I canceled my membership 12/9, spoke to a manager to confirm and all. After jumping through all the hoops to cancel my membership, they STILL charged my card. Better yet, I tried to call to speak with someone immediately to fix it, and no one answered. THREE TIMES. Finally my call was answered the 4th time, and I was told the manager wasn't there, and that "hopefully she can look at it today or tomorrow". Obviously no one at Amazing Lash is concerned with solving the issue, so I will dispute with my credit card company instead. Seriously, just save your money and time and STAY AWAY from this slimy company. I have read multiple complaints against ALS stating the exact issue I'm having, down to the detailed given excuses of "there's no manager here right now" and "she'll look at it". Hello reviewers, I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I got eyelashes done on Tuesday first time, they all fell out by today Thursday. I was excited because I never had eyelash extensions before and I followed all the after care to a T made sure. I was told them falling out after the appointment is normal so I didn't think anything of it, I don't tug or rub my eyes already before extensions. So I'm not sure what happened. The staff is nice and helpful but I don't know why the product didn't work. I didn't have any allergic reaction during or after everything was fine. I just noticed the day after a ton fell out and they would be inside my eyeball poking me, the lost eyelashes. I don't think I'll be back here. WORST LASH EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Do NOT come here for your lashes!!! Wish I could give negative stars. Let me start off with how they called me only 2 hours previous to my original appointment to reschedule me. This being my very first time coming here I was understanding. They were very nice about it saying my tech had called out & I would be with someone else who has 2+ years experience doing lashes. So I went ahead & rescheduled for the day after. Come time for my appointment I fill out my paperwork & my tech meets me to take me back. She starts with telling me I'm scheduled for 2 hour 6D set - This was already wrong. I booked for a 3D set. So we go back & she says she will do a mix of 3D & 6D to make it nice & full (and give me the "Sexy" look as there were only 4 to choose from...) I lay down for 2 HOURS fully expecting to wake up to a beautiful curled full set of lashes after doing my consultation with my lash tech. This was NOT the case. My lashes are sparse, twisted all different directions, none of them are even 3D, they were classics with 6D only on the outer corners making me look like a circus clown with eyeliner wings to my eyebrows. I am SO disappointed with Amazing Lash and their customer service as they clearly lied to me about my tech in the first place when booking my appointment. Very cheaply done and no care put into your lashes at all. After all was said & done I was still charged the full $79.99 "new client" price. Not a very welcoming office. Don't get me wrong, receptionist is not rude or anything, it's just they are not warm nor connect with their clients. I would prefer checking in with a computer instead. Technician was nice and quick with the procedure. Only complain is that there were not much questions asked before starting. Back in LA, technicians asked a lot of questions like what look you want, show pictures, show the lashes they would use, ask the length of lashes, and after showing you the finished product, would ask you if you wanted to add some more. Well... what to say? Honestly, I'm very disappointed. The first time my lashes were amazing. The following time I went to get a refill, one of the girls suggested me to get the flat lashes as my lashes were too thin to hold the regular lashes. I got the flat lashes and they were ok the moment she applied them, but the following day they were all messed up. I didn't wet them or apply heat or steam at all and in a week I lost more lashes than the first application. Looks like they apply the better products the first time just to get you, and then they just apply whatever. I feel sorry because all the girls are very nice and caring but I don't recommend Amazing Lash Studio in any location. I had a reaction to the adhesive so they suggested a patch test. (But told me I opted for a patch test without a reaction. Just because? Weird.) They removed all lashes to avoid further reaction. Patch test. Then charged my monthly fee ahead to make sure I would have enough to cover a full set. I still had a major reaction to the adhesive & no one returned my calls on June 10th to get me in for removal. June 11th they removed my lashes finally but my eyes were now oozing puss at the lash line & swollen. This delayed my trip to flagstaff by a full day as no one would answer phones the 10th. I asked to be refunded the full set fee as well as the prepaid credit that I would not be using because they had me pay this ahead. They said no. I believe they used the wrong adhesive from the patch test because my reaction was so severe. I had never dealt with this before, I had extensions on from an aesthetician about a year prior. When I asked for a refund, Amazing Lash' remedy was to leave me a vm encouraging me to come in for a 3rd attempt! I asked if they'd cover my medical expenses if I were to have a reaction. I was shocked they would even ask me to try extensions again & still not give me a refund of at the very least my credit I would not be able to use! read more

