This is the first time we've used A+ Towing for their towing service. We have used them repeatedly for their U-Haul service. They are always helpful, friendly and honest. They came out to tow our truck as promised, on time. We were quoted a fair price, however we ended up not needing the tow. Our mechanic came out and said he could do the repair at our home. Drivers side tire came off my Jeep. Had them tow to their shop & fix (ha).. Came & picked it up 800$ later & they put a new Lower ball joint new axle shaft & upper control arm WITHOUT CHANGING THE UPPER BALL JOINT!!! Wtf?!! ‍ smh ANGRY!!!! I took it back & asked WHY they didn't change it & their response was "that sound is your transfer case it needs replaced ".. Umm noooo I know what my transfer case sounds like and it DOES NOT MAKE NOISE FROM TURNING THE TIRE!!!! Oh and it was verified that my upper ball joint was READY TO COME OUT by R&R Tire in Rose city a week before this happened so I do have verification.. DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE CAUSE THEY OBVIOUSLY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING OR JUST DO NOT CARE!!!!! read more

My truck was towed by A + towing and I went to get it the next day (less than 24 hours). They were rude and said that they took 50 dollars off but could have charged for 2 days and cost is 187 dollars! But that's with tax they said! Rude attitude about it. Probably just getting business through the Jefferson police and giving them a cut. read more

At first they seem like honestly good people . that changed quickly at the Ashtabula counties location in Ohio .they charged me for the weekend even though they wearnt open .so I couldn't claim my vehicle if I wanted to then they said the enital tow was 188.00 what......um hello your up there with a bank robber so I was like ok so we are looking at 300.00 even though you weren't open to claim nice then they want to charge me for Monday to even though I was their early wtf thank God she decided against that so keep going it gets worse.so one good thing is they are negotiating Worthy . but it won't be in your favor I promise you that .they took 50.00$, off for me ok cool I guess.cuz if you didn't I wouldn't of had the money I scraped change on a Monday mind you.hang on it gets worse .so I'm driving down the road .and my truck sounds considerably loader .ok so look under my truck my exaust system is ripped at the Cadillac converter and looks to be ripped by manifold at the engine.omg.and I paid 250.00$ for that so I have extended cab my son goes to jump in the back and is like Daddy I can't . just do what you all ways do bud.he says I can't I get out .I go look, they broke the leaver completely off so my son has to crawl over my interior with muddy shoes . not to mention if something go wrong how's he getting out ugghhh I hate this place and if go there .hey it's your property and you're money but don't say I didn't tell you so.... read more
