10/29/25 Great Stay at Amarillo KOA We had a great stay at the Amarillo KOA! The campground was clean, well maintained, and easy to access from the highway. The sites were level and spacious, and the hookups were easy to access -- perfect for our Class A motorhome and tow vehicle. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made check-in quick and simple -- a great place to rest and recharge. One thing to note: there's a train that goes by nearby, so if you're a light sleeper like me, consider that your early alarm around 4:30 a.m. Other than that, it's a great KOA and we'd definitely stay here again! read more

Although located near the airport and trains, it was fairly quiet when we stayed. Large, clean location for RVs, trailers, tents and cars. It has showers, laundry, pool, and even a food truck onsite. It was a good stopover while traveling west. read more

You have to pass porn stores, abandoned couches, mattresses and tires on the way in. There are codes in the buildings to keep out the riff raff. There are railroad tracks on one side and an airport on the other, with military planes breaking the sound barrier all the time. It's super noisy! The staff was very rude constantly writing up on their golf carts telling us to go slower even though we were only idling through the parking lot. They even left a note on our camper door. They were tons of splinters and dangerous to sit on. It's just gravel, dirt and noise. The dog parks were good.​ read more

We love KOA's, have been staying at KOA's for decades and have never had a bad experience at a KOA ever. The Amarillo KOA has a beautiful property, clean pool and lovely store with a plentiful supply of bottled beer brands. As many online reviews state, the manager (not the pleasant front desk employees) is rude, rides around looking for rule breakers and after dark, they do laps with no headlights, creepy... We arrived, set up and returned to the store to buy some really cute dog signs they had displayed. Our two 9 lb mini dachshunds were in a stroller that was zipped shut, they were 100% contained, secure and didn't make a peep. We were promptly asked to leave the store. We were about to spend a lot of money in the store between signs, supplies, beer, food and ice. Instead we left as asked and spent zero. We had just come from Santa Fe KOA and every store, museum, winery and restaurant we ate at allowed our pups as long as they were in the stroller. In Amarillo, The Big Texan even allowed our pup stroller to be at an inside table with us. Lucchese boots even asked us to bring our pups inside where they gave them dog treats. I found Santa Fe and Amarillo both to be very welcoming of well behaved dogs with the exception of the Amarillo KOA. After leaving the store, we found the manager had been at our site and folded up our large & small mats. Later that night upon returning from shopping (where our dogs were welcome everywhere) we found a note from the manager taped to our camper about our ground mat. Wifi is non existent other than for your phone so if you expect to get a movie, TV or anything else, forget it, you'll be days without your TV shows or sports. When I enquired why and mentioned that Santa Fe was at full capacity, yet had full streaming for all of us, I was offered to leave with a refund of unused days. Each night, a man (possibly the managers husband but I can't say for sure) was on a golf cart riding around in the dark with no headlights and it was just creepy. I'm outside making my cords and hoses tidy and I hear crunching gravel approaching but can't see anything, no lights. All of the sudden, out of nowhere, his golf cart with no headlights appears and slows down to see what I'm doing outside. He continued doing this over and over until I went inside to go to bed. Let our two pups out to pee (the entire row was empty of campers on my door side) and out of nowhere, guess who materializes giving me the business about leashes? You guessed it, Captain Miserable. Don't park there, your dogs cant be in here, your mats can't be out, where is your leash, golfcarts in the dark constantly peering at you....... it honestly just got old quick. In conclusion, this KOA did nothing wrong. It's their property, their rules and they can run it as they see fit. I'm not asserting that they did anything improper, they didn't. But what I can say is that from practically the time we got there, we felt unwelcome, scrutinized, criticized and constantly under the watchful eye of management. That made us not be able to relax or enjoy our stay. This is the first KOA I've ever been to in decades that I can say without a doubt, we will not return to. My wife wanted to go home a day early but we stayed and just dealt with the BS, it honestly felt like a police state, always being watched and picked at for every little thing. If nothing I wrote would bother you and you don't need wifi, TV etc, then you'll probably like it there. It's a nice property, nice employees, spacious and well laid out. It's near all the attractions and convenient to the interstate. The trains and planes are pretty loud, would possible bother many but we got used to that part. read more

