She is a dialysis patient and requires rides to and from the clinic 3 times a week. We can always count on the team at Advanced Transit to get my mom to dialysis on time. She has also never been left stranded despite getting out of treatment later than expected. This is a major worry for my mom as she's a paraplegic. Taking city transit back home would be very difficult. My mom loves her drivers. They are all super sweet and friendly with her. They make sure she's always buckled in safely before driving off. Dispatch is prompt and informative as well. Whenever we call to confirm rides the call goes well and questions are answered immediately. This was not always the case with other companies.

The man accused her of already calling which this was her first time ever, he started yelling at her, told her she was a liar and told her to stop bothering them and the tenant. By the way no one has bothered the tenant she's elderly, we care about her, and that is why we're trying to work with the company making the noise. The lady who called today is a nice lady that is so polite and soft spoken she wasn't yelling at all and he had the nerve to tell her to calm down after he was the one yelling. He told her to listen he yelled then hung up on her without her being able to speak a word further. Don't use this service at all costs unless you want to be treated unfairly and with disrespect. You don't treat people that way regardless of situation but especially when it's people calling in politely with legitimate concerns. Apparently lease and city noise ordinances are above this company.

I called a few transport services, Aapax responded. I found the cost to be acceptable for round trip service. The scheduling was fast, there is a "no refund" policy for same day appointments. Aapax showed up with a vehicle for both my mom and I, the vehicle was clean and the driver very professional wearing a fresh mask. The driver helped my mom into the vehicle making sure she is safe and comfortable. Our trip was quick and safe, the driver was able to drop my mom and I off at the front door, they gave me their card. When my mom's appointment was finished, I gave the driver a call, they were there in no time. The next time I used Aapax the setup was just a simple for my mom. This time I had an idea on how long it would be so I could schedule a pick up time. It turns out I was off, or the doctors office was off whatever the case may be. The driver, the same driver we had before, was able to accommodate the delay. Again, this driving service is fantastic! I cannot recommend them enough. If you are in need of non emergency medical transportation, I highly recommend Aapax. Thank you for reading my review, may your day be wonderful!

Reliable, courteous, professional…read more I hired TLC for a round-trip from Folsom to San Francisco for an outpatient medical procedure. Throughout our entire interaction, TLC was courteous, professional, helpful, flexible, and kind. Luke, the owner, asked relevant questions to learn about my specific needs. He confirmed the trip 24 hours prior and assured me everything was in place. When the medical facility later modified the arrival time, Luke cheerfully accommodated the last-minute change without any difficulty. Randy, the driver, picked me up right on time in a specially marked van and made the trip to and from San Francisco very pleasant with friendly conversation. Randy spared no effort to make sure the trip went smoothly -- he parked at the facility's front door and accompanied me through the check-in procedure, introduced himself to the medical staff, and made sure they had his contact information. When it was time for me to leave, Randy was right there, ready to take me home. TLC is very appropriately named: professional, reliable, and friendly. Highly recommended.

We had reserved well in advance, a date and time with a transport company (who shall remain nameless), to pick up my dad and deliver to my house. However, on the day he was supposed to be picked up, they never confirmed anything and I had to call them. To make a long story short, the owner seemed clueless about where they were going! And then come to find out, they don't deliver bedridden patients, only wheelchair service! The owner was a total flake! That's when my sister found Swift Valley Medical Transportation. They have glowing reviews on Yelp, and I was just happy that they could make time in their busy schedule to help us out! It was reassuring to see that they have 24 hour service! Even though they had to endure Sacramento's typical rush hour traffic, my dad was delivered to me safe and sound! And they were just the nicest of guys as they gently and professionally placed my dad into the hospital bed. When I thanked Omar and Steve for being available on such short notice and told them about the run around we got from the other transport company, one of them said we have a "no flake policy!" LOL! I would highly recommend Swift Valley Transport for anyone facing my situation. They make a sincere effort to be there for you!
