I had no idea where to go for my first lash extensions, so I decided to give this place a try since I live in the area. Although the girl that did my lashes was amazing and I had a very relaxing time. I told them I've never had lash extensions before and they were very minimal on giving me information as to how to care for them, didn't recommend cleaning products or show how to clean them. Nor did they tell me they could give me a touch up if they fall out within 3 days. So of course, the lashes began to fall out on the first day of having them. I was very gentle and didn't put them anywhere near water for the 24 hour mark. So I'm thinking " this is probably normal to have a couple fall out" it wasn't until a huge chuck of the false lashes were pulled out while I was brushing them.For me to realize " this isn't right." So i wait until my next scheduled appt to talk to them. Little did I know the girl only had time for a touch up. And told me to reschedule In another 2 weeks. This is when I canceled my membership because I was very upset. I go back to them explain the situation and told I was unsatisfied with my first lash appt and had huge chuck missing just after 2 days . . I even showed them the chuck of my natural lash that was missing, due to the glue being clumped onto many of my lashes. And because I sighed up for membership because it's cheaper each month. They couldn't give my refund. So they issued me credit to my next lash appt. I just wish they gave me more information. I had to look up online as to how to care for my lashes. When I feel like they should be giving that information to new comers to keep customers. Since the huge chuck was missing it looked wrong and very unprofessional at my job.. so I had to go home and remove them gentle with vaseline. I'm giving 3 stars because the girls who have done my lashes were very nice and professional. However, I got a fill just over a week ago and they have almost all fallen out. I've had extensions before and I know how to care for them. It's very noticeable that a lot are missing and uneven. I don't even know what to do regarding them being uneven and not looking good at all a little over a week after getting them filled. Probably won't be coming back unfortunately. I really hate writing bad reviews but when I come across unexceptional customer service by a manger its really upsetting. I decided to try this place only because my regular eyelash lady (who is amazing btw, never have ever left unhappy) is almost 1hr 30 min away, the drive got too hard for me. So I've came here 3x with 1 correction. Sorry didn't get all names. First Lady who did them, did an okay job but I did notice my eyelashes were uneven on the sides, which totally drives me nuts, but I didn't want to complain, it was not terrible, so I managed and waited for my next fill to correct and even out. Second lady Chelsea, did a great job. After her job, I was completely satisfied. My eyelashes held on AWESOME! No complaints at all, looked amazing. I even thought on my next fill I'm going to try to wait 3 weeks, since they held on so great. (Which normally at my lady in lodi, I usually am able to last 3 weeks. I have long, strong full eyelashes, so even shedding won't be too noticable) So on my next fill which was Valentine's Day the 14th, again they came out Amazing. I'm not new to getting work done. I can tell who does a great job and who does not! Chelsea definitely does great work. But for some reason, only about 5 days later I had ALL kinds fall out. Which is understandable. Sometimes they shed, but way too many fell out at once this time around with also the normal shedding here and there. So I called them right away to notify. I even collected them in a bag to show what happened. Front staff has always been extremely helpful and nice. They offered to let me go in as a correction for free. Which I appreciated greatly. So 3rd lady who did my correction explained reasons, which I agree and completely made sense & purchased all items she suggested. 1. Maybe my eyelash extensions were too thick so caused them to fall out. I did have my real eyelashes fall out with extensions attached, but also a lot without my eyelashes connected. So of course, since I just had paid $55 plus a $10 tip on the 14th, I wanted my regular eyelashes to be covered how it's suppose to be with a normal fill. 2. She suggested to use an antibacterial soap and eyelash serum to regrow stronger. 3. She offered to go down in thickness, until they grow back stronger again, so that's what we had completed at correction. So she filled them with the lighter ones. I do realize they will look way different, not being as full and "mascara looking", however, the work she did (to me was horrible) the ends of the eyelashes were dangling off, one side is longer. I still have tons of real healthy eyelashes left that weren't "corrected" I really hated to even call and complain again but I figured I'm paying so much for these eyelashes to be done as a luxury every 2 weeks. I want to at least walk out happy with them. I feel like I definitely felt I have every right as a customer to complain about the work that was done. So I called the next day to tell them I was really unhappy. Spoke with a manager and she gave me 2 choices. 