I had my first visit today and I am so happy I chose this office! First of all, this office is GORGEOUS! Everything is really clean and they are holding up covid protocols which I appreciate. I have some dental anxiety, but once Dr. Farley came into the room and introduced herself, I felt at ease. She is so kind, funny, and down to earth. Her assistants were also super great! My son has been going to her since he was about six months old, just to get used to going to the office and being around people, and letting someone in his personal space and mouth. His latest visit was in May, he was over 2.5 years old, and he had the best time! She shot water over him in an arc and he thought it was so fun- she would put a little ball of water in his hand and let him suck it up so he knew what each instrument did. It was fun and educational for him and helped him feel more comfortable with letting her work on him. He ended up letting her count all of his teeth, complete his cleaning, flossing, EVERYTHING! He had the best time and that's exactly what I want for him, to enjoy going to the dentist and practice good dental hygiene! If you need a new dentist for your baby, do not hesitate to go see Amanda today! She will make you and your child feel well cared for and right at home! Also, I never knew that I was grinding my teeth and chewing up my tongue until Dr. Farley and her team pointed it out and provided the solution of a night guard to protect my teeth and tongue. During the process of getting fit for the night guard they accidentally ripped out my permanent retainer that had been in my mouth for about 15 years- she was kind enough to glue it back in for me at no cost! Dr. Farley is amazing! She is very caring and understanding. She listens to your concerns then goes from there. I was recently in a bicycle accident that left me with bruised teeth and a hairline fracture in my jaw that the hospital did not catch when they took my CT scan a week prior. This all made sense due to the amount of pain I was having on that side of my face -meds less of course. She referred me to an orthodontist who took amazing care of me. After losing my dentist to COVID, I was in the market for a new provider. As I trust reviews and recommendations, I posted a Facebook post asking for everyone's favorite local dentist. With over 40 comments, 8 all pointed to Amanda Farley. It seemed like an obvious choice on who to use. She was accepting new clients and booking an appointment online was simplistic. All paperwork was able to be completed online and the entire staff from hygienists, assistants, front office, and Amanda were great for both my exam, cleaning, and filling. I felt no pain, I felt educated, and I felt like they truly advocated for the patient without pushing unnecessary treatments on me. Nothing but awesome things to say about this office. I always have the issue of not getting continued dental care until and issue arises. I ended up breaking a tooth several weeks ago and without insurance thought I was going to have to settle for lower quality of care. Amanda's office was able to get me in within the week of the break and diagnose the issue. I felt super comfortable and was able to get the tooth fixed without it getting worse and for a reasonable price. Recently moved back into the area and needed a new dentist. I've known Dr. Farley for years, but was still nervous for our kiddos since one of them is on the autism spectrum and can be a handful when it comes to new experiences. Dr Farley has been my dentist for the past 5 years. She has taken care of my wife and kids as well. Always professional pleasant and does excellent quality work. She had done a crown and bleaching tray for my wife and has done cleanings for me. The hygienists have always been friendly and gentle with me. I had been looking for a Dentist for some time... My husband and I don't have Dental insurance, and I had not been to the dentist in over 6 yrs. Being super nervous about not knowing what I needed and also the cost I was so hesitant. Thank goodness I finally went to Dr Farley's office, Because she was so sweet and at no time did she make me feel terrible about my issues. on the contrary she made me feel calm, relaxed and assured resolving any work I needed. Have been seeing Doctor Farley since 2016 and truly enjoyed the atmosphere. Her work is top quality. The entire experience at her office is not like any other dentist. Everyone is friendly and even the "mascot" tries to make your experience better. I laughed when I first heard the office mascot was Doctor Farley's dog named Lady but she is the sweetest dog. I may or may not have stopped by without an appointment to say hi to Lady. 10/10 would recommend. read more

I've been going to this dentist office 18 + years. I was a patient of Dr. Gerber's. When he passed away, I became a patient of Dr. Farleys. I have 16 veneers because of tetracycline discoloration. In order to have a normal smile I've spent 20K+ at this office, and at least $3000. or more a year in upkeep. In May one of my veneers broke. I was told after insurance my share would be $600. ($1200. total ). I was told if I paid cash at the time of service I would receive a discount. All bills are due at the time of service. The day the veneer was to be put on, I went in to pay and was told the cash discount was only if you didn't have Insurance. We were talking about the insurance when the receptionist told me. Also they charged me $768. When Dr Farley went to put the tooth in it didn't match and I told her that. She said it was just blood on the tooth. It wasn't, it didn't match. One month later my step daughter just happened to ask for an itemized statement ( I referred her along with several other people over the years). They told her she would have to wait until the next billing cycle. The bill came the 1st part of August they had put all of our charges together. My step daughter is an adult, and is not, and has never been on my insurance, I called the office and said I know my step daughter and I have the same last name but we don't even have the same insurance. This bill says says one of us owes $700. and it's past due. The person on the phone said that's your bill that you never paid, with late charges. I said wait, I payed cash at the time of service. She said do you have a receipt? That was months ago. I was unable to find the receipt. I called the office and said I'm sure there will be a record of it can you please look through your books? I asked to speak to Dr. Farley. I had to call several times before I ever received a return call. She wasn't very nice or helpful, she did remove the late charges the bill would be $600. I payed it, but I thought that's weird I know I payed over $700. One week later I received a letter stating I was no longer their patient. Wow! Around Christmas time I was cleaning out drawers and guess what? I found the receipt and it was for $768. with some other person's else's name on it. Excited I called the office and told them I'd found it. I thought for sure they'd at least be apologetic. Nope nothing. They said you don't need to bring it in you can just fax it. I said nope I'm coming in person. They had the check ready when I got there. Botched bill, botched tooth, botched receipt. Glad I have a new Dentist. My Step daughter still has never received a bill with only her charges. read more