Transaction dispute of a double charge AND 5 monthly membership charges not rectified. Was told by a manager she needs to speak to the owner for the double charge, have not heard from them and this has been an issue since 12/2023. Signed up for a membership on first visit on 12/14 (this where I was charged twice, the worker said my first card didn't go through & it actually did. Sent proof of processed payment in to be refunded). Went in for a 2 week refill on 12/28 and was told I did not have an active membership and paid $79.99 for the refill service. I have now been charged 5 months for an active membership and on the card that I paid with for the 12/28 visit! I signed up on 12/14 with a total different card then the 12/28 visit was told I needed to pay non-membership price for because I didn't have an active membership. The card used for the 12/28 service is the card they have been charging for a monthly membership. That specific 12/28 visit is where they told me no active membership and charged me full price and then proceeded to USE that card for a monthly membership. How ridiculous! read more

My first visit was not a positive one but gave them another trail with Shaz as my lash stylist. She was significantly more pleasant, professional and completely made sure my lashes looked as desired. April was very accommodating and detailed informing me of their monthly program vs biweekly etc. There was no pressure and she was very kind and respectful of my decision. When I walked in Taylor greeted me with a big smile and welcomed me to the studio! Very friendly and answered all my questions! Kristin was my technician! She was professional, knowledgeable and explained every step. Plus she was fun to talk with while I had my lashes worked. I highly recommend this studio. I had an incredible first visit at this location! Madison helped me get a last minute appointment hours before I flew out for vacation - and emergency fill in because my previous studio canceled on me. Hali was my lash artist and from the beginning, she communicated clearly with me and asked about my preferences and expectations. She educated me on my options (which my previous studio NEVER did), and she was so knowledgable! Hali did serious damage control, because it turned out that my last studio did an AWFUL job at isolation and straight up botched my lashes. Hali went above and beyond to correct my lashes and make them look so fluffy and beautiful, with incredible isolation. I didn't know they could look this good! I now have a membership and I'm so excited to see Hali again... although my retention has been so incredible, I may not need a fill in yet!! Thanks for making such a huge difference! I was a member of Amazing Lash before the COVID shut down. Once things were clear to start using again, I was able to find a great stylist. My lashes would fall out when other, less experienced stylists did my lashes. That stylist went on leave so I found another one who was excellent. When she left she said she wouldn't recommend any of the stylists there to do my lashes. Flash forward to late 2023, I am paying for a membership that I am not using as I don't trust anyone to do them so I went to cancel the membership. You have to set up an appointment with Guest Relations to call you to try to convince you to keep your membership. It took 3 days to get the first available appointment to cancel my membership which meant that I passed a billing date. Even when you hold your ground, you then have to fill out a cancellation form and email it in. Why couldn't the studio just do that? Or better yet, have it in the studio so you can fill it in right then and there? This process was overkill and turned me off from ever joining again. I was Alyssa Birruete's model for volume lashes and I cannot be happier. I have gone to so many lash technicians and felt rushed, irritated eyes or just unhappy. I definitely did not feel this way with Alyssa. I felt like Alyssa listened to my concerns about not too long of lashes and my worry about having a reaction. Alyssa assured me if I had a reaction she could remove them. Fortunately I did not have an allergic reaction. I got more compliments than I can count from my beautiful lashes. They were full, dark and beautiful without feeling like they weighed down my eyelid. I would recommend and have recommended Alyssa to all my friends and family who are interested in volume lash extensions. read more

