Roy, the manager was able to locate the tire in Phoenix and have a courier take it to a Flagstaff tire shop, NOT a Firestone owned shop mind you, but an independent and they did the install the next day. This took quite some time to coordinate with many moving parts. Roy thank you so much, a parents nightmare when their kids break down out of town. DO NOT GO HERE!! This shop broke one of my wheel studs,…read morewhich I had no issue with, however, it was from using an impact to put them back on. He also stated that the shop did not own a regulator for that tool. They did not use a torque wrench or any other tool. At that point, I took it back to my maintenance shop and we ended up breaking another three just trying to take the tire off. All because they used an unregulated impact to install my lugnuts. We ended up having to replace three studs and three lugnuts. They were going to replace it but I didn't want their careless mechanic working on my car again. He just would've used an impact to put them all back on. MORE IMPORTANT PLEASE READ He charged me $50 for the tire patch, and I figured out that one of my friends who took her car here only got charged $30!! Both vehicles had the same work done, just one tire patch. Pablo, the business owner, has no base price he goes off of. I wanted a refund for my o-reilly parts plus a $20 discount for giving me an unfair price. He offered to only cover the $30 for the o-reilleys cost, then fully refused after I pressed about the price difference. Please save your car and money and just go to a shop that owns a torque wrench. And most importantly charges fairly.

Today, while visiting Prescott I had s tire issue. I called GoAZ first I bought my Indian Challenge…read moreat GoAZ in 2021. GoAZ parts was great, she was friendly and helpful. They didn't have the tire in stock but could get it by Wednesday. I found a tire in Mayer at the Harley Davidson but I'll get to back to that. I asked if I got the tire and got there by 4 could they get me in to swallow the tire out since we need to be on the road in the morning. He said his guys were itching to go home. So I inquired about Wednesday and he said they didn't hsve to tools to swap the tire. Unfortunately there is no special tools needed for changing a tire. Liberty Harley Davidson had 1 tire for $400 however he was rude and acted like he was put out for having to go look for the tire. Then he let me know that he can't work on anything but a Harley Davidson. I let him know it was an unexpected emergency and he said they aren't allowed. The most helpful person in town was the manager at Discount tire. He called around tried to set stuff up and was friendly. I could her the guy from liberty Harley Davidson telling him he'd already told the guy on the Indian he can't change it. So we rented a U-hual and were taking home. The tire prices are about $100 more than the valley. Clearly Go AZ and Liberty Harley Davidson don't care about riders in the least. I wouldn't buy anything from Prescott Valley GoAz or Liberty HD. They aren't about riders.

I called here, first, to see if they had the tires I needed since one of mine exploded and I was…read morerunning on the spare. Guy I spoke to said they had three price choices all in stock. He was helpful, friendly and smart. I got there and showed them the exploded one on the good rim and that I had put in the hatchback spare tire area. He suggested buying two tires and I agreed. Again the guy was helpful, friendly and smart. I pay a good price and after about 1 hour it's done. Two new tires I staffed a the real rims and spare tire put away. So far an excellent experience. Then I drove the car. The massive rattling around in the spare tire area tells me something is way wrong. I pull over and look in the back spare tire area and the large cover panel is not fitting and raised about 6 inches up from where it should be. The jack and lug wrench are misplaced to the side of the spare tire instead of in their proper holder, with their molded in shape/outline so anyone can easily see how the go back in. The way the jack, lug wrench and tire were just thrown in made so much noice and tire are cover not close to fitting and the large screw that holds it all down rolling around with every turn, brake, bump or acceleration. Took me about 5 minutes to get it all out and then back in correctly. Since everything was already out of the back of my car when then they went to put it back together It should have taken then about 2 minutes to do it right since it took me five to pull it all out and then put it back in. Two minutes guys! Spend the two minutes next time. Not all that big of a deal for me because I know my car and figured they just did a terrible job putting it together and I fixed it. What about people who get this horrible service and they don't know their car well, or they are very young or very old drivers, hearing all that noise in the back. They would have to take it back to Discount Tire, complain and wait until they did the replacement of the spare into its area correctly. That turns a good buying experience with friendly smart people, giving great service, and turning it into a pain the neck bad experience. Probably just one slacker mechanic and it makes the whole place look bad. Find the guy who is doing such an inexcusably bad job putting spares back in people's car and retrain him or get rid of him. He's making a joke of all the of the great work the other staff do.

I told the manager I needed to pay a bill she told me the same person that was working customer service was working money services too, because they were short of employees. I asked the manager to work the money center so I could pay my bills, she told me she did not know how to work the money center. Ain't that nothing? Those of us that go there to make money transitions know what I'm talking about. The first two weeks of the month should be all hands on deck and every day too. I am thinking corporate knows the money center is closed sometimes. You can pay your bills at SuperValue on Esienhower Pkwy, it opened in the plaza where the childrens dentist office is. Maybe I am relying on Walmart to much and I should seek else where to handle my business, because Walmart does not care.