Pulled in for a nights rest after a long drive. I always enjoy KOA camping. The service and hosts were great, very informative and helpful. Slow in January but the cabin was clean and appointed with the basic necessities i.e. heater electric and even a small tv. Next to the airport and railroad but not too noisy. What do you want it's Amarillo. Restrooms and showers were good as well. Clean and hot water with good water pressure in showers. Good for an off the beaten path KOA. So glad they were open during off season for a couple years of travel weary guys from Chicago. Btw, totally excellent free coffee bar for morning. read more

Spacious grounds with wide, grassy areas for dog walking (you still have to pick up after your pooch). Very friendly, helpful staff - they take you right to your spot! Clean, well-maintained facilities, and there's even a food truck on the premises. Definitely will stay here again. read more

Don't stay here unless you want to be assaulted, intimidated, and fear for your life! It started just as we got to our space. My husband put a mat down over the dirt in front of our door so the dogs would not track in mud. Here comes the lady manager and told him no mats. He asked why? It's dirt. She replied it kills the grass he replied it's not grass its dirt. She became psychotic and said I'm kicking you out, going to get a tow truck I'm not dealing with you. I was called outside to discuss this with my husband and here comes the male manager. He pulls up on his golf cart and slams on the brakes skidding in the gravel. He was just as psychotic as his wife and directed his psychotic behavior towards me. I'm a disabled 65 year old woman with brittle bones. I guess he thought my 6"6" 350 lbs husband was too big for him. He said things like: "I understand you don't want your dogs tracking in dirt into your BIG FANCY CLASS A BUS" snotty like. He did the two finger point to his eyes then mine and said "I'm watching you". He then charged me and stopped in my face, He was so close that I felt his spit as he yelled at me. I was sure that he was going to attach me but he stopped when he saw that I would not cower I stood my ground. I wish you could have seen the look on his face when he realized my BIG husband was standing right behind him ready to pull him off of me. He backed up then but only after I told him "GET OUT OF MY FACE". He kept on yelling and I would not even look at him, He said to "LOOK AT ME WHEN I'M TALING TO YOU" (you forgot to say WOMEN at the end of that sentence)! I said why? He replied "it's DESREPECTFUL". Ha ha, you don't get 1 oz of respect from me attacking women, YOU ARE A PSYCHOTIC COWARD!!! He said many times "you are out of here" my reply was I'm not leaving without a refund! I kept our outside lights on all night for security, and it was a sleepless night, sorry neighbors. I got a call the next morning telling I would get a refund if I wanted to leave. Overall, if you like the convenience of booking online with KOA, and just doing a night or two stop over, this place is great. The two front desk staff were very friendly and chatty which I see as a sign of interest and effort to interact. It was super easy to get to our site (with the help of an escort) and we had plenty of room to pull in. We had no issues with hook ups and did not require the use of their facilities other than the playground for a few minutes, which was clean and tidy. The neighborhood approaching the campground is quite run down, however, the pride of ownership of the KOA shows through in the appearance and condition of the park. It was very well manicured and looked nice and clean. Unfortunately, the pride doesn't end there. The first impression I got was in the text reminder with a very clear and bold assertion about no early check in. At the front office, I was greeted by LOTS of signage with rules and "NO" this and that. To close the deal, the check out text is full of more rules in BOLD LETTERS telling us not to turn off or flip off any breakers. Honestly? What on earth is the reason for that? Unfortunately, we had turned the breaker off to unplug, before we got the text message. So, we turned it back on and hope the next rv doesn't get a big shock when they plug in. It all just felt like a lot of finger shaking and inability to be accommodating to customers. read more

Sites were large and bathrooms were clean. If the planes don't wake you then the trains definitely will! The KOA is located right next to the landing strip for the airport and an active all hours train tracks. Be sure to visit the bathhouses for a list of rules and potential charges!! Staff was particular and nosey despite being one of the only RVs at the campground. We let our 23 lb Boston Terrier out of the car to stretch his legs in the open field after a 10 hour drive. Campground worked came out of no where with her golf cart to scold us about keeping him on a leash despite being the only people outside of a camper and in an area all alone. He was walking next to us not running rampant nor acting crazy. Also, there is a prison down the street and a shady XXX double wide. In other words the area is sketchy and basically in a rundown trailer park. Ladies don't walk around alone. read more

