The company charged my daughter for eye lashes even though she had a membership instead of prorating her credit. The mix up was due to her using a different salon location. We were told we'd get a refund, but that never happened. However, the real problem has come from the Waterford Lakes location continuing to charge us despite our verbal correspondence on requesting to cancel the service and her online completion of the termination agreement that she was sent. I have left a message with them to call me back so we can once again try to stop the continual service charge especially since the form was completed months ago and she hasn't used the service, at any location, in months. I'd be leery to sign any long term agreement with this company again. Waterford Lakes location, please respond to my phone call and honor the termination agreement. read more

My Lashes were barely visible and fell off before two weeks. Amazing Lash does not give refunds. I have two credits that I will never use. I asked if I could put it toward product but they said no. They told me I could gift them to someone else. I wasn't pleased with my service so I would not feel comfortable sending someone else there. I bought a biweekly package. When I made my appointment I wasn't told that my credit would not go towards my lashes because my appointment was to early. I ended up paying out of pocket and now I will lose the credits. Great new place! My lashes looked great the first 5 days but then only my left eyelashes started coming off in clumps! My other eye looks perfect so I'm not sure what is happening. I called the store and they said they'll fix it for free so I'm really happy about that. I promised my lash stylist I would review, since I don't usually have the time or patience to do this. My master stylist is Marcia and I receive plenty of compliments when she does my lashes. I get the volume set and also have a membership here, it's pretty pricey, but if you can afford it by all means this is the place to do it. Marcia is kind and let's me sleep while she does my lashes because she takes the time to know about her customers and knows I am sleep deprived lol. Above all I just wanted to give her a shout out. I have also done my lashes with other stylist who were good as well. Make sure you tell your stylist exactly what you want, especially if for some reason your usual stylist is out and you have used more than one stylist in the past. The stylist may read notes on services provided from past that you may have changed your mind about, so always make sure to reiterate your wants and ask about price if that is a concern. read more

I had gone to the Amazing Lash Studio in Davie. The ladies at the front are very friendly and accommodating! I felt welcomed right away. Someone sat down with me and explained my options and how to care for my lashes once I was done. At first it was great! They looked perfect! After a few days, however, they started to fall out to the point it was embarrassingly noticeable. I called them and they allowed me to book an appointment to fix it at no cost. The second time I went I had a different lady who was wonderful! She informed me though, that whoever had done it first had glue all over my eye. She was amazed that it didn't irritate me at all. She took the time to fix them and make them look perfect! Again, they look good right away but don't last more than a week before falling out to the point it's noticeable. I don't think it's the staff who's at fault but the quality of the product that they use. I would go back but I wish the price range wasn't so far off from the initial price for when you come in as a new customer. The exact price isn't on their website but I believe it was in the lower 200s for returning customers and the membership doesn't make sense financially for me because I only planned on doing this for special occasions. read more

If you're looking for a reliable tech and lashes offered that are on their website, this is not the place for you. My first visit was in October. When I arrived I was told they were out of the bigger lashes I wanted so I was only able to choose what they had available. I went ahead and got them done and was happy with the results. However, they scheduled my fill and then a a few day before my appt I receive a call stating my lash tech had changed her schedule so they had to re-schedule me for another day with a different tech. Once again I show up and they are still out of the fuller lashes I want so I get the same thing as my first visit. Once again I was happy with my results and I scheduled my fill. The day of my fill, I am halfway to the shop driving from Manhattan and I get a call that my tech had a emergency and they had to reschedule me AGAIN. I reschedule for the following week so that leaves me at three weeks with no fill. I arrive for my appt just to be told that not only did they not have the fuller lashes I wanted before, now they ran out of the other lashes they have been using on me as well so I would have to go down in size. In addition to that, I am also told that they won't be able to get my lashes as full because most of my lashes have fallen out and my appt is only for 60 min. I explained to the tech that it was not my fault my lashes are now almost gone and it's also not my fault that they did not schedule my appt for two hours as they should have knowing I have not had a fill in three weeks. The tech and I go up to the desk to speak to the girl who handles the appts and she told me it was common sense to call them and let them know my lashes were almost gone so that they could have scheduled me for two hours. She also told me she wouldn't' have been able to get me in for another two weeks for the two hour appt I needed. That would have put me at five weeks with no fill. I explained to her that I was not aware I should have been the one to call since she did not ask me about my lashes when she re-scheduled. I have never been re-scheduled with any other places so I was never aware of this. Talking to the girl at the desk and the lash tech was really pointless. No one seemed accountable. It was turned around to I should have known to call them and schedule myself a two hour appt. They also went on to tell my how short handed they are etc which has nothing to do with me. I will never go back to that place after the way I was treated and I do not recommend anyone else going to this place. They are not reliable and they do not have all the lashes in stock. Their customer service is horrible. I also asked them to have the owner reach out to me but that has yet to happen! read more

After visiting the Murfreesboro location I am unhappy with the outcome. I was still courteous and nice to the staff and I even left a tip but I was informed that I received 6D volume lashes but the lashes that I received are so transparent that they are barely noticeable on camera. I am due to go on vacation soon so I am undoubtedly disappointed that when I tell people that I paid $125 plus tip to get my lashes done they respond with "what lashes?" Or squint their eyes. I left work early and remained at the Murfreesboro location for 2 hours to result in an unsatisfactory experience. I will NEVER return to this establishment. I attempted to call the cool springs location to ask if a more experienced tech could fix the lashes and no one answered. I even have glue stuck on my lash line. Never again. Lesson learned. Please show pictures of the lashes you want if you venture to try this place. read more

I use amazing lash regularly. I am particular and very conscious to take good care of my lashes. I had to use this location one time and the experience was so awful I considered cancelling my membership. Not only were the staff a little unfriendly when I went in, which I work with public and understand it happens so I overlooked, but... Within three , yes THREE days, all of the lashes were off . I called to get in for correction and they could not fit me in so I ended up at Coral Springs. The manager and the tech who serviced me at Coral Springs both called Davie explaining I had to have another full set bc no lashes were left after only a few days. Davie location used two of my packages to cover the lash visit , and only after several calls, credited one package back to me, refused to credit the second package. Coral Springs went above and beyond and I received the best set I've ever had, even lasted the longest (Almost an entire month!).. Will NOT recommend or return to the Davie location . Horrible customer service. The manager was very unprofessional and even rude when contacted by another manager. When only trying to resolve poor quality on their part. read more

Came in for an appointment and told them I had volume lashes and they looked at what I had left and determined it was 6d. I had no idea, but as two people there confirmed I went with it. When we were done, I looked and almost wanted to cry. I look ridiculous with these insanely fake looking lashes. While I don't fault them for not knowing what I had. When I told the "stylist" that it was more than what I had. She just shrugged and said must have been 3d. Possibly they should have shown me a picture to confirm if they are that different.I also let the front desk know that they were a bit much. No one offered a solution or even a discount for not being happy (aka on the verge of tears). I don't know if it's a coincidence that these were the most expensive lashes they do. I got my lashes done about 1 week the ladies at the desk were super nice and friendly and very knowledgeable. The Tech was great the only downside was the 2 hour appointment-which is norm for a new full set. This was my very first time getting lashes and I was very nervous. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I got so many compliments about my lashes from people I work with and even strangers...however within days my lashes started falling out:-( I called the studio back and they made an appointment right away for me to come and they fixed my lashes complimentary. Once your in the room with the esthetician they begin to talk with you about what options of lashes do you wish to achieve, they have a variety from natural to a littler more glamorous. once you've decided on your look they ask you to lay down and offer you an awesome fuzzy blanket which is a plus since it is a bit cold.