If you want a subtle, natural look, and are a busy professional with out tons of extra time, this is not the lash studio for you. I had my first lash application ever, which resulted in lashes that were not at all the natural and subtle look I asked for multiple times (with photographs and examples of fake lashes I wear regularly). While they kindly and politely offered a revision, that meant taking more time to come in, which I did, after they canceled and re-scheduled my first revision appointment. The revision was ok, but not great. I just had my first fill, and I tried dozens of times to tell the tech to be very light and subtle in her approach, and that I wanted a very natural look that did not look like fake lashes. I tried to show pictures, but she didn't look. She didn't really listen at all, didn't ask any questions to clarify what I was looking for, and gave me lashes that looked even more fake than the first set. I called again, and the person on the phone was honestly above and beyond nice, and offered another revision, which I scheduled. Internally, I was feeling somewhat frustrated, because I don't really have a ton of extra time for multiple appointments, but the person on the phone was just so nice and understanding that I didn't voice my frustration, because it seemed as though she genuinely wanted to make it right. The morning of my second revision, just a few hours before my appointment, Amazing Lash called again to cancel, without apology or concern for my schedule, explaining that the person I was scheduled with had some car trouble. I inquired about another tech, and they said no one was available until the evening, but I could not make it at that time. I inquired about another studio, and was told I could call myself to schedule. I asked to cancel my membership, and was told I would have to come in person to do that. I asked if I canceled at a different location, would they be able to cancel my membership, so I wouldn't have to go in person to two different studios. I was told the other location could accommodate my cancelation. This person was not polite, honestly rude, and never offered any sort of apology for all the inconvenience. I understand that emergencies happen, but this is a studio that beats you over the head with their 24 hours in advance cancelation policy, so I thought they might might at least apologize for having to cancel with 3 hours notice, and maybe would have tried to find someone else to cover the appointment. Especially since this was the second time they'd canceled on me, and especially since they were correcting mistakes they made by not listening to what I wanted in the first place. I called another studio location (Frank Lloyd Wright and McDowell), and the person on the phone was so incredibly nice, offered to get me in basically right away, and was super apologetic. However, when I asked her, she said that they could not cancel my membership. Not having the time to drive to multiple locations (one for the appointment and one to cancel my membership), I called the first location back. The person I got on the phone was horribly rude. At this point, I had spent so much time and effort just trying to get lashes that looked the way I wanted them to, that I decided I just wanted the lashes removed and to cancel my membership. The person over the phone's response was, "Like we told you, the tech had a tire blow out." And then silence. I was shocked at how rude she was, given that they had canceled on me twice, and not tried in any way to accommodate my schedule, never apologized for the inconvenience to me, and had frankly done such a poor job with my lashes. I never complain about much of anything, and I don't write Yelp reviews. I worked in the service industry for years, and I try to be super understanding, especially when people are short staffed and emergencies like car trouble happen, because I know those are circumstances you can't control. However, I also think when a business makes multiple mistakes, has a strict 24 hour cancellation policy, and then cancels on a customer multiple times, they should try to at least act like they are sorry, and try to extend the same consideration that other people's schedules also might require 24 hours notice. read more

HUGE disappointment. I've been getting my lashes done for two years, elsewhere, but had to go here for a fill, due to my regular lash gal being in the hospital. But, none of that was ever said, to me, by your front desk gal. Your lash tech (who I mentioned was a great gal) was quick to acknowledge what a great job my aesthetician (yes, licensed in AZ) had done on my lashes, and was quite impressed, so you can stop with that deflection. Additionally, I get my lashes done every two weeks, like clock work so, again, don't create a story that does not exist. I spent $89.99 in your salon, when all was said and done-- it was a complete waste. I've now had to have my regular gal take out the lashes that were applied, one week ago-- more money gone. The lashes from AL feel like plastic, you've shown your lack of interest in the customer experience, and you are way overpriced. Lesson learned. You can be snide in your response, which just shows everyone how you deal with your customers. Thank you, for showing your true colors. Buyers, be very aware. And not only did she answer my call, she was able to book me on Labor Day when I flew back into town, after 5pm.... WHAT!!! Unheard of for me in my entire history of having artificial lashes!! The most UNPROFESSIONAL staff I've ever encountered. I had an appointment to get a full set of lashes for our daughter's wedding. I was running late and called. The admin told me it was not a problem and to come in. I ended up going to the wrong Lash Studio location. I called again and explained that I was in the wrong place and I asked for the correct address. Again, the admin told me to come on in... and there would NO PROBLEM. I am new to the area and followed my Google map app to the address the woman provided, but instead of leading me to the Lash Studio, I was led to a gigantic mall. I literally had to search for 25 minutes to find this place. When I walked in, I was told that IF I wanted to keep the remaining hour and fifteen minutes of my appointment, I would have to SIGN A WAIVER stating nothing could be done if I left the salon feeling dissatisfied with the service provided FOR $89.00 (a special discounted price, yet, still too much money to waste). HUH???!!!! SIGN A WAIVER TO RELEASE THE SALON OF ACCOUNTABILITY TO ITS CUSTOMERS??? HUH??!!! To recap: I called the salon 2x....both times I was told to come in even though I was I was going to be late. When I arrived, I was told I'd have to settle for "whatever Nicole could do even if it was sub par job." I explained I am unfamiliar with the area. I also explained I am flying out in the morning for my daughter's wedding. There was NO EMPATHY...no customer service whatsoever!!! Never would I let a bride or mother of a bride be treated so horribly. And, if I owned this salon, I would seriously review the work ethic, commitment levels, and attitudes of those I've hired to operate the day-to-day of the salon. I have been a client with Amazing Lash Studios for over 2 yrs. Over this period of time I have consistently paid $119.95 each month. When I began my eyes began to get irritated with the lash extensions I asked to cancel my membership. I was told we should try some different types of glue. I declined and asked to cancel. I was then told in early July 2023 that I would receive an emailed form to complete for cancellation. I waited a week for the email. I called the location back and asked to speak with the Manager. She was not in but I could try to call again on Thursday. When I called back on Thursday the Manager was not in. I was then told only a Store Manager or Customer Care agent could assist me. During this time, I am still being billed and stacking up "service" credits which I can not use due to my new eye sensitivity and they do not refund. Finally, 8/19/23 I drove the 40 minutes to my original store to speak with someone directly. The Manager is not in and the young lady at the front counter does not know how to help me stating, "I have not been trained on how to assist you. You can scan this QR code to freeze your account or cancel." With that I was forced to complete a request online for a scheduled call. 8/21/23- 10:30AM I received a call from customer care- they said that I must pay my August fee of $119.95 before they can send me the email to cancel... Oh and by the way I will still get billed again in Sept 2023. Now I will have 4 service credits and you can only transfer 2 services credits to friends and family. That will leave me with $240 worth of service credits that must be used by me within 60 days. Unfortunately, I have no lashes remaining and developed an irritation to the extensions. I should be able to receive a gift card gift to someone else so they can use the service. I will NEVER recommend this company as the customer service is awful!!!!! read more