If you want to sleep and rest, don't stay here. This is an incredibly noisy mud hole that was expensive for what we found ($66 for a pull through space with hook ups). We arrived at 6:54pm and were gone at 7:28am. There were quite a few campers but we never saw another human - anywhere. Positives: We arrived after the small shop was closed but our reservation paperwork was readily available, the map was clearly marked, and our pull through space was easy to get into. When we reached our space we had to flip the breakers but once we did, the electricity worked fine. We chose not to hook up to water since it was supposed to get below freezing and we were only staying to sleep for the night so I can't comment on the water pressure. Negatives: CONSTANT LOUD TRAINS!!! Very muddy and the lock on the woman's bathroom door was broken. Holy cow the trains! They literally rolled through blasting loud horns every thirty minutes, ALL NIGHT LONG. This is a terrible location because of them. We use fairly substantial white noise when we sleep on the road but even that didn't drown out the trains. I recognize that the KOA can't control the trains but they are responsible for their facilities. Instead of well kept gravel, the entire place was a muddy mess with small sloppy put holes. You had to walk carefully to get to the rest room lest you wind up with mud covered shoes and I had to wipe mud off my dogs feet before I could let her into the camper. Oh yeah, and that trip to the bathroom, commandeer the men's unless you want to chance being exposed in the women's because the lock was broken so there was no way to secure the door. I can't comment on the service because they closed early and apparently open late so we never saw a staff member. This last tidbit is no reflection on the campground, but rather FYI... don't land here hungry because it's out of town a bit with zero options for food unless you unhook and drive into Amarillo. And since the shop was closed during the 7pm - 7:30am time frame that we were there, I have no idea if they carry snacks. Through the glass door, they appeared to have touristy trinket type of junk. read more

Not the most handicap friendly!! Pros: Beautiful campsite. A great dog parks for your dogs to run. One with great equipment for them to run through and stimulate their minds as well as their body the other is opened up with a grass area for them to run and play openly. Campsite we had was a pull through for a 30 foot long trailer. Nice print trees that were not rubbing our trailer all night long like other campsites. We had an open field behind us where you could hear the coyotes howling at night, which is beautiful to me being out in nature. Walk up to a beautiful sunrise. Cons: bathrooms were on the furthest end. I am handicapped, an amputee. I have no problem getting myself to the restroom no matter which area it's at but when I get down there and there's an expected code to be used for the shower that kind of sucks. Not all disabled people want to sit there and remind themselves daily that they're disabled identifying themselves as dis abled. This is the first kid we have ever used that's locked out disabled people from a bathroom/ shower. Instead I had to use the regular one because the office was all the way at the other side of the campground. There was no phone number for me to call to request a . As expected there was no bars code on the sign. The regular showers were small and slippery not be fitting for a handicapped person. There were no handicap bars for safety. Due to the small amount of space I was constantly hitting the sides of the walls showering as well as when getting dressed. The office needs to somehow offer people a way of being able to use these amenities with discretion. I'm now extremely wore out and unfortunately have to go sit inside a travel a long period of time to our next destination daily this way. read more

Annoyed. After long hours traveling trying to beat the heat. We travel for work in our motorhome and stay at dozens of KOA campsites across the US each year. Early check-in has NEVER been an issue, and very occasionally we may need to wait for a spot to open up. Always happy to pay extra, or park somewhere and wait. but we were denied early check in on a Tuesday morning at a virtually empty campground. It was apparently easier for them to just say, "sorry, no early check-ins", than to look outside and see an empty park with very few campers. Even though It's a massive empty lot, we were told we should head back to the freeway and hang out at a truck stop. Polite is not the same as useful or helpful, "Have a nice day" is an insult when creating unnecessary inconvenience for weary travelers. Well, NO THANKS. I think I'll just keep on truckin' and skip this unreasonable Amarillo KOA in the future, there's some great ones out there! read more

