The camp was half empty and many concrete pads were available, I was given a gravel one. We have traveled across the country and this was then worst camp we have ever been to, we won't be back, would have been better if we just pulled into a truck stop on I-70. Without working restrooms, I thought I. MIght have been offered a refund, but won't be back and I hope others find this helpful.

We pulled around to the check in office around 630 and discovered the office was closed. We called the number with no answer and then went to the office to see if there were late check in directions. Unfortunately there were not. There were multiple sites open so we decided to pull through a spot right next to the office so we could pay in the morning. After pulling through a man on a gator pulled up to us yelling and raising his hands aggressively "we are closed!" Alarmed by his reaction we left. I've never encountered a more rude campground interaction. We won't be back ever which is too bad bc the grounds are very nicely kept. Please add a sign "absolutely no late checks ins without a reservation " so u don't have to yell at anyone else.

Beach front, the pool area is beautiful, and the staff here is compiled with some of the nicest people I have ever met in my lifetime. It's spotless and the wifi though not the best is enough to get by. You don't really need wifi on vacation anyway. You need to be out enjoying the beautiful area. There is a little grocery story down the block and like a 7/11 type store right across the road. The neighbors are all friendly and everyone was delightful. There are always a bunch of taxi drivers zooming down the road so it shouldn't be hard to get a ride somewhere. What I liked was that it isn't in the hotel zone. But not super far away. We were close enough to get to everything we wanted to do with a short taxi ride away but still far enough that we didn't have to see all the hoodlums that came out for memorial day weekend. We got a chance to relax and really enjoy Mexico without the crowds. I love this place and can't wait to return.

This morning just a smidge after 6am, the maintenance folks, working on a construction project, started their day. Cursing, and yucking it up. Loudly. Hotrodding their little gator carts around the campsites. Then started up all their construction equipment before 7am. I understand getting started on the day, especially in hot weather. But there are paying customers here. This thoughtless incident ruined my experience for this place. This won't be ongoing, and hopefully management will have a talk with these thoughtless workers. So, maybe it will be better in the future, but such is Yelp. A bad experience just ruins everything.

As soon as we pulled into the park our pressure valve on our propane tank gave way and we needed help. We had our tank filled before leaving home and the person evidently did not do it properly. Thanks to 3 men at the RV Park they came to our rescue. Can't thank them enough to spend most of their evening relieving the pressure in the tank and getting us back to being safe until we could get a new pressure regulator for our propane tank. They do have (quite slow) WiFi, but they do not have shower houses. The sites were nice, level, and paved, even with a wooden fence on the side for us to hang up some rugs. Overall had a great experience. Stayed here twice and would recommend. It was very close to I-70 so you don't need to take much of a detour at all to stay here while on the road!
