My 5 -star experience with Rebecca at Coastal Hair Co…read more I had my first appointment today with Rebecca at Coastal Hair Co., and I can honestly say... she worked an absolute miracle on my hair! I have very thick, long, heavy hair that was way overdue for a proper cut and color. For almost 20 years, I struggled to find someone in my area with the experience and skill to handle my hair the way I truly envisioned. Well... the search is officially OVER! Rebecca is not only incredibly talented, but you can immediately tell she's highly trained and confident in what she does. She gave me the most beautiful layered cut effortlessly--something that is NOT easy with my hair--and my highlights turned out exactly how I've always wanted: bright blonde, shiny, and full of life. I actually looked at her beautiful hair and said, I want my highlights to look just like yours and she indeed delivered! Anyone who knows blonde highlights knows how tricky they can be--too often they turn out dull or flat. But Rebecca clearly knows the proper techniques and products because my color is vibrant, dimensional, and actually SHINES! Coastal Hair Co. itself is gorgeous and welcoming, and it's amazing to know that all of their stylists are experienced master stylists and colorists. You can really feel the professionalism the moment you walk in, not to mention the positive energy that fills the atmosphere the moment you step through the front door. Happy people work there and it's obvious. I can confidently say I've finally found my forever stylist... my hair miracle worker! I look forward to my next appointment! Thank you, Rebecca--I'm beyond happy!

Great to know I now have a Florida go-to. Bravo, Audra! I'll be back.

Loved it and coming back!…read more This was my first time here since moving from Venice. My stylist was Laura Holmes. Wow! She was so nice and very good at her trade. She began by asking me all the right questions, took her time as she was asking me. I have found my new salon and Laura.

Be aware they reuse shears, brushes, foils etc after being dropped on the ground more than one time without discarding or sanitizing them. Hair stylist also don't wash hands after having multiple clients at once and going back and forth between clients and reuse dirty capes on clients without properly disposing them after each use. The owner as well is unprofessional and will rudely belittle customers over the phone and won't offer refunds even if they are in the wrong for messing client's hair. I lost out on a $300.00 service for a stylist who rushed my appointment and received no proper consultation before appointment end results lead to me being displeased with services and the manager wouldn't offer me a new stylist to redo the work or a refund. Be aware of using the new stylist Tony very inexperienced outdated techniques. My outcome results were hot roots, uneven hair cut, and highlights that prior would bleed through foils. I won't be returning even though I have been a loyal customer for 3 years. I went to Belt salon where they fixed the problem and use updated techniques that minimize damage in hair and prices that make it worth it. This has been reported to BBB.
