On my more recent trip, the service was terrible and the food was delicious but overpriced for what we were served. I think the bartender had friends there the night we visited because she talked to another couple sitting next to us at the bar and largely ignored us except when we flagged her down. We ordered the vegan drumsticks, and were surprised to only get three--they were not very big but one of the most expensive appetizers on the menu. They were really good but I won't pay that much to get them a second time. We were going to order an entree, but it took so long to get the server's attention that we asked for our check and went somewhere else for dinner instead. Then I noticed a discrepancy between the beer price showing on their beer list and what we were charged. I tried to tell another person behind the bar about it and, as it turned out, he was the bar manager and said he doesn't deal with checks and we'd have to talk to the server about it. So rude, especially after we had been neglected by the other server for most of the night.

I felt like there was more pineapple flavor than al pastor in these al pastor tacos. These were okay at best. GUACAMOLE Y TOTOPOS - 15 I actually really enjoyed this appetizer. They gave us plenty of guac, which was creamy and lightly seasoned. The totopos were super thick and crispy (also not too salty), and we got an extra bowl of them without charge since we had so much guac leftover. We also got an order of TACOS DE ESTILLO BAJA, which is crispy shrimp tacos. I didn't try one since the salsa and pico de gallo all had plenty of cilantro mixed in, but my friend thought these were the best tacos out of the three we tried. Duolingo... How are your tacos just as pricy as your subscription? Each taco could easily be finished within 2-3 bites. Besides the guacamole y totopos, I personally didn't think the suadero or al pastor tacos were worth getting.