Update for 2 week summer stay 2022: 1) We were abruptly kicked out 7 PM and 2 days before scheduled departure. Our dinner guest got into an argument with a camp host over parking. Yelling pushing shoving. The camp host yelled at both of us to get out. It was heated enough for KOA staff to call the Sheriff. I didn't see what had really happened but no matter. ...Can't answer for my guest, 1st time I ever saw him that angry and suspect he may have been provoked. We were shipmates US Navy 50 years ago. He's 75 & PTSD. For myself we had been here 12 pleasant days. So we broke camp & moved on 4 miles down the road as ordered to The Big Texan RV camp, It's a larger greener & less expensive site that gave us a 15% veterans discount, nice if you can get in. KOA refunded 4 nights stay that evening so 2 stars instead of 1. My friend maybe should have been in better self control. But camp host shouldn't add fire to the flames...the last part that I witnessed. An employee who deals with public and can't control his temper may need to find less stressful employment. I realize they have to contend with all sorts of crazy characters. (me?) At 73 and 10's of 1000's of RV miles I do not consider myself a trouble maker. Maybe getting too old for the modern RV camping experience. My friend will certainly not be returning here. Also an RV'er I think he will avoid all KOA's. 2) The camp lost water pressure for a day. Unresponsive to request for status updates. Next day water was back on. The camp is out on the flat a mile from the airport. There is a pool, shop, showers and playground for kids. also a fenced pea-gravel dog run. Easy access about 3 miles off I40. Lots of cotton tail rabbits. The KOA staff were always friendly and happy to visit up to the parking argument. The camp seems to empty out 90% every day. Mostly 1 night interstate stopovers. Local diesel going for $5.15. Very low when compared. KOA, not the bright happy & shiny campground of olden days but: Campground price is a bit lower than most KOA's Gravel roads. Fair amount of green grass. The camp sites tend to run narrow. My septic drain next to the adjacent camp table. Hooray, the drain connection was actually lower that my RV connect point. Many are not. You figure it out. Look out for tree limbs backing in & pulling out. Morning coffee available@ $1.50 Propane available @ $4.25 / gal. Mosquitos, big. Easy targets for the old aught gauge. read more

The owners of this KOA always strive to make sure your stay is amazing. The have two dog parks(rock and grass). Easy access to restaurants that are in the area. The campground is well maintained. They are large spots for bigger RVs or your 5th wheel. We can barely wait to return to this KOA in 2025 read more

Having to make this post is so disappointing. I've been a regular KOA guest here for the last 4 years traveling West to East 3-4 times per year and always found this place convenient after a long drive. Unfortunately, my recent weekend stay was troubled by a knock at the door 30 minutes before MANDATORY check out on Saturday morning at 11AM to make sure I hadn't overslept and "knew" checkout was at 11AM!" If your traveling with a pet, you can imagine the turmoil that this unnecessary intrusion created. Before the rude interruption, I had been working on a slide sensor fault for the better part of an hour that would not clear and disabled my coach from moving. I had called the coach factory after hours support line for guidance and was waiting for their return call when I got a call at 11:28AM for the KOA Amarillo office advising that I was being charged a late checkout fee. I explained that my coach was disabled because of the slide not being secure, but they couldn't have cared less. Shortly thereafter, factory support called and advised on how to override the fault temporarily. The override worked but I was cautioned that I needed to go to a place where they could diagnose the issue so the coach would not "derate" (not exceed 10mph) as a safety precaution. I went a few miles down the road to Oasis RV Resort also in Amarillo and found safe harbor there to deal with this safety issue. They were very understanding and the problem with the slide was resolved by a support tech. My caution to KOAers and all campers is to avoid this place. Management or the franchisees have no clue about the hospitality business or common courtesy. I was charged twice for the same late fee and when I arrived at my next KOA stop I called to ask why I was charged twice. They reversed the second charge without argument, but when I asked why they were not at all supportive when a customer had trouble, their answer was "rules are rules". Look, there are so many options out there, like Oasis RV Resort as well as others, why put up with host attitude and indifference. Choose someplace else, this KOA has minimal amenities and is subpar compared to others. The train horns through the night are not helpful for a good nights sleep. 5 stars for cleanliness, friendly staff, and overall good campground. My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights, which is their maximum. During our stay, I noticed that they have a lot of staff, which is probably why the campground is well taken care of. The restrooms were clean, hand soap provided, and tissue paper stocked as well. There are two shower rooms in the women's restroom. Both clean. Laundry room has about At least 3 washers and 3 dryers, as far as I remember. There is also a coin machine inside. It's open 24 hours. The tent site has a table provided. Not all sites have water faucet but there was one next to tent site 8 and 9. Some sites are shaded with some trees, which really helped since the location is pretty windy. Other amenities are gated dog park, vending machines, playground, and pool. The only complaint is the noise. Location is close to an airport and the train racks. Trains honk almost every hour, day and night. Planes take off several times a day also. If that does not bother you, then this place should be a good spot for you. All the staff we've interacted with were very helpful. read more

