I came in with extremely damaged platinum blonde hair with a gold band around my root. Alyssa has helped me fix my color quality while keeping the health of my hair in mind. She manages to put millions of highlights in my hair and put in a full head of extensions in a timely manner while maintaining conversation and being nice to be around the whole time. Not only does she do my hair but she also does my moms, what she does for my mom every time is extensions, and they look SO natural it is unreal! when my moms extensions were done being put in I was ASTONISHED at how good and real it looked!! I moved to the area about a year ago from Southern California and tried many stylist and salons. First of all, Tribez is a beautiful inviting place that is about customer service. After Alyssa cut and color my hair I felt like I found someone who is not only an artist, but someone who listens to what you want. I'm very happy with my hair! In addition, she is a sweet person who is knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. read more

One happy customer over here ‍. I was referred to Alyssa by a mutual friend of ours. This was my first time getting my hair professionally colored so I was nervous at first, but Alyssa made me feel comfortable and welcome. I know absolutely nothing about hair and asked a ton of questions, which she happily answered, and she even provided some guidance about the type of colors to avoid. She is incredibly talented, knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. I am so happy with the result and will definitely be coming back to get my hair done by her in the future! Thanks for the mermaid hair, Alyssa!!! read more

This is truly one of the best experiences I've had getting my hair done! Not only did Alyssa nail my hair dreams, she was super sweet, funny and such a vibrant soul! My hair has been through so much throughout the years and let's be real, this pandemic has had most of us in need of a hair emergency, lol! I was definitely one of those people. I came in with an overgrown and blotchy balayage from another stylist and Alyssa transformed my hair. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she gave me exactly just that. I left with a beautiful, taupey/ash brown balayage and I couldn't be more happy!!! I found my new stylist and I look forward to getting my hair done by her again in the future. Thank you for such a great experience Alyssa, you are truly a hair magician! Xoxo read more

I have been going to Alyssa for a couple of years now. Usually within a couple of years I am ready to move on to another hairstylist, mainly because I feel the person is not giving the coloring, cut and style as good nor suggesting anything new for me. Alyssa is not only great as a color specialist, cut and stylist, she is great at keeping your interest in hair color and style changes, which is exactly what I need in a hairstylist. I started going gray at a young age, so making sure it's covered was and still is important. But, as I have gotten older my grays have become very stubborn and harder to cover. Alyssa has taken my color to a whole new dimension, one of which has blended the grays that won't except color as well. It's also nice to go in feel comfortable and have someone so sweet and nice to visit with while getting beautiful. Did I mention Alyssa is also a makeup artist! Let's just say, Alyssa is a great Artist! Make your next hair appointment with Alyssa, you will love your hair. read more

I just love Alyssa! She has an amazing personality to go along with her awesome talent! I have been seeing her for the past 5 years now (ever since the salon first opened). We have done so many different cuts, colors, and styles in those 5 years and I loved all of them! Her expertise with color was what initially attracted me and I became her loyal client after I experienced how good she is with her craft! She lets you know the facts about achievable results for your hair type and color and does not disappoint!!! She is also a pro at recommending professional advice and product that work for you and your individual needs! Alyssa is a wonderful find and anyone invested in having their "best hair" need not look anywhere else than to book an appointment in her chair! read more

Love this girl. Alyssa did my hair for over 3 years when I lived in Danville. I visit her once or twice a year from Chicago still so she can work her magic on my hair. I have been a client of Alyssa Taylor Hare for several years now and I could not be happier. When I first started visiting her I had pretty damaged hair and desperately needed my color fixed and she worked with me to get it to a much healthier place. I am the first to admit that I am a pretty high maintenance client and Alyssa is always patient and understanding of my concerns. My natural hair color is a deep, dark, brown and thanks to Alyssa I am now a platinum blonde! I went through several stylists before I found Alyssa because it was difficult for me to find someone that could cut, color, and apply my extensions to my liking. I currently attend school in Boulder Colorado and Alyssa is always great about getting me appointments that fit around my busy schedule. Most people fly home to visit family... I fly home to have Alyssa work her magic! read more

I've always been nervous to cut/color my hair but Alyssa here at Tribez salon took such good care of me! She is truly talented and knows how to keep hair healthy which is very important. I can't see myself going to anyone else for my hair after her. I recommend her to EVERYONE! read more

Feel so grateful to have found the talented and gifted Alyssa Taylor! It's tricky to find someone who can do your hair the way "you" want it. She can match the color tones to your skin and cut it to fit your face so it's falls perfectly. Soooo happy with Alyssa and could not make a higher recommendation! I've seen her cut and color so many different peps. Talent!! Thank you Alyssa for following your passion and gift read more

Finding a hair stylist that you trust and works wonders on your hair can be extremely challenging. When I finally found Alyssa I was thanking my lucky stars. I have very fine and very thin hair, which is hard enough to keep healthy let alone find a good color/style that makes me feel good and doesn't completely destroy my hair. I would dread getting up in the morning and doing my hair because it was just blah and stringy and dry and a total MESS! Alyssa legit changed my happy scale on getting up in the morning. We started first with her explaining to me the causes of fine, thinning hair and what to do to promote growth and health for my hair. She was informational as well as a blast to talk with. She is honest and truthful and doesn't try and "sell" you on products. The cut and color were perfect. She listened to what I wanted. I am very picky on cutting my hair and she didn't cut it too short, but made it look fuller. Because of how damaged my hair was there was not a lot we could do in the sense of color and keep it healthy, but Alyssa managed to create an array of choc-lately brown and caramel colors. It was beautiful. I would absolutely recommend Alyssa as a hair stylist. She takes the time to get to know your hair, your wants, and listens, which after going to sooooo many stylists is rare. Thanks Alyssa!!!! read more

