George (technician) arrived timely and was very thorough. He explained things to me every step of the way. He is approaching this very methodically - ok, so it's not the igniter, let's look at the next link in the chain... I saw George called out by name in other Yelp reviews, and I understand why he comes so highly recommended! He called the manufacturer to discuss his findings, but the manufacturer tech team wasn't available. He let me know he would be calling them again in the morning and that he would reach out to me with an update. He said I did a good job trying to narrow down the issue. He set-up an appointment for me on a Sat., but I ended up being home today and asked if they had availability, and he fit me into the schedule. 2 very nice people, a father (Vlad) and his son, (Vitali) work together. When they arrived, they put on booties and were extremely nice & answered my questions. They fixed the disposal immediately, but then found out, that my leak was coming from the disposal. They suggested replacing the disposal, which is what I did, since fixing it may not hold up or work. They worked efficiently, tested it out with me, and made sure there wasn't a leak.
