Dialysis is a life-saving treatment that must be done on schedule, and Issac really let us down by not showing up for this commitment.

I thought I had to have gurney transport but Omar came up with a plan and I was able to be transported in a wheelchair. He made the entire experience easy and smooth. We discussed the possibility of using Swift Valley NEMT once I am discharged. Omar asked me to keep them updated with my status to help them determine if they can transport me home.
