Moments later, the driver came back alongside my vehicle, drove dangerously close to my car, honked at me, and flipped me off. This behavior is completely unacceptable and creates a serious safety risk for everyone on the road. I am extremely concerned that someone displaying this level of reckless and aggressive behavior is representing your company and transporting patients. This driver is a liability and should not be operating one of your vehicles. I expect this complaint to be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
