Although my husband took offense to having someone come in, they knew just what to do and when to keep their distance. We had to change the schedule so many times due to being in and out of the hospital. There was always someone here at the appointed time and they were NEVER late. Also honored parking in the guest parking and not in the driveway or street. I would have them again if needed in a heartbeat!

I have found that the people that have been sent to our home to care for my wife have been very friendly, patient and caring. They do their best to help with all the requests that I require to assist me in our daily lives. Home Watch has always worked with me on schedule changes for dates and times that they are needed.

The…read morepositives were the home was extremely clean, food healthy and appealing and she hired kind caretakers. Although she was entering the early stages of dementia she did required more care. She was very happy there and loved the backyard. There was a big difference in mom's care as her dementia progressed. I was looking for a new home for her towards the end of 2025. Kathy complained a lot about mom's behavior's as her dementia progressed. Kathy let me know she wasn't going to bath mom anymore as of March of 2026 because of mom's outbursts of being showered so early in the morning. Kathy's home is run on the caregiver's schedule NOT on the needs of the residents. Mom's time there came to a head when I came for an unexpected visit to have mom meet a possible new Board & Care provider. Kathy texted me saying, "she didn't have a good morning because of shower and she had scratches on her back, because mom scratches herself." When I got there mom also had what appeared to be finger bruises. I made all the appropriate calls to Adult Protective Services and made a police report. I immediately gave Kathy a 30 day notice and let her know I would bath my mom going forward. When coming to her home 3 days later to bath her I discovered these noticeable 200+ bites on her back and arms. When ask the caregiver Sandra she told me, " they (the residents) all have them, they sit outside and get bug bites." I told her it was most likely scabies or bed bugs and they should let Kathy know. One of the residents heard this and said, "I am scratching everywhere." I made an appointment for my mom to see her doctor 2 days later and she was diagnosed with scabies. Even when I told the facility immediately they made no effort to start addressing the scabies issue. I sent the CDC guidelines on how to treat a scabies outbreak at a senior facility. They did nothing. The next day I decided to call 911 feeling my mom was unsafe and she was transferred to the hospital to be treated. Kathy's home is beautiful on the outside but in my opinion she is all about the money and not attending to the clients and their personal needs. It is my opinion Kathy has not educated herself about dementia and communicable diseases at senior facilities. I DO NOT Recommend her facility for anyone who has dementia.

There have been a couple nurses that were not a good fit for our family, and it was easily worked out with Tyler being the one who took it on himself to comfortably take care of the situation and got us a different nurse as fast as he could. I appreciate his professionalism and kindness. We love our nurses so much. We look forward to the respite they bring to our home so our special needs son has extra hands to take care of his many needs. We know he is in really good hands when we have errands or other events where we need the nurses to stay at home and attend to our son. Absolutely no vacation or personal time. They will hound you with threatening calls on your days off or even when you are sick with Covid demanding that you take their call or you will not be able to return to work, but will not pay for your time on the call. They do not care about their employees. The staff is nice until you're hired and then they are super rude. (Tyler specifically who contacted me multiple times outside of work hours and when I was out with Covid) The family I was put with was wonderful so this is in no way a reflection on them. If you are seeking employment here as a nurse, look somewhere else. They are a mess.

I felt pressured into committing to an expensive treatment plan and was asked to sign an agreement to opt out of using my insurance while being told they were still waiting to hear back from my insurance company. Based on my experience, I questioned whether my insurance had been contacted before I was asked to make that decision. What concerned me most was that my card was charged without my authorization. I had only used it to pay for my initial visit and never gave permission for future charges or for my card information to be saved at all. After I asked to pause treatment until my insurance benefits could be verified, my card was still charged (directly after I posed this question may I add). Everyone should make their own decision, but I would encourage patients to carefully read everything before signing, verify their insurance benefits independently, and make sure they clearly understand any payment authorizations before providing a card.

The mgr Stephanie never seems to be available for a call or in person meeting and upon our visits she's never present in the office. There have been occasions where Ive stopped by to speak with her and while told she was on a call she was seen leaving out of her door & exiting the property. I'm almost certain there's no hope in getting things resolved and we don't plan to renew! I see some residents in the reviews who constantly nag and keep tabs on staff as if they are their nurse or sitter however we try our best to stay out of the way unless a case of an emergency or a question relating to our ledger, work order, or any other property matter unrelated to snacks and drinks! So it saddens me that when we are reaching out about more important matters we are unable to reach the manager and feel she doesn't not want to engage. I believe the constant turnover in front desk staff shouldn't only speak to the employee in itself but also to the management team leading them and setting the tone for a welcoming and productive work environment Lastly ( whether we stay or not ) we've seen a few people come and go in this desk upfront but I really hope the new leasing consultant Darian is here to stay! She has been very helpful and supportive when we call and she has an attentiveness like we haven't seen from office staff in a while when we visit. I hope that these residents in the reviews don't run her off by simply treating her as if she's their sitter and not their front office staff.
