I did get amazing lashes the first and third time. However,the first time I was new to this. The girls were in training. When I was leaving the loudest me up with products that I didn't like, however paid over $100.00 and when I called to complain, they said, bring them back for refund and so I did and then I was denied any money back because of colvin? Also they asked for my bank card even though I paid cash due to in case I were to leave or something during my lashes however they the next week they take me for another $156 then they gave me complimentary session and I was charged for that ending another $156 at my bank that I paid cash for so now we go round and round about them stealing money out of my account.or I will say they did not have my permission at either time to attach my bank account and take money out of my account read more

I was on the table for over 2 hrs (that's quite long than usual). I was over hearing the conversation from the other room and that her artist was only 19 yrs old. My artist was sweet and very patient (yet very young as well - not professional as they're teenagers) , but I knew from the beginning something was wrong. my R eye was burning the whole time. I've done lashes before and never had this stingy experience. It was intermittent discomfort and now I'm in almost 2 wks when I notice my R eye is swollen . I had lash extensions for a couple months but after one of my last fills my eyes were so irritated I had to pull over on the side of I-95 because my eyes hurt so bad and would not stop watering. The lash extensions almost all fell out after 1 week. I also learned that the tech that I liked seeing the most had developed a pretty strong allergy to lash glue...it made me question if this was still worth it. My boyfriend liked how they looked but its not worth potential health and hygiene risks along with time spent getting fills. You get what you pay for! I have had lash extensions before. They were not cheap, but they were a high quality product applied by an experienced, master technician. Amazing lashes has great prices but did not provide the top notch results I had gotten before. I have to admit, the staff tries very hard! Liz is a fantastic manager! She has unbelievable customer service skills. She wants customers to get fantastic results and has great follow up. Unfortunately, no matter how valiant her efforts were, Amazing Lash Studio just did not work for me. On my first visit, my lash technician and I discussed in detail the type of lash I wanted. Although she took 2 1/2 hours to apply the lashes,, they still looked very thin....not the look I was after! When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the front desk, Liz had Justina put some more lashes in. They did look much better. However, many started falling out within the next couple of days. I am not sure why I went back a month later especially before a week long business trip. Amazing Lash Studio has a membership program with reasonable prices and being a very busy working mom, I really wanted the program to work for me. Justina did my lashes this time. I was not wowed by the result but it was acceptable. After I got the lashes my eyes were incredibly itchy. I won't go into the gory details but it was clear when I got up in the morning that I was allergic to the lashes. I called and Amber suggested I wait another day to see if I get used to them. The next night was no better and I decided those babies needed to come off before my week long meeting. It was very inconvenient to run in the day of my meeting to get them off. Plus my eyes looked terrible! Holy Moly! Getting lash extensions is a time consuming process but getting them off is painful! Do not do it unless you have to! Credit to Liz who did follow up with me. During our conversation we uncovered that Justina used a different glue than the first time and I probably was allergic to the second glue. However, that does not change the fact that I wasted over $140 (with tip) on lash extensions that I had for two days. Instead of apologies, she really should have offered me a refund! The low down....The lash technicians are sweet but many are not experienced. I do not know about the quality of the products. I do know I was allergic to the glue and wasted my money. Not everyone will be allergic. Perhaps Amazing Lashes is worth a shot if you want to try extensions but don't want to spend a lot of money. They do have a great introductory deal. I would stay away if your eyes are sensitive in any way. In my case, I gave Amazing Lashes one chance too many! read more

