I am beyond appalled at the lack of customer service. I'm used to bad dealers and service, but this is a new level of No F's given for the customer. This is also a pretty new dealership so I'm a little surprised. We will never deal with a 'Victory' dealership. Too bad for them, because I am in the market for a car. Beware.

I took it to a professional detailing shop, and they put it in writing: the driver's seat foam and carpet were completely saturated with dried human urine. Even with the professional written diagnosis proving the biohazard, General Manager Mike Patrick and Victory Honda have refused to replace the contaminated parts to bring the car up to the CPO standards I paid for. Honda Corporate confirmed this is the dealership's liability. I am now forced to file a consumer fraud complaint with the Ohio Attorney General. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

I came in for a specific Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle advertised as an exceptional value. After the test drive, I was told it was an "online error," it wasn't CPO, and they wouldn't honor the price. Classic bait-and-switch. They immediately tried to upsell me on a "perfect, like-new" vehicle that was significantly more expensive. Only after pushing for the numbers did I find out this "perfect" car actually had two accidents on record. To make matters worse, when I asked to speak to a manager about service loaners, I was told he was "locked inside a vehicle and couldn't get out." Nearly 30 days later, the same "error" listing is still online. They are clearly using false advertising to lure people in. Avoid this dealership if you value transparency and honesty.