1. Correct the ones that I don't like, that are dangling on. 2. Pay for another fill. I explained to her I just got them done on the 14th, I thought me getting the compliment correction would have filled the missing ones that I just paid for? She stated due to the correction apts being a shorter time frame, they can only touch up a couple with time given, but she wasn't understanding this was not my fault so many fell out, so to me, especially as an unhappy, fairly new customer, that should be an automatic courtesy to fix the problem? Right?! Even if it might take as long as a regular fill, I just paid for this service. Especially after only a short time later, it's not like I'm asking after weeks! Absolutely... No way I'm paying for another fill when I just paid for one, plus was even nice enough to give the crappy correction job a $10 tip, before realizing how crappy the job looked up close. The manager still gave me no other options. So unfortunately I have no choice but to take my business else where. Posting pics of the crappy job I feel I got, how they fell out and my nice original work prior. Not a happy customer at all!! Big waste of time and money and now I'm left with less eyelashes, less extensions and crappy added extension work on top of that! Horrible! I have been coming here for 2 months ... The lady in the front is so immature and unprofessional I was hearing all the work drama that was going on and then one of the girls was ordering food in front of me . The first time I had my eyelashes done was with a master stylist she did ok ....when I was ready to pay I had no idea I had to pay extra for master stylist which is ridiculous... as a hairstylist I would never do this to my clients... I wouldn't charge for a haircut and then an extra 30 because I'm a master hairstylist psshhhh what a joke. The second time I gave them another shot and I did not want to pay the extra 30 so I went with someone who was not a master stylist she did a horrible job my eyelashes were stuck to each other when we were done and I had gaps in my eyelashes was it really worth saving the $30 I don't know but this place is a money grab I will not be back... After talking to my friends I found somebody who just charges a flat rate and has been amazing ....FYI amazing Lash studio is the only place that charges extra from master stylist other eyelash places charge for upgrades I get that part but not for somebody who has experience ... I have clients ask me all the time about eyelashes will definitely not refer them to this place. read more

This place is a joke full of incompetent little girls who don't know what they're doing. Every time I went I got different results, sometimes they were great, sometimes absolutely horrible. I literally had one girl glue my bottom lashes to my top and then rip them out. I've tried canceling 3 times now and each time I'm told they'll take care of it, and then the next month they recharge me. Last month I literally shut my debit card off so they couldn't charge me, when the payment declined I told them it was because they were supposed to cancel the subscription and not be charging me. They said they would take care of it. Imagine my surprise when I turn my debit card back on this month and they charged me! Now I have to go through the dispute process with my bank just because these little girls don't know what they're doing. read more

Only because I cant give a negative 10. Start to get my lashes a man every 3 days later my lashes fell out I'd go back they'd replace them. Those would fall out they'd replace them again. They continued to charge me for my monthly fees even though it didn't hold to my lashes. I canceled my membership and then they charged me anyway. I ask them to reverse the charges they said OK anon a charge me again for a $119. They said I had a $69 credit I could come and use it I said I will not come back to a place that took all my lashes. Please refund my money. The naysay they don't refund money and I have to use the credit. I said no. You must refund my money. I talk to my bank my bank also says they have to refund me that $69. That is on credit it is illegal for any company to hold funds due to a consumer. I decided to talk to them and say just give me a certificate for $69 I will give it to somebody else they said no I have to use it because it's in my name. So apparently this is going to get a lot worse. My bank is already on it and yes I am the one that will take them to small claims court to get that money back. And let everybody know that they are a horrible company with horrible service. I Have had my last is done before and they stayed for 2 months I go to this company and I can't even keep them for 3 days and then I lose all of my natural eyelashes so anybody who's intrested in going there I would stay away and do not prepay anything because all still do is keep your money. read more

