They also said they would have programmed the cheap "blank" I had bought on Amazon and brought with me, but I decided I'd rather just have the whole thing done and done right and not risk having more problems because of the unknown quality of what I bought. It's already been a hassle with it not working properly for the last year. Well now, it's working like new again. They were friendly and quick to do the job (I also happened to go in when they weren't super busy). I'm extremely satisfied to have saved some money while still get a good and professional result.

Two locksmiths told me was impossible and to purchase a different lock. I contacted Procast through Nest pro and Tariq is on top of his game. He contacted me immediately and addressed my concerns. I sent over pictures of my door and he reached out to one of their lock technician's to take a look. After they got the ok Tariq setup an appointment for me and everything was good to go. Tariq also responded to any calls or text almost immediately. The price was reasonable for the amount of work that would be required for this type of request. On the day of the install Pedro arrived on time in my scheduled time frame. He was professional and dedicated to tackle this smart door lock problem. My door was proving difficult even though it was a hollow core door. My door was stronger than we thought. The door chewed through his drill bit after 2hr in. Immediately he informed me he was going to head to home depot to pick up a new drill bit that is some dedication. Most people would of given up by now as we were 2hrs in with my door. He arrived back with new Milwaukee drill bits and hole dozer. He immediately started work again. By the end of the day my smart lock was installed and working. He made sure the lock was able to close properly and if there was anything I needed to adjust. After everything was done he cleaned up my floor with his vaccum. A+ service and install I would definitely use Procast again and recommend them to any one in my building.

They were very efficient and did not leave until all questions were asked/answered and everything preformed well. I highly recommend them. We did have a miscommunication when speaking with the office originally about the phones but everything was sorted out and worked out well. I would say when you are calling to get a service, make sure you are very clear what you need. Mitchell came to my home and we spent hours designing a system including not only all of the typical stuff such as door and window sensors and motion detectors, but also glass break monitors and water alarms for the laundry room and sump pump areas. Mitchell did not "sell" any of this stuff to me. I asked for it and we designed an excellent system together. The reason that I am writing the review today is because this is the first time that I have spoken to Mitchell in over two years. I received an alert on my control pad that a battery was low and I didn't know which device needed the new battery. I called Mitchell on his cell phone. He picked up on the second ring. I had the battery in a drawer and he identified the device and walked me through the battery change over the phone. This tells you a couple of things: 1. The equipment that Mitchell sold to me over 2 years ago works without issue. I literally have had not spoken to him in over 2 years because I have NEVER had a problem. My big problem today was that I needed a new battery. I'm OK with that. 2. Mitchell answers his phone. He is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Mitchell is a good guy. He knows what he is doing and he sells good stuff. I recommend him without hesitation.
