My brows are always shaped consistently to the shape and and thickness that I like! I have very sensitive, thin skin that cuts and bruises easily and Hetal (and TBH all the girls at Thread I have seen) are extremely gentle. While Hetal was on maternity leave, I have been serviced by Asha and Krupa and I also highly recommend them. I've also had brow lamination done a few times by Zeba and she is phenomenal as well. Really, you can't go wrong at Thread. They are extremely trustworthy, highly skilled, everyone from the front desk girls to the brow techs to the owner Liz are all so professional, welcoming and kind. I look forward to my monthly visits! I can't wait to see how they will continue to grow (and what services I will happily give my money and trust to them for).

I explained, just a clean up don't try to fix anything or shape anything. The lady cuts through my eyebrow leaving a "dent" in my eyebrow hairs, see picture below. She then begs me to let her fix it just so she can make the inner part of the eyebrow (that's supposed to be thick) thinner than the rest of the eyebrow. They have no clue what they're doing. I understand the culture of them and to usually not expect anything beyond ordinary. I stopped by here last minute for full body waxing as I was leaving for Miami early the next morning. It was 16 degrees and I had a toddler with me. No greeting walking in, was told to "sit down" 2x (the second time demanded to aggressively) to which I had to respond in Hindi finally assertively- to correct her tone a bit. Walked out. Good riddance. Learn to speak TO people, not AT them- whether they are Bengali or not. A paying customer is a paying customer and this salon lost out on $100+ of services and at least a quarter of prices in tip all for their tone and mannerism. Sad. This was the late afternoon of 1/20/25.. whoever management is, I strongly suggest you train the worker better. Unprofessional is an understatement.
