Home was built in 1899 but somehow doesn't really feel that old and is very quiet and comfortable. We picked the ground floor room because we were traveling with our dog. It was perfect....nice size and its own private bathroom. Nanette is very welcoming and available to answer questions or address any needs you might have. She is also the most delicious cook and I don't say that lightly. We enjoyed two of her breakfasts and both were absolutely delicious! She is certified as a holistic chef so you can feel good that what you are eating is healthy and nutritious. Inn is conveniently located (within walking distance) to the Winston Churchill museum and the brickyard district (downtown area.) Ever hear of a hotel that did not change their sheets? Yeah…read more I was shocked when it happened to me! When we checked in, and we went to our room it was clear that the linens on my queen bed had not been changed. There were wrinkles in the pillowcase fabric where a head would have rested. There was some kind of nastiness on the top sheet! Snot? Or what? That day the movers had come, and then I thoroughly cleaned the entire house for the buyers' walk-through the next day. It was late and I had been steady working 13 hours. I threw the sheet in the bathroom and threw the pillows on the floor. I slept on the in-between cover. I was so exhausted I never said a word because I wanted my husband to get some rest. But guess what? I will never go back!

The owners were doing landscaping and getting the pool ready for summer. The owners and staff were so friendly and helpful. I live locally so may not need a room again, but if I do I will definitely be going back to Westwoods. I will for sure point them out to visiting friends and family. They even have a little snack bar.

Some under door protection from bugs, some paint on some mispainted walls and maybe some updated modern touches anywhere they can. I thought the son at the front desk was helpful and clear when we arrived, providing us with all the information we requested.

They do have (quite slow) WiFi, but they do not have shower houses. The sites were nice, level, and paved, even with a wooden fence on the side for us to hang up some rugs. Overall had a great experience. Stayed here twice and would recommend. It was very close to I-70 so you don't need to take much of a detour at all to stay here while on the road!

We pulled around to the check in office around 630 and discovered the office was closed. We called the number with no answer and then went to the office to see if there were late check in directions. Unfortunately there were not. There were multiple sites open so we decided to pull through a spot right next to the office so we could pay in the morning. After pulling through a man on a gator pulled up to us yelling and raising his hands aggressively "we are closed!" Alarmed by his reaction we left. I've never encountered a more rude campground interaction. We won't be back ever which is too bad bc the grounds are very nicely kept. Please add a sign "absolutely no late checks ins without a reservation " so u don't have to yell at anyone else.

The camp was half empty and many concrete pads were available, I was given a gravel one. We have traveled across the country and this was then worst camp we have ever been to, we won't be back, would have been better if we just pulled into a truck stop on I-70. Without working restrooms, I thought I. MIght have been offered a refund, but won't be back and I hope others find this helpful.

Beautiful house with friendliest, very accommodating hosts! The basement "hideaway" is comfortable…read more& charming. Husband is a chef who makes the breakfasts! Both are Marine Corp veterans. Even had home made cookies awaiting our arrival. Starbucks coffee in a Kuerig for the morning, great great options for evening as well. Will come here whenever I'm visiting MMA. They are truly hospitable!
