was extremely professional about it. The daybed that I ordered was missing an entire box and a piece was broken during shipment. Jeffrey was calm. He pointed out the issue and moved on to the next projects. When he put up the Besta cabinets on the wall he saw that the ceiling had a slope so took everything off and started again so that it came out perfect. He did an excellent job. Jeffrey is coming back to finish the work but he has done an incredible job so far. I'm even thinking of asking him to install a NEST cam in our coop because I know he would do it in a way that met me and my wife's high expectation. In summary, I highly recommend Jeffrey for anyone wanting to assemble and mount furniture. He's a class act. read more

Jeff came to my apartment to see my set up and go over the things I wanted done. My TV & Fireplace were mounted on my wall but the spacing wasn't good and the job was sloppy. Jeff and I set up a date and the day before he texted me to confirm the visit. He came to my apartment and went straight to work. He didn't mind me asking questions and he also explained things that he was doing like how he was going to hide my wires since I can't put a hole into the wall. He repositioned my 60 in tv, attached my soundbar to the top of the tv and lowered my electric firplace. He ran the wires going upward and mounted an outlet strip behind the tv. He mounted my cable box on the wall behind the tv as well. This was a very neat job and looks so much better now. He asked for a broom and garbage bag at the end and cleaned up his mess. He gave me some business cards to give to others and I definitely will. His price was reasonable compared to others I had called. He did all the work by himself. I was truly impressed. When I purchase my house I will be given him a call. read more

Jeffrey from JA Assembly was amazing. came originally to mount one television (see pictures below (before and after tv 1). wires were originally there, however was not level and not very well hidden. he mounted the TV done right and cleaned up afterwards. while i had him here, i had him do the 2nd television as well, as it was originally mounted, however the peripherals were just sitting on a small table. (see before and after #2). glad he had some of his own parts to help, b/c the look of these two rooms look great! If i only decided to use him the first round, i could have saved myself some time and money. Great work service. Definitely would recommend him to others and would use him again in the future. read more

Amazing Spaces by Jeff - Excellent mounting skills - mounted our TV and BESTA unite - Home Theatre Installation Near Me

Jeffrey was AWESOME to deal with! He came to my house first to see the layout of everything. He made some great recommendations for units that would work for mounting, but I wanted to do some research on my own. I sent him a couple different units I was interested in to confirm he could install them, and he was very responsive and was able to do anything I had in mind. He arrived on-time with all the materials needed. He put together the cabinet and TV mount supplies all in under 3 hours, which is extremely impressive as I had a lot of "stuff" that I wanted installed. Overall Jeffrey was patient, communicative, and very professional. I will recommend him to ANYBODY looking to have something professional mounted/installed. Thanks again Jeffrey! read more

So had 55 inch TV fall of the wall ..it was mounted by someone else about 5 yrs ago ..got new better TV ..and while i could have done it I decided to let someone else figure out the problem ..of centering the TV ..on the Wall on an Omnipoint PLAY 40 arm ..its not a straightforward operation ..it extends 3 ft and and moves in 4 directions .. Jeff got it first shot ..and ran the cables in the wall .. I'm fussy and he got within 95% of what i myself would have done in a day ..in a short time The 5 % is my fault for not discussing enough details about ..very very minor cosmetic things ..that NO ONE but myself will ever know or see Exremeley happy customer. Jeff is and was absolutely awesome! Very professional, accommodating and punctual as well. We were in town for a few days and bought my in-laws a tv as a gift. I reached out to several installers through yelp and Jeff was incredibly responsive and gave me an amazing rate. He also gave me some sound advice on the tv size, the wall it would be mounted on and what kind of mount I would need. He has a ton of different mounts, wall mounted shelves and all the things you would need to make your tv wall come alive. Absolutely blown away by the workmanship and manner at which the job was completed. Jeff is a professional. We requested a to mount a 55 inch TV and soundbar on top of a mantle and he gave us 3 mount options that would work best for our space, the mounts and service were all fairly priced (no up-selling). I can't say enough about how details oriented he is. He is already helping us work on our new project to design to install a new Ikea wardrobe. Would highly recommend him. read more

I am so glad I found Jeff at JA Assembly. When I tried to assemble my new South Shore Bedroom set and it wasn't coming together properly, I knew I needed help. After struggling with it all night, I messaged JA for a quote. I received a prompt response with a reasonable price, Jeff was able to schedule me for the same day. He showed up as promised and was fully prepared with all the necessary tools. Jeff was polite, experienced, and careful He also hung my window blinds and they looked beautiful when he was finished. His work is also very neat-He carefully piled all garbage in 1 pile so it was easier to get rid of once all the work was done. Because the mirror part of my furniture had not arrived with the rest, Jeff said that if I was unable to assemble that he would come back. Well, a few days later I tried and was unsuccessful. He did come back as promised and had to alter it as the furniture did not come with the grooves it was supposed to - in order to properly install the mirror. He installed it properly and completed my furniture repair. While Jeff is very organized and skilled at all types of mounting, installation, and assembly, his specialty is television mounting. I highly recommend him and JA Assembly. read more

Jeff mounted a tv for me in my bedroom quickly and professionally. Great job!!! Would hire again.

Where should I begin? I found Jeff by pure luck and stumbled upon his Instagram account where his work is showcased. He arrived right on time to start the work at our apartment. It's taken me a long time to write a review because we are still putting our apartment together and I didn't want to post just the mounted TV because it wouldn't have looked nice. It's now been slightly over 2 months and everything is perfect, in fact more more than perfect. I highly recommend Jeff for any type of mounting work one might need. As our apartment comes along I'll post updated photos of the tv. One more thing I forgot to add our TV is quite big 75" and we were not sure if it would hold. Jeff carefully inspected the wall before starting any work and made professional recommendations as for placement. I'll be using his services in the next few weeks. It's amazing how many people have been asking us to refer them to JEFF! Thank you for the great service you provided us. read more

Looking to mount a TV? Jeffrey is absolutely the person for the job. Check out the reviews, as of right now he's 87 reviews in, most all of which are five star, a couple of four star and only one under four star. You have to have to be an all-star to have this kind of record - and he is. I needed to get a 75" flat screen TV mounted in time for the Super Bowl, and my local place, Superior Electronics in Bellmore, proved to be one of the more bizarre experiences I've ever had. So for the first time ever, I reached out using the "receive a quote" feature in Yelp. I'm very glad that I did. Jeffrey responded quickly with a quote and detailed options for the job, and assured me that the TV was going to be up in time for the big game. I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to stuff like this (re: pain in the ass) - the TV looks amazing. Per his recommendation we hid the wires inside the wall - well worth the very slight price to do this. Jeffrey took his time and made sure everything was perfect. Not sure what else to tell you, the TV looks amazing and his price was about 25% less than the other price I received. Do not hesitate to use this fella to mount your TV - you will not be disappointed. read more

Jeff was perfect. He contacted me within 15 minutes of my requesting a quote and was able to squeeze me in between appointments that day. I needed a projector mounted on the ceiling (I had a Chief mount but didn't want to deal with installation). Friendly, efficient, effective, high quality. Can't recommend him highly enough! read more