I had my lashes done by Rachel and she did an amazing job. I've had so many compliments on them! I've only had my lashes done one other time, and it was terrible. At Amazing Lash, my eyes did not burn and water (which happened at a different salon), and my stylist really took her time to make sure my lashes turned out perfectly. She also went over care instructions with me to make sure they stay well maintained till my next fill. The girl that helped me at the front desk was super sweet too and answered ALL my questions, even though the phones were ringing and she was super busy, she made sure I was taken care of. I never really review a place unless I can give it 5 stars, but this place is a big fat NO. Do not be mislead by the fact that they are in a nice shopping center. They won't stop charging my CC and don't do a good job. I went in to get lashes for the first time and kept asking for help on deciding what to get. The lash stylist gave 0 recommendations, and after trying to figure out what all their different styles mean/look like, I walked out of there with lashes completely the opposite of what I wanted. Nothing like paying over $100 to feel worse than when you came in! But okay, partially my fault I guess? Not to mention that there were thick glue globs on my lashes that were extremely irritating and they fell out very quickly. (I since have gone somewhere else and these new lashes last 3X longer.) Anyways... The lady did not say a single word to me during the process, never even greeted me when she took me back OR told me her name. It was awkward and uncomfortable. Fast forward to after 1 fill and a removal, and the Folsom location is STILL charging my CC their "membership fee" of $69.99, even after I signed the cancellation paperwork 2 months ago. I called them the first time and they reversed it, but I just got ANOTHER charge. I haven't been there in 2 months. So I called, and the girl told me she does not have the power to reverse a charge (which is weird because she had that power last month!). So I am now waiting for a call back from a manager. I am this close to having to cancel my CC because of them. The front desk girls are not bright, and are a pain to talk to. I do not reccomend this place. read more

The two stars is for the receptionist I was very specific as to what the price was going to be and she assured me it was going to be $90 for what I was looking to get. I am truly disappointed with the services the Folsom location provided me with. After 5 days, my full set saw a 50% loss in volume, and each fake lash that fell out had a real one attached to it. I've switched technicians multiple times, but that didn't seem to change anything. The front desk personnel is rude and I feel as if my 60$+ a month is not worth it, at least for this location. First time going here and got a lash lift + tint & a brow wax. I got my lift done by ashley and she was sweet. I wish she had talked through the process but she was otherwise great. I expected the results to be a lot better though. I barely saw a different in lift or tint. it just looked like i brushed my lashes with clear mascara. It's not worth the 100$ for sure. I got my brows done Alexis and she was lovely. I just got my brows cleaned up and she did a great job. They will not refund me after cancelling on me!!! It was my first time ever getting lashes for birthday/big trip we had planned. Unfortunately they fell out within 24 hours. I called and they booked a redo in time before my trip. I got a babysitter on an already busy day, drove 45 minutes, walked in the door and their employee didn't show so my appointment was cancelled.! No phone call. No warning. They could fit me in only if I sat around for 3 more hours. I was livid! If you cancel on your appointment any sooner than 48 hours they will change you the full amount owed for you appointment. I called the manager, she would not refund me. Called their corporate office, no response, asked to at least go to another location closer to my house to apply my money to that appointment, no. I have been getting lash extensions for years, and typically they last 3 weeks and still look good. I was away from home and came to this studio for the first time. The receptionist/manager who was out front was rude, condescending and vapid...horrible customer service. The lash technician was very nice, and the lashes looked good when I left. Worst experience ever! DONT GO HERE! I went in to get a lash tint and lift, the technician claimed they were out of black color tint which goes better with the natural color of my eyelashes. I told her to go ahead and do the lash tint with the brown color. My lashes came out horrible, it didn't look like a lash lift at all! Waste of money. I contacted them the next day to tell them that my lash lift didn't come out as a lash lift. They told me that the manager will be in contact with me, the manager never called me for the next few days. I had to call again and request the manager to call me. The manager finally called me and said she would allow me to get them done again in about a month free of charge. I called a month later to make an appt. The day of my appt I was running late so I called to let them know. On my way there, GPS messed up and I was late 10 minutes. The front desk lady called me and told me "unfortunately we won't be able to take you in." I explained to her that GPS messed up hence that's why I'm late. She's like you're an extra 10 minutes late on the top of the first 10 minutes, I told her but I told you guys about the first time. They refused to do my service!! I told her just refund me the lash lift you guys did the first time, she was like I can't, the manager has to contact you because she's the only one that can do these refunds. I got lash extensions done here a week ago. I got them done on a Tuesday and by Friday (3rd day) almost half the lashes had already fallen out. I've gotten lash extensions done elsewhere and they lasted almost a month without any falling out. It's now been exactly a week and about 90% of the lashes have fallen out.
