She tried to email & have me scan a barcode to apply right from my phone instead of sitting me at an office computer. When I asked for the WiFi, i saw that it was for a rented space, not for connected care. Saw many red flags from the onset of contact. The office had no sign of permanence, nor did I get the feeling they are legit. If they are, they churn/burn through caregivers. Stay away.

I made several calls based on online searches and reviews, but Brent at PCAH stood out immediately as being above-and-beyond typical in-home services. He responded to my inquiries immediately (within the same day, while I was waiting in the hospital during my dad's operation) and he spent time with me, both on the phone and in-person, patiently gathering information about our specific family situation and needs. I felt, and still feel, like he really understands my concerns when it comes to finding the right care for my father. He took the time to meet my father in the hospital and pair us up with the RIGHT caregiver - someone who would encourage my dad's recovery and provide companionship in a deeply vulnerable time. The PCAH caregiver Brent found for us is an absolute angel - a bright light in what could have otherwise been a horrific time for our family. She treats my dad and our family with so much kindness and respect - they cook together, they pray together, and I can see my dad's confidence and mobility improving steadily with her support.
