Spent 85 $ on lashes and a few came out the next day. Says on the door 72 hour fixes for free so i called and told her i had cried before the started coming out (cried not rubbing my eyes i pat my tears on my cheek.) She told me it didnt apply and i would have to pay another 30 i asked if could just get them removed bc i just found out i was pregnant bc i started having a miscarriage that day (reason i was crying) she told me that would also be 30 & had like no sympathy. My husband was upset and got a little crazy but i appolgized on his behalf and thats when i explained what was going on and she said i could just call back to talk to a manager at 5. Now im going to a new studio to have them removed and eill never give this place buisness again. So glad i didnt get a membership was close to getting one but if they are going to false advertise then not a buisness i want to support. read more

I didn't like the work that was done by Britney(?) with all her sniffling. My lashes were falling off, but I came back and they made it right. I've been seeing Selene and she has done an amazing job. My lashes are not falling off, I'm always in and out. Not to mention I look and feel like a freaking rockstar with my lashes. I get compliments all the time from women and men. I love how natural they look. Nothing like the ones done at the nail shops. It's like around $80 for the full set and $45 for the refill, but to me its well worth it. I don't mind paying for quality. My lashes came out great, unfortunately I discovered a piece of adhesive (glue) that was dropped in my hair during the application of the lashes. When I combed the glue out, of course the hair came out with it. Highly frustrating and disappointing. read more

Avoid this chain!!! I've paid more for a professional lash stylist, and I've gone here. As soon as my contract was up, I was out of there. They have limited options and pay no mind to individuals, or their lashes. When I ended my contract there, my lashes were thin and so damaged. This can happen with wearing extensions for a long time, but ALS uses diameters of lashes that are heavier and ruin your natural lashes. Also, the adhesive they use does not last nearly as long as what most stylists use. After 3 weeks of lashes, on, expect to have nearly nothing left (which looks ridiculous because you always have a few stragglers). They are a "get you in and out as quick as possible" place. Trust me, pay slightly more and go to a real professional. read more

This is possibly THE WORST place to get your eyelashes done. I'm not the type to ever write a review but the girls are rude! They were talking about their customers when I first walked in. I've been to at least 5 of the area locations and as expected this one is right on par. I saw Michelle to get volume lashes for my wedding and they looked absolutely amazing. It took a bit longer than usual but I was actually grateful for that as I knew she was making sure she caught every lash. I had an appointment with one stylist, WAITED FOR AN HOUR because she (Britney) was not done yet with the previous customer and STILL ended up with totally different stylist, who did a horrible job. I got my eyelashes done on 8/10/17 and they all have already feel out on 8/15/17. As far as the woman told me she said they last up to 3 weeks and it didn't even last a whole week. I been a member and tip well nothing wrong with my stylist today I had a really bad experience I was planing on going to get my lashes done I made an appointment for 3:00 because I had a dentist appointment in the morning after the dentist had to do an extraction and surgery I called this location to see if I could cancel and reschedule for another day and the receptionist said it was ok but they where going to charge me anyways because of cancellation I explain to her that I was in a lot of pain and doctor said I need to rest medication i got I was not allowing me to drive she obviously said well I'm sorry to hear that but we have to charge you so I said I have the paper work can you work with me she said no ...at this point i said ok you can keep my money for the next 2 months of my contract she happy said ok thank you so much what a great costumer service they had so now for the next two months I will pay the lash studio for no service be care full to get memberships here once you do it they don't care about you only to draft your money..I gave it one star because you have to read more

