They took a while to get everything done but that's what happens when you're trying to put in a phone system. They were very efficient and did not leave until all questions were asked/answered and everything preformed well. I highly recommend them. We did have a miscommunication when speaking with the office originally about the phones but everything was sorted out and worked out well. I would say when you are calling to get a service, make sure you are very clear what you need.
