I called a few transport services, Aapax responded. I found the cost to be acceptable for round trip service. The scheduling was fast, there is a "no refund" policy for same day appointments. Aapax showed up with a vehicle for both my mom and I, the vehicle was clean and the driver very professional wearing a fresh mask. The driver helped my mom into the vehicle making sure she is safe and comfortable. Our trip was quick and safe, the driver was able to drop my mom and I off at the front door, they gave me their card. When my mom's appointment was finished, I gave the driver a call, they were there in no time. The next time I used Aapax the setup was just a simple for my mom. This time I had an idea on how long it would be so I could schedule a pick up time. It turns out I was off, or the doctors office was off whatever the case may be. The driver, the same driver we had before, was able to accommodate the delay. Again, this driving service is fantastic! I cannot recommend them enough. If you are in need of non emergency medical transportation, I highly recommend Aapax. Thank you for reading my review, may your day be wonderful!

I sent him the information as requested, and got a canned response that they would get back to me shortly. I never heard back, but I figured that we had everything in hand. Dialysis is a life-saving treatment that must be done on schedule, and Issac really let us down by not showing up for this commitment.

I would not use them again. Communication was poor. I was very clear with them when I called…read moreinquiring about their services that I was looking for someone to transport someone with dementia, as well as attend the appointment with them. They said they could do this. I made sure to confirm this with them before booking. Confirming with the person booking, more than once. The driver picked them up, saw them in to their appointment, then LEFT THEM, a frail person with late stage DEMENTIA, who can barely communicate, at their appointment. I am thankful the appointment was at the medical office of a family friend. They told me when I saw them weeks later that the person who did the transport left, leaving their card with the front desk. Apparently, when the appointment was over, the front desk called for them to be picked up to return home, and no answered the phone. A voicemail was left. I was informed the wait to be picked up was long, even though I booked them in advance. After all this, I later called Supreme Lanes and was told by the transportation person they don't offer that service, and they had other rides scheduled and couldn't wait... Let me say this again: They left a frail person with late stage dementia... I never would had scheduled with them had there not been 'miscommunication' regarding the extent of their services at my initial inquiry. Knowing (now) that attending appointments is not a service they offer is understandable. That said, the miscommunication regarding this was a pretty serious one. They later said if we used them again the quoted price would be twice as much in the future. I have thankfully found another business who can transport and attend appointments.
