We could then do touch up with a tone of my choice. I followed her plan and ended up with exactly what I wanted. Each step worked out exactly as she had predicted. I loved the result so much that went back in for another touch up after one year, mostly to go for a brighter color and am again very happy with how the color is settling down now. When addressing my eyebrows, Kim made every effort to ensure that the final look was what I wanted. To be honest, all I told her was I wanted nice brows haha. But Kim went above and beyond! She talked me through every step of the drawing/draft process. She had a reason for every little thing she did, and I didn't realize that the small details made such a big difference! For example, I unfortunately have droopy/sad shaped eyes. Kim explained how the shape of my eyebrows can help lift my eyes and so she showed me! I asked my bank if she even tried to submit the refund (just in case it was still processing) and she hadn't.