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The girls do a good job for the most part with keeping you relaxed and warm. Each room has a blanket and the beds are lined with lining for your protection, which I don't prefer but am glad because I am a germ freak. The only reason I wouldn't give this chain a 5 star is I feel like they don't fill your lashes as full as some individual lash experts that own their own studios. I feel like I have to tell them every time I go in for a fill in of exactly how I want my lashes to be. They do listen well but I just don't think I should have to tell them every time otherwise my lashes are lacking on the edges. read more

I've seen two different stylists here so far on my two different visits. Both were kind, but Whitley specifically was very helpful after my first stylist made an error on my lashes. Management was great at getting the issue resolved. The studio is clean and comfortable. I really like the quality of the lashes themselves, they seem to last longer than others. All of my friends have noticed the change in the quality of these lashes versus my previous. I'll continue to get my lashes done here because of the experience, location, and quality. read more

The moment I got lost on my way to the Amazing Lash Studio Shaz was very friendly and helpful to guide me the right way. Not only did I get where I needed to but she was very friendly so already way better than Google from the start! I was greeted with smiles and treated like a Queen from start to finish. I had various questions to which they answered all and eased my fears. I consulted with Holli the look I was searching for to which she advised just the hybrid volume set which I love! During the application Holli answered my last minute questions I forgot while still perfecting the look I was searching for! Talk about great customer service and multitasking skills! Once the application ended I thought wow that was a fairly easy application felt very comfortable and to top it she has achieved a look I have sought for years and never achieved before as perfect! When I went up to check out after my appointment Shaz then proceeded to inform about their membership! Talk about cherry on top my mind was blown away! The membership was not only possibly the greatest deal I've heard so far, but also very practical with basically everything I needed! She described the different styles they had and the process. I fell asleep while she was putting the lashes on and then woke up towards the end. I started going here maybe a month or two ago. I've had 3-4 lash sets and out of all of them, 2 times my lashes just fell out a few days after. When I signed up for the membership they made it clear they would help if my lashes started falling out. We'll both times I brought it to their attention my lashes are falling out and the only thing they helped with was a $15 credit when you're paying $140 a month!! Terrible customer service. If I'm paying for lashes I expect them to last longer than 4 days. I also would expect the customer service to be more professional as when I called to cancel my plan since Shaz said there wasn't anything they could do besides have someone "look at my lashes" and it was the second time its happened I asked to cancel my membership. Shaz told me to keep the situation chill, regardless that she was ignoring me saying numerous times I want to cancel. Telling a customer who actually was being chill to chill, isn't professional at all let alone even if they weren't being chill you shouldn't be telling your customers to chill. My worst experiences ever with lash extensions. Took her 2 1/2 hours to put them on. Then I paid for volume and couldn't even see them when I looked in the mirror. They in NO way look like the pictures you choose from. There was so much glue on them they had to be totally removed when I went to have them filled in. I had wondered why my lids felt heavy and whey they were bothering me so much. And all they said to me when I complained is that I could come back in and have someone else take a look at them.