Hostile and dishonest! I made an online reservation last night explicitly to car-camp at an RV site and charge my car overnight. This morning I got a call from an ornery man there. A man said no car camping allowed. I said fine, just cancel and refund me. He said their policy is no cancellation refund within 48 hours. I said it was your own website that mistakenly allowed a reservation for a car at an RV spot, and just refund me. He finally said he would "to shut you the hell up." Angry man! I just got an email and they charged me for the whole $60. I've driven past this place on a prior trip and it looks super creepy! read more

We stayed one night in our trip across country. The staff was spectacularly nice, briefed us on the shuttle to Big Texas (which arrives at your camp spot) and there was a guide in a golf cart to escort us to our space (probably necessary for big RVs, but less so for our 19 foot VW Eurovan). Near the airport and the train tracks, but noise wasn't enough to wake us up. We'd definitely stay here again. read more

I wish I read reviews before coming here. Since I've been to so many KOA's and they've all been so good I didn't even think about it. The TRAINS, TRAINS , TRAINS !! horns blasting all night into the early morning. I really think they should notify the people when making reservations. I don't sleep well as it is. Most campgrounds are close to highways so there is always some noise, but the trains just put it over the edge. read more

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We even saw them drive around a few times on the golf cart late at night which made us feel a bit safer. We did not utilize any of the facilities but we did walk around the property one night and everything looked clean and well maintained. We did feel that the site was large but the site pad could be a bit wider. It is a nice quiet little area and although it's near an airport, we only heard a plane coming in twice and it was brief and we fee we only heard it because we were outside. Nice and peaceful other than that. If you're going to eat at Big Tex nearby (which we suggest you do) take advantage of the free limo ride offered by the restaurant (don't forget to at least tip your driver) read more

At first this looked like a great RV campground. Then we realized that there was one hookup per 2 spots. Which means your neighbor's door side faced your door side. Not a great concept. There's no privacy plus, if you had neighbors like ours, who had 5 people AND pitched a tent basically right outside our door, then it's really annoying. The pros are that they had a pool, playground and a small enclosed doggie park. It's clean and spacious. Fortunately we were only over nighting here. We will not stay again. read more

Worst experience ever! Warning never have a medical emergency at KOA! we had a medical emergency and instead of being compassionate and cooperative the manager decided to be hostile and unyielding. My daughter decided to end her life by way of over dosing on prescription pills as we arrived at KOA Amarillo. As you can imagine our priority was her and getting to the hospital as fast as possible, however the manager had other priorities and made it hell on me and my wife. She warned us that she would tow our car if we left it where it was or anywhere on their property even though they gave us permission to park it there and that we paid for an extra person and vehicle. She also wouldn't let us keep a tent in our spot where we were housing the cats we had to transport, which was fine and I would have been glad to make other arrangements but only after dealing with my daughter. My plea to allow us to deal with the tent, cats and car were rejected as she insisted that all be dealt with before following the ambulance to the ER, and had the nerve to say that my daughters condition wasn't serious! she said if it was serious we would have rode along in the ambulance! well I'm here to tell you It was serious. I don't know what can be done if anything, and I expect this complaint will fall on deaf ears but I would urge all to find a private campground and avoid this franchise and the middle management because they act more like HOA the campground host. read more

Zero Stars! In fact this KOA is on the negative scale! Worst experience ever at a KOA! Don't book there. My wife and I were passing through and only needed to use a dump station. We were told they don't have one and wouldn't even allow us to use a spot to dump unless we paid $71!!! That's ridiculous especially when the campground wasn't even near full. We are frequent KOA campground users and it would have been nice to get some hospitality. We don't think it was too much to ask. We would have gladly paid a small fee like $15 or $20 but paying $71 to dump our tanks? This was the first KOA in Texas and it put a stain on all the KOA's in the state. The KOA manager was rude and didn't care how many times we've used KOA campgrounds. We know these are independently owned, however you are still part of the KOA corporation and it reflects negatively on them as a business. read more

Wow! Spent 1 day here. Staff was excellent. Best part, Shuttle(actual long horn limo) picked us up at our door and took us to the Big Texan Steak Ranch (fun place). Great food. Great experience. Loved it. The limo drivers give you the history of the steak house. read more

