Trying to use their internet billing services is time consuming, fustrating and fraught with errors. The system insists that I am already signed up for payments which I am not. No resolution to date and a yearly bill that is nearly double the Briscoe bills of just a few years ago!!! Furthermore just heard a recording that any call off hours starts @ a $600.00 charge. They took a while to get everything done but that's what happens when you're trying to put in a phone system. They were very efficient and did not leave until all questions were asked/answered and everything preformed well. I highly recommend them. We did have a miscommunication when speaking with the office originally about the phones but everything was sorted out and worked out well. I would say when you are calling to get a service, make sure you are very clear what you need. I thought I was but the sales person at the end of the day thought he knew what I needed but did not with a minor detail. Other than that, the service was top notch. They service the New York Metro area as well.

Called Oval Office Inc. and was told that Alex was at the hospital and there was nobody else to fix the problem. Two weeks later I called again and was told that Alex took over the business and that the warranty expired anyway. Really? Btw, their initial solicitation coincided with my company switching from Verizon to Time Warner. Somehow they had this information and misrepresented themselves by calling on behalf of TW. Watch out!

I purchased a fairly sophisticated alarm system from Mitchell over two years ago. I initially…read morereached out to him because I wanted more than the "2 doors and 1 motion detector" intro package offered by the national chains. Mitchell came to my home and we spent hours designing a system including not only all of the typical stuff such as door and window sensors and motion detectors, but also glass break monitors and water alarms for the laundry room and sump pump areas. Mitchell did not "sell" any of this stuff to me. I asked for it and we designed an excellent system together. The reason that I am writing the review today is because this is the first time that I have spoken to Mitchell in over two years. I received an alert on my control pad that a battery was low and I didn't know which device needed the new battery. I called Mitchell on his cell phone. He picked up on the second ring. I had the battery in a drawer and he identified the device and walked me through the battery change over the phone. This tells you a couple of things: 1. The equipment that Mitchell sold to me over 2 years ago works without issue. I literally have had not spoken to him in over 2 years because I have NEVER had a problem. My big problem today was that I needed a new battery. I'm OK with that. 2. Mitchell answers his phone. He is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Mitchell is a good guy. He knows what he is doing and he sells good stuff. I recommend him without hesitation.

He suggested we troubleshoot over the phone before sending a technician to my house. Since the equipment is old, he had to send a technician after all. While I was waiting for the technician to arrive, I fiddled with the settings and ended up resolving the issue on my own. What really stood out to me was the honesty--both Mitchell and the technician could have easily said I needed new equipment or upgrade or unnecessary work, but instead they were supportive and completely upfront. Very fair, trustworthy, and refreshing to deal with a company that operates with integrity. Highly recommend for your security needs!