I got my eyelashes done at week ago at this location. The staff was very informative and provided me with all the essentials and knowledge needed for getting my first set of lashes ever. My tech was Aimee. I found her through their social media page. She created a look that made me feel beautiful and confident that was customized to my eye shape. However, the lashes I want to accomplish can't be accomplished. On top of being a member which is $60.00 a month, if you want volume it's an up charge of $20-25.00, not the initial $60.00 as advertised. Called to cancel my membership today, they said I'll be billed one more time, even though I just had a fill ..... good old franchises. I'm so disappointed as I just received a call on Saturday stating that my eyelash tech Alita (?) is no longer with the company after I just recommended her (and scheduled an appointment) to my coworker and going through so many bad eyelash techs at this facility. I've gone through at least 5 tech to only find this WONDERFUL eyelash tech. The one tech that actually does a great job??? What happened to her? My coworker and I would get mink lashes done in Miami for almost a year and we got tired of driving down there so she tried the Amazing Lash in another location which was trash and I tried this location and was disappointed over and over again until I found this one great tech that is no longer with this branch. Not sure about what happened to her (if she left or what) but PLEASE get her back! She and your staff have great customer service but the techs as a whole need help. This eyelash tech was always on time, super professional, educated and extremely knowledgeable. NONE of my lashes stay in with the other lash techs. I would wake up on the FIRST morning with at least 5 lashes each laying on my surrounding eye areas. More would fall out daily. Who wants to keep going back to correct this? Not me! Now my coworker is disappointed and worried about going to a random tech as she saw the amount of times that I was disappointed previously. Okay....I am not here to bash....I am here to give my honest view of Amazing Lash Studio....my first visit was on 10/12/21...session was okay....the tech seemed unskilled....I have very curly lashes and want the extention to have the illusion of long lush lashes...was supposed to be a two hour session..it was an hour and a half...paid $99...gave a $20 tip...driving home at least 10 lashes fell out....called to get them the same day to request more lashes for a little fuller look...went back on 10/13....this tech was much better....she stated the tech has to be skilled to work on my type of lash....no shade but shade...these came out a little bit fuller but not totally happy...second tech told me the first tech did not put enough lashes and I really needed a full WTF!...this was only a 30 minute session at $50 and another $20 tip.....oh yeah thought I would receive a goody bag for being a new customer NOPE....not even a spoolie.....nice area...nice shop....employees are Okay....I personally will never go back....not happy with the experience and the overall vibe was not very good....going to try Maxim lash lounge next.. I wish we were able to provide zero stars. This has been by far the messiest fill that I have gotten. The front desk girl seemed like she was new, but acted like she knew what she was doing. Then when I go into the room with my lash tech, I told her that I wanted to go back to the set before I had done volumes thinking that they would have my lash history file in hand since I just moved to FL from CA. She told me that they didn't give her anything and asked me, oh they don't have your files? I'm sorry, are you supposed to know that? Aren't you suppose to be in communication with the people at the front desk? I don't recall my lash tech having a clipboard with her for her to write down what lashes she used on me. I told her I just wanted the classics and no longer than 13s and she picks up a little box of lashes and says, "Oh, well I have 12s here. I can just use these so I don't have to get different sizes." Also, this is not my first time going to Amazing Lash Studio, so I know what their routine is. When I was done, she walked me out and I don't think any kind of paper work was given to show what was used on me. When I got in the car, I looked at my lashes more closely and they were horrible. The extensions looked like they were a little to thick for my natural lashes to handle and some were pointing to the left and some pointing to the right. I wish I could give it zero stars it is absolutely a garbage place that doesn't care at all about their products first 4 days with the natural lashes and they were literally gone from my eyes in 5-6 days I called them day 3 and said I wanted them to fix it since that is their policy and they (as in the rude secretaries that were there) started interrogating me saying it was my fault so they can't help me and I followed all their rules no makeup no water and slept straight also didn't touch them so their should not have been so much fallout The only normal functioning human their that cares would be a man named frank he cared about my problem and got me into the room to get them touched up 100 percent their fault because if they recommend getting lashes touched up every 2-3 weeks then why did my lashes fall out in 5 days when I followed all their rules their product is very poor and if you want your lashes to last don't go their at all Once I re touched up my lashes the technician told me she couldn't do a full set because she had another appointment anyway she made them look halfway decent and once I had them done I followed the rules to make sure that these lasted but NO THEY DIDN'T THEY LASTED ABOUT 3 DAYS IT IS SUCH TRASH NEVER AGAIN read more

I just had a terrible 2 months at this lash studio. I'm not sure if the girls at the front desk are not properly trained or they are trying to scam the general public. I booked my first appointment online and was not told that the technician I selected was a "MASTER" technician and that I would be charged an extra $40. I complained expressed my dissatisfaction and that I felt "tricked" and so they waived that fee. 2 weeks later I went back for a refill and purchased a membership on my first refill appointment. Then 2 weeks later I was charged AGAIN and the studio explained that what I had paid was not for the membership but for the service. She proceeded to tell me that memberships are not actually charged until 2 weeks after your registration. Well that was not explained to me so I felt I had paid twice for 1 service. However I continued and on my next service I confirmed with the technician that I get charged one time but I should come every 2 weeks. Well I was charged my membership on April 8, and today is April 27 and I went in for my 2 week refill and guess what - I was charged AGAIN for the service. This time the girl at the front tells me they have different levels for membership and the one I had only covers 1 refill per month. Then she asks if I want to UPGRADE my membership! So basically I have paid every time I go in, so why do I have a membership and why doesn't anyone properly explain the charges? I was very upset as you can imagine and requested that they not charge me which of course they said they were not willing to do that. So I asked to cancel my membership which they were very happy to do since it's not their money. Basically you are dealing with people that are either scamming people on purpose, or don't know how to explain their memberships and ultimately do not care how upset a person is. I think it would have been cheaper to just pay for each service individually because that is what I ended up doing but on top of it they charged me a membership. I LOVE THIS LOCATION! Super clean and classy. I've been to this location a few times and every time that I walk in, I am greeted with a smile from everyone in the front desk. The first time I was there, they gave me paperwork to fill out and explained all of it to me. They sat down and explained all the styles and lengths that they have, so I could decide what look I was most interested in. After I washed my eyelashes with their cleanser, I was able to talk to Liz (the manager), while I waited for my stylist. She was very good at explaining the process, what to expect and was super friendly! The stylists are all soo nice and keep their rooms very organized. My full-set came out BEAUTIFULLY. It was exactly what I was looking for!! The stylists explained the importance of maintaining and taking care of my lashes, by washing twice a day with a foaming cleanser (they sell the cleanser and it lasts you 7 months) and brushing them daily. When I came out of my session, the front desk took their time to make sure I understood the maintenance and the options I have for future appointments (maintenance program). I ended up signing up on my first visit because I absolutely loved it and seems very economical. After my first refill, I didn't go back for almost 3-4 weeks later! THESE LASHES LAST LONGER THAN ANY OTHER THAT I'VE TRIED! I love them so much! I wake up in the morning and barely put on makeup because my lashes are so fabulous! This place is clean, the staff are friendly, helpful and full of information but it's been 2 days since I got my lashes done and half of them fell off my left eye. I am with them for 3 month ( 6 refills). It's getting worse and worse. Even if I have an appointment with Master (+$20) to make my lashed done it does not help at all. Lashes usually last about 1 week and then they are gone so fast, I usually do Not have them by second week at all.