I had a horrible customer service experience at the Hwy 59 humble location. They didn't care about my time where rude to me and charged me inappropriately. Mainly the front desk attendant Stephanie was extremely Unprofessional Rude and clearly Could care less about the client. I called The previous day to have my appointment rescheduled for later in the afternoon and spoke to Stephanie on the phone. She was rude then and after a while on the phone and the realization that I was scheduled under the wrong technician I was able to get an appointment for the afternoon with the tech whom I love. When I show up she tells me I don't have an appointment I then make Her aware I spoke to Stephanie and had this squared away. She then tells me she is Stephanie. It only got worse from There I was told I was charged for The appointment that I rescheduled. When I ask for a manager they didn't know where she was no one could help refund my money on account that it was the employees fault. I was told I needed to calm down by another tech for being upset about the situation. I was ignored eventually given the wrong number to Contact management never received my refund nor was I rescheduled. Also because the young lady Stephanie was upset that I called her out for messing up my appointment she tried to Schedule me for a full set when I just got one three weeks ago. All in all I was screwed over and still have yet to Reach a manager after 4 attempts. Highly Disappointed and will not be returning to this location. They are super friendly! But their stylist need more experience, while I was getting my lashes done my stylist glued my lashes to the eye pad twice each eye and basically burnt my eye because of the fumes because she kept opening my eye, she did it to BOTH eyes idk what she was doing not paying attention but I have not had that experience any where else. How do you glue my lashes down on both eye I would think you would be more careful but nope and to top it all off she glued my left eye shut completely, instead of applying some thing to unglue my eye she tried prying my eye open which obviously hurts a lot I had to do it. I have 3 days now with the lashes and my eye still burns I see the glue as well. Work is bad I have gone to amature girls and I have never had this issue and to go to some one that's a real professional And have this issue completely sucks won't be going back ! I have contacted the corporate office about this store. The staff is unprofessional. A month ago,they put my lashes in and they came out in a week. I was told the employee who put them in had quit and she was essentially sabotaging the customers because I wasn't the only customer that had that issue. I was offered an opportunity to get them redone for free the second time. I had them done and when I went back and they were so clumped together that I wasn't allowed to get a refill and was once again told that they were put in wrong. I was then offered another full set of lashes and some apologies. Then, they had to remove the current lashes so I went a week until I could get another appointment for new lashes, only to find out that they made an error when they were scheduling my appointments and scheduled it for an hour before the place closes when the process generally takes an hour and a half to two hours. Their employees have offered me their personal business cards to come to them away from the studio as well. The manager, Renee, still has not called. Pathetic. read more

If I could give 1/2 star, I definitely would!! This is a new location so I'm guessing they are still getting their stuff together. I volunteered to be a 'lash model'. I called over a week in advance and scheduled my appointment with Lauren for July 3 at 10:30 am. So this morning I arrive at 10:15 am because I hate to be late and I'm super considerate of time. I walk in and the employees are all sitting in the lobby. I greet everyone "WOW everyone is so beautiful. Good morning Good morning". I don't recall anyone saying good morning back to me, instead they offered a semi smile or either just looked at me like I said I was going to rob the place. Anyhoo....I tell one of the 5 people at the counter that I had a 10:30 am appointment and I can't remember the name. So she says oh you have an appointment with Trakiya (sp?) and then she looks at one of the ladies in the chair, the lady looks up and then looks back at her phone without saying a word. Ok, is THAT how you feel today? Counter lady gives me a clipboard and tells me to fill out the papers. At that point all of the employees who were seated got up and headed to the back. I sat down and started to fill out my paperwork. About 5 other ladies came into the establishment and did the same. So everyone got called to the back.....except ME!!! So being the understanding person that I am, I figured ok maybe my girl isn't here yet? So I sat and waited patiently and occupied myself by texting. All the while there is loud banging noises from the back. The 5 people at the counter turned into 7 and it appeared as though they were either fixing the computer system or learning it. Fast forward to 10:50 am...I'm STILL sitting there, no one has called me back and no one has said ONE word about why I'm still sitting there. So I ask the lady next to me if she had an appointment and she said, "No, my sister works here and she is doing my moms lashes" Oh ok cool. Well if they don't say something by 11 I'm going to walk out. "I don't blame you" said the lady next to me. So as I'm sitting there, I get more frustrated that I have been informed of absolutely NOTHING. 10:52 am and I stand up and walk out. NO ONE bothers to stop me or ask me ....ANYTHING!!! Customer service is lacking!! Professionalism.....LACKING!!! Consideration of time....LACKING!!! I get home and I look in my planner because I know I wrote the name of the young lady that was supposed to see me. Her name was Lauren....NOT Trakiya!!!
