Pick-up time arrived and no transportation was in sight. We had to make emergency arrangements which caused anxiety to our client and to the caregiver who was caring for him. Dialysis is a life-saving treatment that must be done on schedule, and Issac really let us down by not showing up for this commitment.

After I honked, the driver began swerving aggressively through traffic, weaving between lanes, and driving recklessly. She was also using the carpool lane while alone in the vehicle. I eventually caught up to the van to get the phone number listed on the back so I could report the unsafe driving. The man who answered apologized and stated he would contact the driver. Moments later, the driver came back alongside my vehicle, drove dangerously close to my car, honked at me, and flipped me off. This behavior is completely unacceptable and creates a serious safety risk for everyone on the road. I am extremely concerned that someone displaying this level of reckless and aggressive behavior is representing your company and transporting patients. This driver is a liability and should not be operating one of your vehicles. I expect this complaint to be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

They were incredibly gentle, kind, and attentive with her -- especially important since she is 78 and at high risk for falls. Besides she does not have an iPhone to use the app. In Sacramento, I have a nephew but he was working and lives in Elk Grove. He does not drive, legally blind. My niece is a single mother to 3 little girls and a college student, as well as care giver to her mom. She was not able to help either. I was about to give up and drive the 2 hours so that I could take her to ER. I had an idea to look for non emergency transport for medical, thinking that would be a good way to go. Found out really quick they are EXPENSIVE! Mom is on a fixed income and I am certainly not rich. I supplement her as it is currently. Money is tight. Cristian showed up early for pick up, even wheeled my father from inside the house into his vehicle, he was friendly, and took it upon himself to try and get to know us. When we arrived he wheeled my father into the appointment, I got him checked in and Cristian waited patiently in his vehicle for us. I have had the pleasure of using Dove Medical Transport twice last week and can't recommend them…read moreenough! Denise and Marcus were amazing to work with from beginning to end. It was very easy to request an estimate online for the transportation I needed for my mom and dad (who is her full time caregiver) to get them to her appointments that week. One was later in the day and the other was very early in the morning. Dove arrived on time for one pick up and was running about 10 mins behind on the other, but they were really apologetic for the delay which I appreciated. The best part was they had planned for any possible delay in their estimated time of arrival so my parents were not late at all! They are quick to reply to either an email or a phone call, which I have found is not the case with other transportation providers. But the best part of Dove is that they are truly kind and treated my parents with respect and care. I briefly met Denise and she was wonderful! Their vans are VERY clean, no odd smells, and the belts and straps needed to secure my mom's wheelchair were all in good condition- there were even extra straps they used. They were a little pricier than other options, but given the quality and reliability of their service, it was well worth the cost.
