I didn't think anything of it until I took them and got sick. It was definitely the filler. Also certain companies that make the generics are allowed to vary the main ingredient up to 20%. (That's why they switched..The new generics are cheaper) When I found all of this out, I didn't go into a whole thing with the pharmacy but I did ask if they could keep the regular ones on hand since I've been filling my meds with them for years. He said no. A firm no. So I went to Diamond Drugs and explained my situation and sure enough, they went out of their way to help me....and help me they did! I'm so happy with them. I found this hidden gem in Old Bethpage right next to Dunkin' Donuts. I deal directly with the owner and if he is not there the employees are so helpful and accommodating- love them! I have 3 kids and sometimes they pop outside to hand it off to me so I don't have to get out of the car or hook it up with a lollipop. There is something to be said about an independently owned business vs. a corporate business; you definitely lose focus on the customer.
