Comparable prices with pottery barns but mainly Southern and coastal look. Shirts are Great for hot weather area or moderate temperature. Way better IN PERSON than what I saw when I followed on Instagram. (Obviously Instagram lured me in.) Very impressed. Maria was very kind at the checkout. I purchased the crab pillow and kid Dino pillow and she recommended a liner for them. I also bought a Blue hat, Beach towel and a Cute tote bag. She threw in a complimentary Drink Coozie for me. Highly recommend!!!

Unfortunately, it was larger than expected so I returned it at my own expense. Three weeks later, I still have not heard back from the company, I sent an e-Mail providing the tracking number and asking for a refund. Still nothing so I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company. Beware! This company's customer service response is inexistant. They will not respond nor issue refunds for merchandise returned.

I was eventually forced to escalate the issue to paypal and they resolved it in my favor. I'd steer clear of this company.

Love the feeling when you walk in so so girly and all the styles are very on trend. However, if you…read morewant a hemline that is knee length or has no cut outs, or a dress you can wear a normal bra with this shop is not for you. Brought my friend who is pretty busty and she couldn't fit anything which is a little bit... ridiculous. I would love to see same styles a little longer and more grown up. Love the prints, prices, and such. Anything that is a traditional fit (which I'm defining as something I could wear to brunch with my kids or parents) the sizes sell out instantly. I would say that's solid feed back for the owners that they need more options that have bit more appeal for the average woman and maybe even a couple options for larger sizes most if not all only go up to large and the large is often times more akin to a medium. If they wish to corner the market on college type girl style I think they successfully do it. I took of a point because although I will still continue to shop here... i occasionally get lucky, I would hesitate to bring another friend in as options are fairly limited. Get in the text chain from website for flash sales ( although don't wait if you see your size they literally sell out so fast)

I placed my order…read more2 weeks ago, and the item I ordered was not a preorder or anything like that, it was an item in stock. I've emailed them more than once on this issue, originally just asking for an update on when my order would be shipped. I have received no response whatsoever, yet they post on their instagram dozens of times a day on their story. The email I have been contacting is the exact email that is associated with their confirmation emails when you place an order, it is not a no reply email. It even says in the confirmation email to contact it or reply with any questions. So either that's a lie and no one monitors the email, or they're flat out ignoring my concerns over my order that I paid for. Either way, I am extremely disappointed. Examples like these are what make it harder to support certain small businesses over major corporations.

This is a fun store if you want the boutique experience of several local and imported goods…read more Everything is set up nicely in small rooms so that the flow and layout isn't exactly cluttered, but at times I felt myself felling a little too claustrophobic and slightly overwhelmed at all of the options... (This may not be a bad thing for some so don't get me wrong.) If you're looking for special something that represents Charleston -- look no further than Modern Manor! There are some items that are right on point for what they should cost. However, I did find many things slightly over-priced. Again, this is a place where MANY local artisans can display their goods, so you've got an eclectic experience awaiting you as soon as you walk through the doors! There's a central checkout right at front and center-- I think I noticed two cashiers up front to check you out! Had I not have tried to take in the entire store I will say if you had a question at any point during your perusal, you might be out of luck to find someone. That being said-- I absolutely LOVE that they have included a local craft coffee shop in Harlow & Pearl to add to the charm of the converted barn market for a Country Chic feel. Love that you can grab a coffee and shop at your leisure without someone looking over your shoulder so you're able to experience everything at your own pace. It's a nice touch. The nature of the size of the place, lends it to being a nice space to spend a lazy afternoon, especially in the rain, to look for the perfect gift for that special someone to suit whatever specific occasion you might need to serve!
