He thought he wouldn't get caught since we did not live there.... Well, he did and then blamed us. Now I found out via the buyer, that Preston told him "I was in a mood" prior to me coming to get the last of my things ( i yelled at him after finding out the man lived there). Preston's behavior should not be rewarded. He just made a sum of money from the sale of my home but he failed to listen to my wishes and continued to treat me with disrespect. I feel the need to say... Keller Williams company representatives have been unprofessional, condescending and rude. I paid a commission only to find out your agent talked about me behind my back to a man (the buyer) I was supposed to meet in an hour. On top of this, his Broker reached out and talked more about my pending divorce than the issues I had with Keller Williams. My ex-husband and I are friends. I'm not a mean person, I am not just randomly angry and I get along with my soon to be ex-husband. We are friends and were in agreement about how this situation was mishandled. So ... I'm not just an angry or forgetful, distraught divorcee. Your firm multiple times let me down.
