When addressing my eyebrows, Kim made every effort to ensure that the final look was what I wanted. To be honest, all I told her was I wanted nice brows haha. But Kim went above and beyond! She talked me through every step of the drawing/draft process. She had a reason for every little thing she did, and I didn't realize that the small details made such a big difference! I understand that she wasn't able to make it because of the weather/traffic, what's upsetting is that she said she would refund me, and then didn't and ghosted me. I asked my bank if she even tried to submit the refund (just in case it was still processing) and she hadn't.
