We have worked with Always here since early 2020 to assist my 101 yr old mum. She gets around well for her age, she has become quite forgetful and needs more and more assistance. They have been able to scale up and down very quickly depending on our needs. The support helps my mum and my sister, the primary caregiver. The service is costly, but we are getting what we pay for. This is not to say that other agencies do not have good people working for them, but in my own experience, I have to rate Visiting Angels very highly and I have been extremely happy with the people that they have sent to help my mother and I will continue to use them as I am putting my mothers life in other peoples hands and this is not something I take lightly or do I want to take a risk with my mother and her care as accidents can happen even with the best of people, so I want to make sure I put my mother in the best possible situation for success and I feel I am doing that with Visiting Angels.

The first aid I had was my favorite. Wow what a worker! A couple were willing to do what ever I asked, but willing to be on their phone otherwise . One was awful and I had to suck it up. For the most part they are hard working and great companions. Some are hard to understand . ( NONE FROM HATI) Because my services don't conform with their outline, we parted ways. If you are a millionaire +, and can offer a full month at a time this is the best service I've found thus far. What I did enjoy is they respected me, respected my belongings. What I didn't like is language barrier issues, simple tasks turn in to multi hour conundrums. And the constant need to tell their schooling and training. The desire to do things only one way. I can't say enough about Advanced Care. Our Mother in law needed help and we did not want to put…read moreher in a nursing home. I called Advanced Care, they were immediately responsive and have continued to be. Because of my Mother in law's unique condition I was promised she would be placed with an aide that was both understanding and knowledgeable and she definitely is. Her laundry is being done and grocery shopping is no longer something I have to try and fit in my busy schedule. Bathing was a big issue and struggle and I am thrilled that she is agreeing to it and she looks and feels great because of the care she has been receiving . A nurse comes to visit her once a month which i think is an added bonus and really gives us a peace of mind. I highly recommend this company.
