Your team met her at her house and helped her safely navigate the stairs using a chair lift. She could not be happier with the kind, professional, and caring team that helped her. There were two gentlemen assisting her--one was named Cameron and one named William. Both were absolutely fantastic. They were at her home between approximately 2:00 and 2:30 p.m., and I mention that in hopes that both individuals receive the recognition they deserve for their outstanding care and professionalism. They made sure my mom felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. They were quick and efficient while also being incredibly careful, checking on her frequently and asking if she was okay each time the chair lift moved.