There is no one else I would trust with my hair other than Alyssa. Ive been going to her for about 5 years or more. In fact, my wedding is next year and I didn't even take a second before knowing who I wanted to make me look my best on my special day! I love that she is always up to date on the latest trends and she uses her amazing creativity to have fun with her clients hair. She's very affordable and you won't be let down, she's amazing!!! read more

What can I say..... Alyssa Taylor is AMAZING!! I got exactly what I was hoping for!! She listened to everything I asked for and made sure to let me know the process before she started! I was so worried about not being able to get the blonde I wanted and how I would look after I chop it off and let me say the color and cut is perfect! I was ready to get extensions incase I can't stand the short hair but I am actually enjoying it right now, and will be back in her chair soon to add some extensions when I'm done having fun with my shorter hair!! If your looking for a hair whisperer Alyssa is your girl!!! read more

Alyssa has been doing my hair for over a year now and I am so thankful that I found her. She is quite simply the best stylist I have ever had. I have blonde hair that I highlight and she has been able to fix the color mistakes from previous stylists. My hair color now is wonderful and "natural" thanks to Alyssa. She is also super creative and honest and has given me great ideas on cuts that are flattering for my face. I love her and highly recommend her. Of course, I'd like to keep her a bit of a secret so that she doesn't get overbooked. read more

Alyssa is so TALENTED, KNOWLEDGEABLE and PROFESSIONAL. I've been a loyal client about 7 years now and wouldn't dare let anyone else near my hair. We've done everything from highlights and balayage to short and long haircuts. This year I even tried out extensions for the first time and LOVED them. I've had her style my hair and do my makeup for numerous occasions. She does an in depth consultation every appt to talk about changes questions or concerns. She always makes suggestions but always does what I want. Her salon offers the top products on the market and she has me on a regimen using the best for my hair type. She takes tons of classes to make sure she is up to date on new trends. I've watched her grow into such a confident successful hairstylist over the years. I've even had to start booking appts 2-3 months in advance she's gotten so busy. But I will say if ever I need to move an appt she has always been so accommodating to my schedule. She comes in early, stays late and works weekends. Well worth every penny I've invested in my hair over the years. read more

I've been having Alyssa do my hair for about a year now, she always does an amazing job. I get blond highlights and color and like the natural look. Most people have no idea that my hair is actually dark brown because her skill in picking a color that works with my hair and completion is awesome. People just assume I'm a natural blonde (I wish!). Alyssa is always professional and pays attention to what I want every time I see her. I highly recommended her! read more

I loooooove Alyssa. She's friendly, listens to what I want to do but also offers suggestions. Always leave her feeling fabulous. This review is overdue. I am super excited that I found Alyssa! She is an amazing talent, combined with experience and knowledge of the industry and the trends. I found her through my searches on Yelp and Instragram. I had a dark brown hair for most of my life and I wanted to make a change, but was afraid that if it is not done properly, it could be a disaster and I didn't want to take that risk! So when I saw Alyssa's work, I started following her on Instragram for a year (yes for a year! That's how serious I was!) and every time I saw the pictures she posted, I became more impressed and convinced that she is the one! And I was so right! She has the eye and the touch. She listens to you and comes up with the best you can be. I never felt this sexy and enjoying my hair so much every single time I look in the mirror! Oh and her personality! She simply rocks! Thank you Alyssa! You are the best!! Don't hesitate ladies! Just go and see her and enjoy! read more

I have been seeing Alyssa for years, she has always given me perfect icy blonde highlights - until recently... when we decided to go pink! I have always been stuck in my ultra-blonde ways, and was considering doing a fun color for the longest time, but I just couldn't pull the trigger. Alyssa eased me right into it, and now I have beautiful pastel pink hair for spring. She is definitely the best at what she does, and I know when I go in to see her I will be leaving feeling beautiful, confident, and in love with my hair. A lady's hair isn't something to be careless or quick with, her hair makes a statement - and mine definitely does thanks to Lyss. Don't cheat yourself...go see her. read more

Alyssa is hands-down one of the most amazing stylists who has ever laid hands on my hair. When I initially moved to the area, I contacted the salon and told the receptionist I was looking for a stylist who paid extreme attention to detail and would be receptive to my perfectionist mentality when it comes to my hair. She said it sounded as if the perfect match for me would be Alyssa...and she was absolutely right. Alyssa is so incredibly talented and is most definitely a master at her craft. She possesses so many qualities you want in a hair stylist...she's professional, punctual and goes above and beyond for her clients. She always listens to your ideas and then offers her expertise as well to ensure meeting your hair goals is a team effort. My hair appointments are always so enjoyable as Alyssa has the sweetest personality; she is so funny and easy to talk to. Hair appointments are usually lengthy in nature so finding someone who is not only turning your hair into perfection but is also just a gem of a human being is like hitting the hair stylist jackpot! I also brought my 7-year-old daughter in to see her and my little girl just loved her...she made my daughter feel like a princess and gave her the cutest cut! I just adore Alyssa and am so grateful I found her! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for the best! :) read more
