On Friday morning a branch from my tree fell into the street. I called AM/PM Tree service to request an estimate. I was a little frantic needing to get someone out immediately, but after speaking to Brittany, she assured me the owner, Dave, would be able to come by at the end of the day and he did. I learned the tree was rotting at the trunk and would require removal. The estimate was very reasonable so I agreed. What impressed me was that Dave actually started removing some of the branches right then out of concern for my house if additional branches fell before the tree could be removed. The crew showed up Monday and the work was done. Everyone (Brittany, the crew, and Dave) was AMAZING. Excellent customer service, immediate response, and great pricing. The trifecta! AM/PM Tree came through when we needed it most! We had a very large limb fall in our backyard over our rear fence onto the neighbors property. It was a huge limb and a big tree (and a lot of work). Called most of the tree service companies in the area and AM/PM was the most responsive. Brittany had someone out on site to get eyes on the tree within a couple of hours. Their prices were fair and they stood by their promises and got rid of the fallen limb and another one the next day. They really got us out us of a jam and their prices were the best in town. After searching for our missing indoor kitty for 3 days, we spotted her near the top of a 50 ft. tree in our yard.. No way could we leave her up there another night. I called around to find some help. The fire dept wouldn't come out, animal control was closed. Then I turned to the expert - Google! I searched for cat rescue, and a few places came up. Called a couple of them, no answer. Well it was Saturday late afternoon, so I figured most places would be closed. But AM/PM answered right away. Brittany was very reassuring that they could help us. She sent Dave & his crew right over. All of them were very professional and seemed to really care about rescuing our kitty! Sure enough, Dave scampered right up the tree. I could hear him talking gently to the kitty to calm her. She didn't resist at all. As he was rapelling back down with her, she put her paws on the ropes and rapelled down! I think she enjoyed it. After receiving a free estimate from Dave, which we thought was affordable, we made arrangements for AM/PM to do the job. CJ and his crew of two arrived and in 7 long hours in 90deg heat they performed a miracle (In our opinion). They transformed an over grown back yard into a sight we can now enjoy looking at. They trimmed trees, removed unwanted wood, dead trees, overgrown shrubs and whacked lots of tall weeds. We contacted AM/PM tree service because the tree on our front lawn was taking over the entire lawn. David came by the day after we contacted them, and gave us a great quote. We shopped around a bit, but theirs was really the best price. When they cam to do the work they were on time, and efficient. They were really great, and even took consideration our kids' swing, which is on a branch that could have been chopped off, but they saved it, and now my kids' still have their swing. The results were amazing. I can see my house from the front lawn! Everything was left really clean as they hauled all the wood away. I'd highly recommend AM/PM to anyone. read more

I cannot say enough good things about David and his crew. For starters, they are honest as the day is long and they flat out do excellent work. I would rather pay more for a family non-chain business any day, because the quality and the customer service is paramount. What we got was superior work, cheaper price and the comfort that our place was treated with respect and we weren't getting sold something we didn't need. When the actual work took place, everything we were promised was delivered. Our trees look fantastic and David and his crew worked their butts off on one of the hottest days of the year. Dave and his crew did an awesome job on our yard! We moved into a house that had been vacant for over a year, and the yard had been untended for many years. It was like a jungle. We spent a few weeks doing all of the trimming we could on our own, but then we were left with about eight trees that needed to be removed, stumps that needed to be ground down, and a HUGE pile of clippings that needed to be hauled away. Dave came out and did a quote that I thought was extremely reasonable, so we hired him to do the work. He and his team were fast, efficient, and friendly, and our yard looked great when they left! We wanted them to leave it basically a blank slate for us, and they did--clean as a whistle, with all of the debris hauled away. She kept us aware of when the job would start and followed through with the workers compensation insurance when she said she would. David and his crew took on a very difficult job at our property involving a large hill and messy heavy eucalyptus trees. Their bid was very reasonable and the lowest of the 4 bids we had, their work was very difficult, they never complained, they just grabbed their equipment and made it happen. My daughter hired AM/PM Tree Service to remove two very dangerous 60 ft. pine trees from their hillside backyard. They submitted the lowest bid. One local tree service was three times higher!!! David and his workers were awesome, very careful and efficient. After rain and malfunctioning equipment, they finished this huge job in 2 1/2 days. I highly recommend them!
