The granite guy had an issue with the cabinets and needed Casaba to level things out so he could put the granite in and it would be level. He argued with the granite guy for 45 minutes on the phone. He argued with him for an hour You will be able to see by the pictures. Csaba ddi not finish the job. Then there was an issue with an area being level around the stove, and Csaba had to come out and adjust the boxes. I originally chose them because of all the five star reviews, but

Even though we were mid-price point shoppers looking for style at good value, the salesperson was super helpful in selecting everything we needed. Looking at the fixtures in person made a significant difference. They have high end fixtures and a good selection of mid price points. After delivery, We were missing some parts and they quickly replaced them. Also had to exchange the light fixture for a different style and the whole experience was painless. How unusual. Would recommend to anybody doing a renovation project.

I called and they seemed most eager to help but as time went by, I never heard back(either they are very good or busy due to the economy). I tried one last time and their representative got back with a "ballpark " estimate based on my input and general measurements. The price seemed reasonable so I went to their showroom on 17th street to see their product line. They have an extensive inventory of woods and finishes in addition to marble and granite to fit most price ranges. Mark came over and took measurements to confirm mine and offered some ideas on design. After a couple of visits, we hired cabinet solutions and look forward to seeing their "magic" in about one month. Wow! The cabinets came in about as expected and the quality is top notch. The installer was professional in his approach and tried to limit the noise volume in our building. The marble countertop piece is still to be installed as well as the cabinet faces and hardware but the space is shaping up and I am pleased with their work so far. Allure Marble delivered the top and the finished product looks great( see pictures before and after)

This project has been a complete nightmare! We have had 4 different project managers (each of whom left the company). After 8 months, we were forced to hire other contractors at our own expense because Cabinet Solutions would not complete the work. Worst of all, even after we paid the balance in full to avoid any property liens, they still refused to pay one of the subcontractors until 9 MONTHS after the work was done. Galina, the owner, refused to return any phone calls to discuss the issue. In building and remodeling nearly a dozen homes over the years, we have never had such terrible, unethical service.

I met with the owner on April 8th to take measurements for cabinets to be put in a custom bar in my home. They said it would take 5 weeks to deliver the cabinets to the individual who is contracted to build the bar. He made repeated contacts to this business with no response. I try to contact their business and it says to leave a message but the voicemail box is full so you cannot leave a message. I finally got a response via email and they said I would get a response the next day, but at 5pm there is no response. Fast forward to today: the cabinets should have been 100 percent complete by mid May 2024. I did not receive delivery until September 2024! To make matters worse we have now learned the draw fronts for the cabinets are the wrong size!!! In a little over a week it will be 6 MONTHS since selecting this vendor for the project! 6 months versus the 5 week projected delivery when they got the business from us. There is no telling how long it will take for them to correct the issue, but OMG, stay away from this business! Their service is the worst of any vendor I have dealt with in Sarasota. I have over 15 vendors I have utilized for all of the upgrades. It is ridiculous how long it has taken them and it is still not correct. They expected full invoice to be paid with zero service recovery - consumers beware!!
