Bravo Steaming Service did an absolutely FANTASTIC job on our grill. I'm thinking it's going to need to be a yearly visit from them because they made it look like new! Booking an appointment could not have been easier and they complete the work without you even needing to be home! But trust me, you know they were there be the absolutely amazing job they do - they left my grill spotless! So clean I could eat off it! A couple of years ago we needed service for our aging gas grill. I don't remember how we found this company, but two young men came and did a great job reconditioning it for a modest price. Last week we called them again because we had some questions -- the grill had been disconnected by a contractor -- and we wanted advice on how to proceed. The same men came back, spent some time assessing the situation, and told us that now our money would be much better spent on a new grill (which they don't sell, BTW). When I tried to pay them for the visit they declined payment. On both occasions these fellows were courteous, respectful and extremely helpful. They have earned my trust and confidence. I can't recommend this service enough. We got the express cleaning for balcony grills. My grill is 3 years old, and has never had a deep cleaning. USE THEM! You will not regret it. We called Bravo Steaming Service to clean our Weber grill. We were having all sorts of issues with the grill and we thought a deep clean would help our problems. Moe and Peter were on time and kind and personable They even took their shoes off before entering our home and wore masks in the 85 degree weather. They spent some time dissembling the grill and assessing it. After their review, they told us that they would be more than happy clean our grill and fix the issues, but that the repair cost + parts cost would probably exceeded the value of the grill. Instead of telling us to go forward with the cleaning/repairs in order to make money off us/the visit, they were honest and had integrity. We are so grateful for this. They were sincere when they told us that even with the repairs, the grill may not make it another even 1 year. In recent times, I am less and less hopeful about home repair services and their honesty and integrity, but Bravo proved me wrong. We will continue to use and recommend Bravo Steaming. My built in grill is my rock for the summer cooking. I even do my Thanksgiving Turkey on it every year. It was really starting to become so dirty that I thought about taking my power washer to it. I didn't even know that grill cleaners were a thing. Now, I'm pissed that I didn't know about these guys earlier. I have a Weber kettle and Genesis gas grill. They are both used frequently and neither had been cleaned in a long time. In short, they were gross and the gas grill was a flare-up nightmare. After a two hour visit from Bravo,, they both look fantastic. Couldn't be happier. Bravo brought all their own equipment - all they needed was a water spigot and an electrical socket for the steamer.
