It just keeps getting worse with this business! They originally were doing base cabinets for my home bar and estimated 5 weeks for completion. I met with the owner on April 8th to take measurements for cabinets to be put in a custom bar in my home. They said it would take 5 weeks to deliver the cabinets to the individual who is contracted to build the bar. He made repeated contacts to this business with no response. I try to contact their business and it says to leave a message but the voicemail box is full so you cannot leave a message. I finally got a response via email and they said I would get a response the next day, but at 5pm there is no response. Fast forward to today: the cabinets should have been 100 percent complete by mid May 2024. I did not receive delivery until September 2024! To make matters worse we have now learned the draw fronts for the cabinets are the wrong size!!! In a little over a week it will be 6 MONTHS since selecting this vendor for the project! 6 months versus the 5 week projected delivery when they got the business from us. There is no telling how long it will take for them to correct the issue, but OMG, stay away from this business! Their service is the worst of any vendor I have dealt with in Sarasota. I have over 15 vendors I have utilized for all of the upgrades. It is ridiculous how long it has taken them and it is still not correct. They expected full invoice to be paid with zero service recovery - consumers beware!! read more

A kitchen and bath job Affinity did in 2013 was okay. They sold us on refacing and now the surface is peeling off. Tiffany says 'that never should have happened'! Really? Can't rate them for a recent job as it never happened. Spent hours with Tiffany selecting finishes, styles and sizes. Was told she would send some 'renderings' after she returned from a trip. Waited weeks for these drawings, never got prices. No follow-up from several phone calls. Called and left messages, nothing! Finally all contact stopped. This was in August. One would think with the virus and everything else going on an establishment would want your business. Glad for those who had a good experience but find it very odd when the owner has to rate herself to defend herself from ratings like mine. read more

I bought my counter tops from Affinity Kitchen and Bath and had a great experience with the sales process and installation. I purchased quartzite and paid a premium price as I was told quartzite is the strongest natural material I could buy. I was told stronger than granite which I had in my previous kitchen and it still looked brand new twenty years later. After about one year with my new quartzite counters, I noticed staining and many scratches. I started the process to have someone come out and look at it immediately. I called several times and was told someone would get back to me. Every time I called back I was told that person was no longer with the company. I finally got to speak with Tiffany, the owner, who came out and agreed there is a problem. She assured me she would come up with a solution. I am now a year and a half later and still don't have a resolution. I found out from the granite company that the product I purchased is not quartzite. It is a different material that is much softer. I call and email regularly with little to no response. A solution should not be a full time job for me. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Any company can sell a product but it's the service after the sale that makes a good company. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I had a kitchen and two baths remodeled. The alignment of the cabinets were off, the hardware on the cabinets were not aligned correctly, the bathroom vanity door was put on with a crack in it and have been promised a new door and have yet to receive it. They measured the kitchen countertops incorrectly so now my flat top stove does not fit, so her solution was to crack the countertops and raise them up and have me pay for it. And, they will not show up on time... Tiffiny will come across very sweet, but when her installers do something wrong she will have every excuse in the book to why it is not the companies fault. my experience with Affinity Kitchen and Bath was worse than having needles stuck in my eyes. After a shoddy install they tried to stiff me with damaged cabinets after avoiding me for months they claimed the damage was caused by me. Be aware of the complaints filed with the BBB. I called Affinity in July of 2016 to get our 8x8 condo kitchen re-modeled. I was put in touch with a "Designer" named Michelle. It took forever for her to call back and I said "should I call another company?" She said "Oh no blah,blah,blah". I had her come to the Condo where we discussed what would be done. She wanted a $6,000.00 deposit which we gave her. She kept coming by for more money. She charged us for a dumpster that was never delivered. Her "contractor" came by and wanted to be paid for the same thing that she took money for. They delivered a floor that was probably black market. I hated it and she said that's what I picked out. It was over ordered so I have a closet of flooring that I'll never use. The backsplash was under ordered because the granite was supposed to go up the wall aprox. 1 1/2" and wasn't. When I complained Michelle has never come back. She left the contractor to figure it out. I have 2 different backsplashes up because we didn't know where to go to get more. The kitchen looks rough after all of the money that we spent and it's still NOT done. Tiffany, the owner said none of this is her problem.... We paid in full even the over charges. We were so excited to get the kitchen done and she turned it into a nightmare. Don't go there!!!! read more