Do not stay here! There is no water and the staff are not of one accord. Was told my night would be refunded and then was not. Would not recommend staying here. I am a long time Rv owner and have never been to a park that is not prepared for winter and then blames it on the customer like it is my fault. I have never had a bad experience at any other KOA parks but this one needs help! When I reserved my spot days in advance I was told it was full hook ups and that includes water anywhere else! Don't write anything negative in your review if you ever plan to stay there again in the future. Management is vindictive and they actually canceled my reservation because I wrote a negative review last year. They waited and notified me of the cancellation the afternoon prior to the date I was scheduled to arrive despite having made the reservation 3 weeks prior. Traveling with a travel trailer + toddlers + a dog for an overnight stay - Amarillo KOA was everything we needed plus more. The campgrounds were constantly being tended to, the restrooms & showers immaculate, and we found the space between sites to be better than what many RV resort/ campgrounds offer. From our phone call to reserve a same-day site, to check-in, to any interaction with the KOA staff, everyone gave a warm Texas welcome. So courteous! The gift/ essentials shop was one of the more well-stocked I've seen, and it's even undergoing some renovation to improve the space. The playground was well groomed & had a little of everything for the kids to enjoy (tetherball, swings, monkey bars, slides). And a bonus were the complimentary banana bikes; there was even a small tot size one! The Big Texan Steak House limo does make stops at the KOA, so make sure to utilize that if possible! We originally planned to stay at Big Texan RV, but were unable to secure a site (we did drive to Big Texan). Initially we were a bit bummed, but we're so glad to have stayed at the KOA instead. The sites were a bit more spacious; and though some reviewers commented on noise, we found the KOA atmosphere wonderful. We slept soundly (no road noise). There were some trains (which we love the sound of) and we saw a handful of USAF T-38 jets flying around the old Amarillo airport next to the KOA. It's the sound of freedom, and we appreciate it. *other reviewers have commented on the Wi-Fi service; we also found connectivity difficult and resorted to our cellular service carrier instead. read more

I have NO idea why other folks have such negative things to say about this KOA. It is juxtaposed to some seedy places, but we didn't experience any noise while we were outside at all. I think it may depend on the time of year you're in the area because we didn't hear any Planes or trains (or automobiles). The grounds are just gorgeous. The most well-kept KOA we've experienced to date. There is plenty to do whilst camping -- hayrides, incumbent bikes, games, and plenty to see. The staff are seriously some of the nicest folks. This koa was extremely clean throughout the park and restrooms. We arrived late, did the late check in for a tent with no problems since we arrived after they closed. Only 2 draw backs for you tent campers, and since we only stayed for 7 hours we could bear them: 1. Traffic noise! The road to get to this koa gets heavy big rig traffic! All night! If you are primitive camping choose a site farther from the road. Not T1 site. 2. The bird noise! A nearby tree had birds in it all night! They made noise, chirped, and made all kinds of other noises all night long! Felt like a zoo! Never had this type of wildlife noise camping, ever, and we have tons of camping experience. RV'rs would probably not experience these issues. read more

Worst KOA in the country! Manager is a bully who fines people for the littlest "breaking of rules", kicks people out if they complain of mud or WiFi issues, kicks you off property if you show up even 10 minutes before check in time! And price is outrageous for what is either a mud pit or a dirt lot. read more

I have been a KOA member for several years and i would not recommend this KOA. I had made reservations for June 2022 for 1 night. On a trip home in April I was heading home in my RV and was driving in high wind warnings and under a severe thunderstom warning. I called KOA to see if i could get a pull thru site for the night. I was told they only had deluxe sites and it would be $71+. i started to make the reservation but was getting nervous about not being able to make it there and asked if i could just pay when i got there. I was told by the gentleman, who was very polite, that if I didnt make a reservation i would pay $5 more than the price quoted as a "walk-in" and if i made the reservation but couldnt make it because of the weather i would forfeit the entire cost of the reservation. It was already past 6, so i told him i would try to find another place, which was easy to do and camped at the Overnight RV park. i was only charged $43 and the young lady that worked there met me at the office when i pulled in to help me pay and provide me with their information. Because of this experience i cancelled my reservation in June 2022, and had to pay the $10 cancellation fee. I will continue to be a KOA member, but will not stay at this park in Amarillo EVER! They should not be a KOA Journey! read more
