To make matters worse, my hot fudge sundae was clearly premade and had been sitting in the freezer -- the fudge was cold, which defeats the entire purpose of ordering a hot fudge sundae. It also wasn't even the correct size, yet Sudie argued that it was instead of simply correcting the mistake. It only takes a few seconds to make one fresh and right, yet I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru for something that was cold, incorrect, and poorly handled. This was a complete waste of both my money and time. I hope management sees this and takes steps to improve customer service and food quality. Ice cream should be simple, fast, and fresh -- none of which happened here.
