There are some hand sanitizers available for patients to use. This place is open and available with limited capacity. They are sanitizing in between patients. I mention these things in my reviews for the sake of protecting immunocompromised people like the elderly and people sick with cancer and other illnesses. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was here in this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is pretty big, but the lot does get full very quickly since they share the lot with a lot of medical offices. Some parking spots are smaller than others, so watch out! Establishment: The establishment itself is very clean, neat, tidy, and organized. Staff: The staff here are very friendly, welcoming, informative, and funny. Seriously, from the receptionists to the MRI techs, everyone was phenomenal. I like how the MRI techs walk you through what you'll experience before the exam starts. They also have a changing room / locker room for you to change and leave your stuff in. They have a nice mini waiting room inside with a bathroom and water dispenser once you exit the main waiting room. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum, but they charge 3% if you use your credit card.

I do not recommend this place. Advocate for your parents. Be very selective, there are choices out there, be diligent and do your homework. Don't settle for this kind of service. It was supposed to be a 25 minute drive but it took me almost an hour due to traffic & road construction. It also took another 10 minutes or so before I got called to the front desk, the line was too slow. THEIR FRONT DESK SYSTEM NEEDS TO IMPROVE. I was already stressed out because I fasted, was very thirsty, was in pain & was late. I don't think a patient who needs to have an important ultrasound done would purposely be late for this appt. The front desk person who helped me, right away "SCOLDED" me for being late. I was already on edge to begin with. As I was explaining why I was late even if I DID GIVE myself plenty of time, 1 hour, to get there at 2:10pm she took on this condescending manner towards me & continued to lecture me as if I were a child. She said "that's why you have to give yourself a plenty of time for the appointment." DUH!!! I live 15 miles away, gave myself an hour or so to get there. In short, appointment was cancelled. I just wanted to get out of there right away so I was not able to get her name. If she does not understand the nature of her job, the nature of the industry she's in, what it takes to deal with PATIENTS, perhaps she needs to undergo more training or get another job. She is dealing with people that may have a lot of pain AND or serious medical conditions, the last thing we need is to be scolded. TWICE I've had them totally skip over and NOT draw all of the requested lab tests. One was really important so I've been almost obsessively checking, calling and messaging Labcorp about it. Then I find out from my gynecologist office that it was never drawn!!!

She didn't give me issues for forgetting my insurance card and allowed me to email it instead. MRI tech was also polite too. Was at the center for 45 mins tops to get my cabeza screened. This place still has its flaws and one of the few imaging centers in sgv that accepts medi-cal recipients. If anyone has the option to, I'd recommend to go elsewhere. I like this place better than Kaiser. Their MRI is different. It's not as enclosed as Kaiser's so you feel like you could breathe a little bit better. You know you're not trapped. They really want you to be comfortable and I appreciate that. They gave me earplugs, a mask to wear over my eyes, they had good music playing, not only that but they check in on you often. I felt well taking care of, and I appreciate their service. I think my favorite part was that it was late at night. I didn't have to deal with any traffic at all. Love that. It is located on a fast street. When approaching, you should slow down otherwise you could end up passing it.

Thank God that Kerlan and Jobe Dr Chon is thorough and cares about reporting the proper information regarding injuries . My Doctor was able to report what he visually seen in the MRI and the Prime radiologist had to revise his initial findings. With this in mind do you really want to go to a place that doesn't properly read the images? Injury damage equals treatment and possible compensation. I wouldn't go back to Prime .
