Over the holiday, our stainless-steel sink rack broke in a few places, which made the rack less functional. I brought the broken sink rack to Bryan's shop to ask if it could be fixed. Though he was very busy with multiple job orders and phone calls, he made time to answer my questions, and assure me positively it could be repaired. I appreciate this greatly, as I was a "walk-in", without an appointment or a prior phone call; since I was going to "see" what was possible by showing the item, instead of trying to explain on a call. Bryan then said, "If you'd like to wait, I can work on it now." Wow. Did not expect such prompt service and direct action to my inquiry. Outstanding! Suffice to say, the sink rack was totally repaired, better than new, with a very happy spouse and home as a bonus. Bryan took additional time to have a short chat with me, and though I just met him, I feel as though he's the great supportive and helpful friend I've known for many years. Very honest. Great skills; he welded better than it was when new! Very fair, caring and exceptionally customer focused (though understand he is a very busy man, with multiple due-dates and other obligations, so keep this in mind.) Just like you reading this I needed something welded and needed someone mobile and found Kraig. The…read morereviews looked favorable so I gave him a shot, scheduled a job for Sunday morning at 9am. I tried to confirm the night before which he didn't reply to but he did call me in the morning and said he was on the way but didn't have gas money (red flag #1). Close to the appointment time he cannot find the address because he does not have navigation. Not sure what the story is with that but I had to drive out to find him a few blocks away, I won't count this as a red flag, but I do think it's a bit weird. He starts the job, which is simply to add a receiver hitch to my RV trailer for bikes. Pretty straight forward job. We talked about where to mount it and how to support it and I agreed with his suggestions. He starts the job and says if I can pick up some spray paint he will also paint it for me, I figured ok. Came back and he asks if I can go get some gas for his generator and a Dr. Pepper as he was thirsty. OK I thought this should be red flag #2 because who comes to a job unprepared? Anyway I gave Kraig the paint and headed back out for the gas and his drink. When I get back I find Kraig spray painting plates on the bare concrete. I almost couldn't believe my eyes, who the hell does that! I told him that was not ok, and he said it was a mistake and he would correct it. Another review mentioned about him being on something and at this point I'm going to agree with that reviewer. This should be the red flag to just cancel the job but I let him continue as he promised to clean it. Hours after hours passed, we were working in an industrial lot where the trailer was stored and I sat in my car waiting. I would occasionally go check on his progress and found him using the dr. Pepper to put out the small fires the welding would cause. Again who does that? Long story short he finishes at 4pm, 7 hours later. I check the work and he tried to cover the sloppy welds with paint, not only that there was paint splatter on the rear of my brand new trailer. Later he tried to take an orbital brush to clean up the welds and also the paint on the floor, but by then I was completely over it. The only saving grace here is Kraig is personable and friendly, its just the job he does is sloppy and although I wish I could say rushed, obviously took a lot longer than it should have. So hopefully these welds will hold up, but only two stars for Kraig because this job definitely could have been better.

I called the shop and spoke to Joey and explained what I needed. He gave me quote over the phone and I decided to stop by. When I arrived I showed him the parts explaining what I wanted to do. Joey said he could get it done by next morning and gave me a final price, which was within quoted price over the phone so I agreed. Joey completed the work as stated and I am overall happy with the work. Will be back when I need more fab and welding done for my projects! Do note that this was labor only and I provided all parts. We were excited to bring it home but noticed we couldn't get it into our driveway. The bumper was to low on the driveway and was getting stuck on the cement. I called around to all the RV stores and for some reason they all recommended ABC Welding in Anaheim. Well here comes ABC Welding to our rescue. Chuck was the nicest guy, very personalable and extremely honest, he told me to replace my hitch to a lower type hitch and that might solve my problem. He could of made a quick dollar off of me but chose not to . I replaced the hitch a week later and it still got stuck on my driveway so he suggested we add caster wheels to the lower bumper to clear the driveway so I brought it back to him and he did an amazing job! A few weeks later I brought back my trailer for a hitch attachment since he did such a great job on my caster wheels. He just didnt do a hitch attachment but a work of art, literally! He changed the spare wheel attachment point directly on to the bumper to accommodate the extra steel to placed to reinforce the bumper. It went from a 30lb. Bumper rating to well over a thousand pound gorrilla rating. This new setup can probably haul another trailer or a boat, that's how strong he built it. Again it's a thing of beauty and structurely superior to other bumper setups I've seen. I can't give enough accilades about this gentlemans skills and business practice. As a wheelchair user, we sometimes need small adjustments/alterations done on our equipment but don't know where to go to get that done. Often deciding to just 'live with it the way it is.' Or, on our own, 'MacGyver' something that 'sort of' works. It is so amazing to find a someone willing to help. Anyway, The owner, and his employee welcomed me in and said 'SURE' they could do exactly what I was asking for... right there, on the spot! They chatted with me in the shop while working on my footplate. I was there for probably 30 minutes. The results were EXACTLY what I wanted & I would (and will) go back to them in a split second. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Fast forward to this instance where I have a batch of rotors that I needed to be turned down 1mm each side. Call him, describe what I'm needing and ask if he has a rough estimate on price. He asks me to text pictures, I jot down his number and then send him pictures shortly after. Gave him an hr or so and called him back to see if he received the pictures. Doesnt reallt acknowledge it and is pushy to have me bring them in and that he can do it. I'm about 25ish mins away, but he insists that he'll be late at the shop and that it's no problem. I bring in 1 rotor to see if he can still give me an estimate and he suggests he can help me bring in the rest of the rotors, about 10 in total. As we're bringing them in, I ask him again how much he's thinking it's going to be and he mentions $50 each. At this point, it's beyond the threshold in which the supplier was going to reimburse me for so I ask if I can just machine 2 rotors for now and figure out what can be done with the supplier. The next week rolls around and days go where I dont hear anything. I text him and no response for a day or 2. I call later the following week and he gives me a response like the rotors have been done and that he's been waiting on me. I ask him texting is the best method of communication since he originally asked me to text and he said text is good. I ask him if he's been receiving my texts in which he responds with affirmation. I go to pick up the rotors and come to find out that he only did a single rotor in which I ask when the other side would be done and he says in about 1-2 business days. I say that's fine and then mention that I'll leave that single rotor behind and grab the rest. He then mentions that if I in doing just 2 rotors, that the price would be $100 each. At this point, I'm no longer feeling like this is about money and get the impression that he's just a shady crook now trying to take advantage of people. I'm a little shocked at the pricing at this point and ended up just taking all the rotors back and paid him his $100 to machine a single rotor. Ended up having another shop do the for $20 each
